I recently worked with prime time after someone hit my car and I needed body work. Everyone there was super kind and knowledgeable, they got me in in a reasonable time and finish my car way ahead of estimate, they worked directly with the rental car company for my insurance and all the pricing was so reasonable. My car looks stunning and I'm very proud to drive it again, will definitely send anyone I know who needs work here

Had the truck taken in for hail damage covered by the insurance and they did an amazing job. They even did a complementary headliner fix so I'm very satisfied with the final product! they also finished before the estimated date to finish so that was a great plus overall really kind staff so they did amazing and I would recommend it!

I was very impressed by the professionalism and experience with this shop! I received my car back looking better than new! If they do have a wait to get your car in, it is worth the wait, their work speaks for itself!

Repaired two vehicles after a hailstorm. Made both look like brand new vehicles! Very professional and I high standards of repairs! I highly recommend them for any autobody work.

Progressive had me take my car here for front end repairs after one of their drivers ran a red light and caused an accident. While Progressive was an absolute nightmare to deal with, Aaron at Prime Time was unbelievably professional and did an incredible job. They estimated 5 days for the repairs, but were finished in 4 days. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Thank you Aaron & Prime Time. Highly recommended!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Prime Time got me in in a much shorter timeframe than dealerships and other shops after an accident. They communicated with my insurance company and got everything I needed, beat their estimated repair time by several days and did an absolutely amazing job at some pretty substantial repairs. Their paint matching was perfect too. I genuinely can t tell where anything was faded.Thus place is outstanding and vastly exceeded my expectations. I whole heartedly recommend them for any body work your car needs.

I was given their information from my friends at Stevinson Toyota. I had been running into numerous dead ends trying to fix body damage on my vehicle for cash...who knew...I really thought cash would be easier, but sadly not so. I contacted Daren here and he was so kind and got me in right away for an estimate and added me to their schedule ASAP once my parts arrived. Top notch service and an amazing repair job, it looks even better than before (I found out the original parts on my vehicle when I bought it used were not the actual parts it should have had installed). Thank you Daren and everyone who worked on my vehicle!

O stars if it were possible look they are liesrs saying they replaced parts that they did not even replace which iv got proof they improperly did an alignment that if they even did one at all improperly rotated tires and willingly admitted they watch YouTube videos to figure out how to replace the parts which isn't skill and extremely unprofessional i had to go somewhere else for them to call them out on there mess ups that they are lying and claiming they did when it aparent they did not

We have been customers for years, any time we need to repair our cars we use prime time!! Darren is amazing he is always so friendly and keeps us aware of what the progress is with our cars. This place worked directly with my car insurance so I picked them because of that but was so glad I did! I got some hail damage to my vehicle and was able to set up an appointment with Prime Time and they were able to get it fixed that week and in a day. My damage wasn't horrible but I was so appreciative of their quick job and it was of great value! They washed my vehicle and made sure she looked good when I picked her up. The owner and employees are super nice and graciously have given a home to a bunch of super sweet shop kitties. Thank you Prime Time for such a great job on my vehicle!Service: Body & Trim

My mechanic recommended prime time for my car door. I was having a hard time shutting my door. I wanted to get two estimates, so I took it to Gerber Collision first, because my wife got into a car accident a few months ago and they worked on her car and did a good job. The estimator from Gerber looked at my door for 30 seconds and told me that I needed a brand new door and I should file a claim. I visited prime time the next day and they came out and looked at my door. I believe it was the owner and he stated that the door was crooked, but he could probably make some adjustments to fix it. He brought some tools out, made some adjustments, and I was able to close my door. He didn't even charge me. The whole process probably took ten minutes. If I have any other issues with my car, I will definitely bring it back here and recommend prime time to any of my friends.

I had to use this company for insurance purposes and they were fantastic. Great at keeping me up to date, finished a week sooner than expected, and just all around great customer service. Darren and his team are unrivaled. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. Had them repair my car after a minor fender bender. I also had them repair some rust on the car while they were at it (same area of car). I'm very pleased with the work they've done to the car. Looks good as new. And they take care of stray cats living in the area, so you know they're good people.

Had a very good experience with this company. Recently we had damage to our car (oh, the fun ice of Colorado!), and so we were led to Prime Time by our insurance company. These guys took great care of our car and did the job well. The tow-truck driver had left our seats very dirty, and so Prime Time cleaned our upholstery as a parting gift. Well done. I recommend them.

I had the best experience with Prime Time! I was in two accidents between July and October and they jumped through hoops to work with both insurance companies to get my SUV fixed quickly and well. I highly recommend them for all of your auto body needs. Friendly, fast service by good people. Thanks, again!

Let me start out saying I strongly recommend Prime Time Autobody if you have any damage to your vehicle. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and really cool to work with. I got rear ending January 26th and went through the person that hit me insurance, State Farm, big shout to them as well. Once I did some looking around and felt like Prime Time Autobody was a good fit, I gave them a car and boom! they were on it! I worked with Darren he was cool. once my vehicle was in his possession, he kept me updated through the process. I dropped my vehicle to them on a Monday got it back on that Friday. The work they did it looks like my back bumper never got hit! these guys stand be hide their work. Thank you guys I will be coming back if I have any damage to my ride.Service: Body & Trim

Friendly service and a fast turn around on my versa. They even took the time to clean the inside of my ride, made me feel great getting out of the super nice rental and back into my regular wheels. Thanks fellas! Will be recommending you from now on.

The work was great and fast. And these guys help rescue cats. There are cats outside that stay around because they feed them and let them in the clean shop when it's cold. Good good guys! They deserve all the business

It seems that this shop is always over worked. Once they have the car, they do great work. It took 4 weeks to get the car in for appraisal and another 3 to get it worked on. Once they got it, it was only a week and 2 days and it came back to us in great shape with the car in better shape than they got it in. Great job guys!

I originally went to Prime Time because they had great internet reviews. I have now taken my vehicle to them on multiple occasions for various autobody repairs and would recommend this shop to others. The body repairs looked great and they warranty all their work. They handled all the details dealing with the insurance adjusters and even detailed my vehicle inside and out before they gave it back to me. Thanks Prime Time!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Prime Time Autobody handled my claim in a very professional and timely manner. Darren and the other staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They eliminated the stress that comes with having to take care of a claim and even found other damage the people from the estimate company missed, they handled everything. The work they did looked spectacular and they even cleaned my car inside and out, even the rims and tires. They gurantee their work. A no hassel stress free experience. I would recommend Prime Time Autobody to anyone and will go back if I need future work done on my car.

This body shop does not deserve even 1 star. Super unorganized. Save your time and money. I booked the estimate with them 3 weeks in advance and ordered towing. My car was towed to them at the day of estimate and what do you think? Surprise, they called me and said there s no space at all to fit in my car. I asked them what was the purpose of waiting for 3 weeks if they don t have space. No apologies, no exact answer, they just said that they would give me a call whenever there s space. My car had to be towed back to my place. I received a call from them same afternoon that there s a space and they are waiting for my car. I scheduled another tow with my insurance and guess what? Next early morning when my insurance called them, turned out there was no space again!!! I called them 5 times and they didn t pick up the phone. I had to go to another body shop which accepted me same day. This place is a complete joke. Lost time, no apologies, completely unorganized. Stay away from this place!!!

My car was brought to Prime Time through a Progressive claim and they fixed it so it all looks brand new!! When I got my car back there was a couple issues but Mark and the team went above and beyond to fix it right away and even transported me to work because I was without a vehicle. Now everything is working perfectly, thank you so much!
