Alright, time to rate those guys. Here's my experience - I got a car, but unfortunately, a neighbor hit it only a couple of days after the purchase. Anyway, I called Schomp Collision, and they got me in ASAP. They tried to minimize the repair time as much as possible, and I got my car back after just a few days. They did a fantastic job; you can't even tell where the damage was, and the paint matched perfectly. I want to thank the team for everything they've done for me, especially Brad. He made me feel like the car was his, not mine, and treated me very well. Honestly, thanks again for your business and everything. I appreciate you guys

I would recommend not bringing your car here. My car was here for over a month with one phone call from the shop the entire time to update me on what was going on. I would have to call weekly and every time they would tell me it was going to be done that week and they d call me with updates only to never hear from them again. They lied to me saying it was my insurance holding them up and when I called my insurance it was a completely different story. I was left without a car for 5 days since my insurance only covers 30 days, I figured that would be more than enough considering it was a small dent that needed to be fixed. They also started a new policy, that proof of payment is no longer good enough from insurance and they will hold your car hostage for 7-10 business days until the physical check comes. I will never be taking it here again as they lied and had 0 communication. The only reason I got my car before the check came was because my insurance agent talked to the manager. Very unsatisfied with my overall experience here.

I would highly recommend to NOT use this collision center. Hayden and Ashley use the old let me check with parts, and I will call you you back line and they would never call you back. In my opinion this is unacceptable and deceitful. Larry was a nice guy, mostly honest. The manager told me it would take 2-3 days to fix the car, after getting ahold of higher management, 5 weeks later, several lies later, I finally received my car back. The only reason why I m giving them a 1 star is for the repetitive nature with my issues and the previous reviews. Don t let them ruin your already horrible experience with their games.

I recently had purchased a vehicle back in February.Grey 2016 F-150 Limited from schomp bmw. This past month I had took my vehicle into the repair shop at schomp collision center. This claim has been opensince late June. I scheduled my truck in as normal. I waited a 2 months for a available date to have the truck taken in. I was asked to take the vehicle in on September 6. After a 2 month wait we were having a sense of relieve that our vehicle was getting repaired.On the 3rd week I called for a update on my vehicle I was told it was being broken down already. On the 4th week of I drove by the collision center. I seen my truck still in the same spot as when I made the dropoff. That same week I had enough. I picked up my truck while getting the vehicle. It had been been sitting there so long the battery had died. I had told them to call me when they were ready instead of prolonging the situation. I had gotten my rent a carfor those two weeks while waiting for the vehicle.Those two weeks were up already then waiting another two weeks without a vehicle. It only gets better I call today for a update. I talked to someone from the office Lawrence. He told me "we have allparts do you know what the issue is" if some how if I was mechanic doing the job. The professionalism is know where to be found because i surely can not findit. I'm very upset as customer. I've been told various lies and being jerked around. Trying to being loyal customer to the schomp community. I made the choice to offer my business to the same brand tohave a my vehicle repaired. Believing that I was in good hands which was a mistake. I have never dealt with the lack of professionalism as the problems. Ihad with this collision center. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! On top of that my vehicle was damaged Again while it had been sitting there.Service: Body & Trim

I strongly recommend avoiding Schomp Collision at all costs. They've been plagued by supply chain issues, which is understandable. However, the low work quality and poor customer service is inexcusable. (See pictures of misaligned hood)Customer Service:3 rounds of managers/staff left while my car was in their shop. I had to call daily to ensure they were checking on the status of my parts.Quality:They finally replaced my hood after a full year, but it was done poorly and is misaligned. See pictures.They also unplugged my fuel pump relay, which caused the car to stall intermittently. The Mazda Schomp Service Center finally figured it out said they've seen this from the collision center recently.Service: Body & Trim

They had my car for over a month and I never received an update phone call. In fact when I tried to call to get updates my phone calls were never returned or I was given bad information. Work seems to be quality, but I've only had my car back for 2 days. I recommend finding somewhere that the sales people know how to communicate.

This is the second car they have repaired for me. They did a great job on my car both times. They had good communication and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also warranty their work as long as you own the car which is very nice.

They gave me a 2 week estimate for repairs, then had my car for 8 weeks with zero customer service or updates (They never picked up the phone to call me, until I said I wanted to take the car elsewhere after Week 6. Then the manager Daryl called me a few times with updates). They made me call every week for updates and didn't even work on it the entire first month, blaming Geico for taking "a while" to come re-inspect the car. When I called every week, and specifically asked what still needed to be done, they kept telling me "the parts are ordered, Geico re-approved the estimate" - but Geico had approved the estimate 3 weeks ago at that point, and they told me all the parts were in stock when I dropped it off. They couldn't tell me they'd actually started working on my car until the end of week 6 after I said I wanted to take it somewhere else. So unacceptable, especially since I told them I didn't have rental car coverage and was really depending on a 2-week repair.They told me I could finally pick it up last Friday, but that no one could do the alignment until Monday, so I'd have to take it back in. Then they told me I could pick it up Saturday morning, and they'd call me when it was ready. They never called. Monday morning I called 3 times as I was getting concerned. Daryl finally called me back and said they could have someone do the alignment on Tuesday and have it back to me by Tuesday at noon. I've just accepted defeat and disappointment with Schomp Mazda Collision Center these past 2 months.After this whole nightmare, they returned the car to me on week 8 with the key fob on low battery and less than 1/8 left in the gas tank. Terrible customer service from start to finish.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible body shop offer a lifetime guarantee on their parts and their work but will accuse you of coming up with more damages with your car when you go back with these concerns. They cannot complete work on cars and if they do try to do any work it's not complete. My car is still messed up from the accident and I will not take it back to them because I'm afraid they'll mess it up even more. The manager loves to get an arguments with clients as well.

I called several days ago after hours leaving a message, wanting someone to call me back to get my car repaired. I already have my insurance estimate and all I need to do is find a shop to do the work. A week later, still no call back. I called today explained that no one had called me back. The gentleman that I spoke with, did not apologize for someone not calling me back and asked what I needed. I told him I need nothing and hung up...Every time I've dealt with a Schomp establishment, the customer service has been horrible. Every time I give Schomp another chance to earn my business, they drop the ball...Last time for them.

DO NOT use this service. I have been driving a friend to work as she needed work on her BMW, mind you this is a rare one and is diesel. Entered into service on April 25th. Well today is May 22nd. She called to see what was taking so long last Thursday and they told her it s being put back together and will be back to her in a day or two. Well low and behold she got a phone call today and was told her car was STOLEN MAY 12. Did not file a report UNTIL TODAY. This is either an inside job and took so long to report for that reason or they really are that incompetent. Do NOT USE THIS STORE. This is the absolute grimiest work we have ever seen and how embarrassing to have a name like Schomp attached to you.

Terrible communication. Never even brought my car in because it was such a run around. I called to book my appointment, it was a month long wait which is okay. I sent my estimate and was in contact through email. The day of the appointment I was told there was a shortage of parts and I wouldn t be able to bring it in until they called me back with a date which he said he would do the next day. I waited a couple weeks with no call back so I called them. I was then told that they re changing payment procedure and I have to pay a deposit on the parts before they fix it which once again is okay and he said he would call me back that day** with information on how to send my payment. I waited another week and called them and apparently there is no record of me at all in their system. I once again gave them my name and emailed my estimate to someone else who said they would call back in just a few minutes. I waited hours because at this point I ve been driving around with my trunk open for nearly two months and I wanted to handle everything today, and called back & was told that he s busy and may call me back today might call tomorrow which I will not count on. The receptionist is sweet though. The reviews are true and I can t believe Honda would even send me here.

I just had my car repaired at Schomp Collision and I am very happy with the results. I drove a client to lunch afterward and they asked if my car was brand new! Actually it's over 5 years old. Crystal Munoz was pleasant and professional every time I called to check on my car. She handled issues with my insurance company and promised my car would be finished by the time she originally said would be done. It was done 2 days before I expected it! The repairs are excellent and my car was cleaned and polished inside and out. Everyone I worked with was positive and helpful, and my car looks amazing!

I had my car in the shop for a month and when I got it back plastic clips were broken on a plastic piece that outlined the front window. Also, there was a minor paint issue near the gas tank door that was noticeable. I took my car back and it was fixed within 4 days but when I got in my car the interior was caked in dust. They also unplugged one of my fog lights during the repairs and didn't plug it back in so had to get my front bumper opened up to fix. Pretty annoyed...Don't go here for repairs!!!

They did a great job doing body work on the front and rear of my car. Scheduling was easy, the work was completed a week earlier than estimated, and the quality of the work was outstanding. They even through in a thorough cleaning the interior and exterior of my car. In fact, the work was so good that I couldn't even recognize my car. It looks as good as new.Very highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this collision repair shop for any body work repair! They did an awesome job fixing my car and Brian was great to work with. I felt like he actually cared about my car like it was his own. He made sure all my concerns were addressed. I have had my car fixed multiple times through different auto repair shops, this one is the best by far!You cannot even tell where my car was worked on and the paint match is immaculate for my car being 7 years old! The last auto shop I went to was terrible because every time it rains or I go to a car wash the inside of trunk is all wet! I will never take my car anywhere else but to Schomp! Schomp Collision has the best quality work and customer service!

They made me wait forever to get my car back and then never even put in the main piece I took it there for until this very day. In my opinion this place is unprofessional and still owe my a under body piece they said was on back order I guess a year wasn't long enough to get the part and the insurance has paid them in full. Do not go here for any purpose you will get robbed. Even one of the clips for my cargo net was missing wedged they gave me my car back I only had it 1 month even i brought it them and it was there. It's not there any more it was stolen by one of the people that took all those thousands and did absolutely nothing to my car.

Took my brand new car in for hail damage repair that looked good but when they cleaned the inside of my car the scratched up all the shiny black pieces in the car. I called brought my car back the next day and the manager is telling me it's normal wear and tear. Anyone knows when you're a first time car buy and you buy brand new you take care of the car. Manager tried to tell me it was normal wear and tear from finger nails I have the shortest nails in the world and I value my purchase it was not like that when I brought it in. I will not be coming back and highly suggest you find someone that truly values there customer's. This place just calls the customer a liar after there horrible cleaning and destroying the inside. Reporting this to BBB as well.

This is the first time I've dealt with Schomp and better believe it will be the last. My car was backed into. Only damage was to the back bumper. Schomp Collision estimated 1 week for repairs. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still don't have my car. No one seems to know anything. No one has the authority to do anything. They promise it'll be done in 2 days and they'll call as soon as it's done. They don't call. They miss the deadline. When I call, we start the whole process again - no one knows, no one has the authority, it'll be done soon, and they'll call. In the meantime, I don't have a vehicle. I've used shops who were able to repair major structural and mechanical damage in half the time Schomp has taken to not finish a simple bumper replacement. My advice: go somewhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my wife's car repaired there after a fender bender. It took nearly a month to get the car back, but I understand parts are more difficult to get due to the pandemic. They also did have a lot of other collision repairs to get through, probably from the March snowstorms. But they communicated along the way and the repairs look professional and brand new.

We love this shop. Unfortunately our car has been hit a few times recently. But we love that we can trust this shop. They do excellent work; they always make time for us; they get the job done as quick as possible; they deal with our insurance company like pros; and the customer service is excellent.

I had the pleasure of working with Rick Bright at Schomp Collision today. He was welcoming, prompt, and knowledgeable. He reviewed my car's minor issue, saved me time by telling me where I could get the part same day, and he even installed it for me free of charge. I really recommend anyone who has had a wreck to go to this place. They not only did a fantastic job on fixing the body and maintance of my car, but they also had great customer service as they strived to be very helpful and friendly. Found several fasteners and mounting hardware missing. They corrected on the spot. Then a few days later found stain on headliner. Found a luggage rail mounting bolt not secured which allowed water stain so I took it back. Bolt was tightened and stain removed. So in the end a good job. Staff were kind and friendly. The detail person was they high light of the whole experince. She really did a superior job!!!

This is one of those nightmare "businesses" you don't want to run into. I had an estimate done by Kerry. The very next day, after I talked to him about a possible discount (which he flat out did not even consider) and agreeing to the estimate, he sends out another estimate, a higher estimate. Of course, I naturally call to find out. He tells me about "required services" that boosted the estimate by about 10%, I say well that's fine but I need the original price. Rudely, he "advises" me to go elsewhere. I ask for the mgr. There was no manager, a new one was training. Ok what's the name and when does he/she return to the shop? No idea, not even the name, he tells me. A real nightmare experience. Frankly, I did not know that this kind of people still exist! I would NOT do business here.

This place is horrible. I would not recommended this collision place to any one. I took in my vehicle to this location. They had it for 7 months and the repairs should've only took a month at most! When i got the vehicle back it had a huge scratch on the left side bumper. They supposedly fixed the right side bumper however it still had the scratch they buffed it out and charged me for alot of paint work and labor! Its redicioul! They never even called i had to be the only one call to ask about my car!

They lied about talking with the insurance company, called and made fake promises to cover it up, and returned my vehicle in a newly damaged way. When called to straighten it out, they were either so incompetent they couldn't find my paperwork with the invoice number, or they were just trying to get rid of me.Go to Aurora Hyundai instead - they actually picked up the phone.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim
