Every employee was helpful especially Nick, it was quick and easy and they even set up a loaner car till the work was done. I received updates through text including a video inspection with any additional issues they may of caught. Once inspection was done they let me choose if I'd like anything else done. When it was time to pick up my car, I dropped off loaner and was on my way pretty quick. Overall a pretty good experience and would recommend.

Bought my second Subaru this summer, and still in love. Schomp made the buying process easy, and their service team just knocked it out of the park. My vehicle was done early, my loaner vehicle was incredible, and the staff is always extremely friendly. They sent me a video of their inspection, and vehicle so I m confident going into the snowy season. Happy to be in the Subaru family.

Wonderful customer service! Very quick. Oil change, tire rotation, inspection, fluid top off, and a free surprise car wash only took them 50 minutes. They sent me a video of the inspection, asked questions about what maintenance I wanted, and came back to get me from the waiting area very quickly. So much better than the service I had from other dealers recently. They really seem to care about the happiness of the customer.Side note, loved their free snacks and drinks.

I ve had my car serviced at a few other Subaru dealerships and Schomp is one of the best. They have great customer service and I love that they send a personalized video of work needed on the car. As long as I m living in Denver I will for sure bring my Subaru here!

Chris was awesome! I did a walk in to get my bad battery tested and replaced. He got me in and out within an hour! Very knowledgeable and professional. They also kept me up to date on what was going on and sent videos of the inspection. This will be my new dealership for services from now on.

Great service. Honest. Helpful. Transparent. The team communicates really well.I had switched to another local mechanic with great reviews to save money, and while I did save money, I gained more headache. I decided to go back to the Schomp service center and am glad I did.

Wonderful, all around! Every other dealership and service center I've dealt with in the past can learn a thing or two from Schomp Subaru. Car buying experience is fantastic! Service team is fantastic! So glad we bought our car here, and I don't mind driving a bit further for service when needed because I know I'll be in good hands.

I had a great service experience from the moment I drove into the garage bay and was greeted by one of the attendants in sub freezing temps. Met with my service advisor and was given my loaner. The service was explained to my satisfaction and the inspection video and report set me at ease prior to any work being started. A big thank you to Josh and supporting team.

Always an excellent experience! Comfortable waiting areas with great coffee/latte machine and snacks. Friendly, knowledgeable and polite technicians and staff. We always bring our dog because everyone there seems to love dogs and shower ours with much attention!

I brought my car in for recall repairs. The drop off process was incredibly efficient, and they even provided me with a video assessment of the assessment. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, everything went smoothly. Although I didn't choose to have any additional repairs done, I was pleased with the video assessment and the pricing.

Josh Kelley my service rep is always a pleasure to work with. Very nice and personable, not pushy and very helpful.Joe Kyung is a wonderful technician, and took great care of my car. Was very concise and clear during the vehicle inspection. Had my car ready same day.I will be bringing my car here anytime it needs service

Schomp was great at servicing my vehicle quickly, communication was excellent, they even sent me a video of my vehicle inspection so I could see what they were seeing and why service recommendations were made! It was easy to add to my service and deny any services I didn t want! Takeshi was so responsive and patient with all my questions! Excellent service all around!

No appointment, but needed to get service in before series of necessary trips. So tried a "walk in" and we got the job done. Andrew was able to work me in, do the oil and filter changes, and provide the regular safety check plus a written report. Had to wait a bit longer than usual, but to be expected. Will be back for recommended services soon. Thank you. RAD

Friendly staff, even to our dog!! Professional, patient technicians!! Love the video they provide while waiting, text updates and careful outline of recommended service. The waiting room is large with comfortable seating, free snacks and a great coffee and latte machine. My only recommendation is more frequent and easier access to discounts/coupons and longer effective dates.

Yesterday I had my regular oil change and maintenance at Schomp Subaru 3/13/24. It confirms that every appointment is consistently excellent. I have been going there since 10/18 when I purchased my car. Every experience, from purchasing my car, to maintenance, has been a 5 star experience.

Recently my 2017 Subaru Outback received service at the Schomp Subaru Service Center. The upholstery of the driver s seat was ripped and in need of repair. The service I received was thoughtful and quick. I left extremely satisfied and highly recommend the Service Center.

Glad I chose this Subaru dealership over the others. Sales associates are friendly and not pushy .willing to work with you . Service center is also awesome especially Presca. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my circumstances when I had to drop my car off.

Not sure how they compare price wise but I ve always had great service and the costs have always seemed reasonable. Bought the car at the dealership 10 years ago, and haven t had any issues with any business dealings with them or the shop.

Schomp Subaru has the best customer service! I recently had an oil change and they found a couple of items that needed attention. They did an awesome job! Moreover, they provided me with an Uber back to my house and then back again to the dealership when my repairs were finished. The service advisors were helpful and extremely attentive. They kept me constantly informed. I feel blessed to have such a great dealership experience. I will continue to take my car to a place where both my car AND me are well taken care of!

The process was smooth and quick and Sophie was really kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout. Even waiting in the waiting room I had several staff approach to confirm I was being helped, offer me a drink, or make conversation while I waited.

Great service! Clear bra and tinted windows were done carefully and professionally. The floor mats and aero bars were installed correctly. Presca was very helpful.

I took my 2008 Subaru in to get the air bags replaced, due to a recall. Nick sent me a detailed video regarding my car, and was very attentive and straight forward with everything. There are a few things that can be fixed, but he never pressured me to get them fixed. It was a simple procedure and my subie, which is now my 16 year old s car, is safe to drive. Thank you, Nick, for being so awesome!

Michael at the Service Center went above and beyond when helping me with my Forester issues. There were a few mysteries to uncover and he made sure they were all sorted out and that all my questions were answered. Thanks! Will be sure to choose Schomp for all my service needs from here on out.
