Went in today s to get an oil change. Gentlemen name Trey assisted me. He was very knowledgeable of the process and specials offered to the customer to save money. Very respectful. I really felt like he was not trying to just jack the prices on me instead he updated me on my filter. Base on my filter I get 7500 miles versus 5000 miles. Amazing. Hard to find honest people.Strickland you hired a good one.

I like the fact that you get to remain in your vehicle while the service is being completed. The staff and friendly, safe, and stay in constant communication with you for if you have questions during service. If the technicians think you need a replacement part, they show you the part, then recommend the replacement. They don t pressure you at all. The prices are fair and they even offer 25% for military/first responders. They are very time efficient as well. My oil change took five minutes.

These guys came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Quick and efficient. They checked everything, gave me an engine flush and even changed my air and cabin filters. Super friendly!

Great guys, was in and out in 20 min- would have shorter but my car has major rust they were working with. Honestly hard to find friendly mechanics sometimes but this place was great!

Very professional, fast, friendly and great prices. I will continue to use Strickland Brothers in the future especially the Quincy location as long as the lady and gentlemen that was working today are there. They both deserve a raise Thank you to both of them as they were short staffed today and still got everything done fast and accurately.March 24 2024

Trey and the mechanics on duty today were Awesome! So quick, efficient, and gets you in and on your way quickly. We ve been getting our oil change here for awhile now and will stay loyal customers as long as Trey and the others are taking such good care of our vehicles.Highly, HIGHLY recommend coming here if you want your car taken care of.

I love getting my oil changed here. It s always fast and they seem to know what they re doing. On top of that the customer service is outstanding, which is a huge deal for me. Go here, avoid all others.

I came to Strickland Brothers today and dealt with Trey and javon! Outstanding outstanding service they explained everything that I needed to do, I actually needed an air filter and he showed it to me which most places don't and then showed me the new one to before he put it put in. This is my third time coming here and I won't go anywhere else. The customer service is outstanding here and I would highly recommend you bringing your car to the Quincy location! Again thank you to Trey and Jevon great great customer service.

This is where I go to get all my oil changes. The workers are friendly, helpful and professional. As someone who doesn t know a lot about cars, I feel like they always help me out and give me honest advice.

It's no joke. They are efficient, fast and affordable. Really don't go anywhere else anymore. My wife challenged them in our SUV said she had 15 minutes max before she had to pull off. They were done in 9 minutes.

I requested a last minute oil change closer to end of business hours. They accommodated me and had me in and out very quickly. They were friendly and professional throughout my experience. Excellent service.

This place is my go to for my oil change. Will, Trey, and LaMar always have taken good care of myself and my car whenever I come in. They are efficient and transparent about the car and the services they provide. Great service overall!

Alway come over to this location, very convenient. All stuffs are friendly and nice . You will always feel welcoming when you are here . The stuff will let you know if there are any promotions going on to give you a little save there . Quick and easy , never running in issue so far .. highly recommend !

Guys here are super professional, guy told me my drain plug was bad so I went to get a new one up the street. Definitely appreciated that, I m sure some places would just put the oil in the car with a bad drain plug. Definitely letting my friends and family to know to come here

Service is phenomenal, Trey was absolutely amazing and was able to get my wipers changed, oil changed and headlight taken care of in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I was just here to get my first oil change on my new car. It turned out my car wasn't ready for one. I don't do much driving, so my milage is pretty low. Instead of having me pay for a service that my car didn't need yet, Trey saved me money and let me know what milage is appropriate to get an oil change. Thanks Trey! I'll definitely be returning here.

Stay away! They think they can take advantage of women and permanently lost my business! They have new unqualified staff who is lying or uneducated about oil milage and tried to cheat me by 2500 on my sticker. They also told me they can't do a lube on my car which I verified they can. Bye bye!!

I always have a wonderful experience here!Today, it was Trey with his demeanor & explanation of everything. He was kind enough to show me the battery on our vehicle suggesting we get it tested.
