These guys were great! Got stranded in Denver with my car making a terrible noise. I had them tow me to their shop and they called me to let me know it was just the AC belt. They only charged me for the diagnostic and the tow and it was less than 400 dollars. They got me in and out very quick and I m able to get back to the mountains for work because of these amazing guys! Highly recommend

I'm excited that I found a auto repair shop like P&A! After dealing with multiple janky mechanics they've saved me evertime Ive needed them. This shop has helped me multiple times. The very 1st time I came to them my caliper was broken off and needed to be replaced. They stayed late on a Saturday so that my son and I would have a safe truck to drive around in. They redid my back brakes, rotors and calipers. After a so called mobile mechanic, didn't do it right the 1st time. They showed me that the rotor was chipped and a great amount and my brake line was cut off on one side. They cleaned and filled my rear differential. They did a tune up 2 weeks ago after my check engine light came on and fixed my emergency brake too. I've never had a bad experience dealing with them. And I recommend them to everyone who needs a Great auto repair shop and truly trustworthy mechanic. I'll forever bring my truck or any other car I have to them. .

This place is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me get my car towed, fixed and the parts/labor coved under my warranty. They were understanding and honest. I now feel like I have a mechanic that I can trust with my car and my safety.

Started with the phone call. The guy was friendly and willing to get me in right away. I went to other places and they quoted me around $900 without even diagnosing the oil leak. The guys at P&A got me in and knew by my description what the problem was. Was able to do the job at half the price and same day. These guys are a life saver. I do CCW classes/gun safety classes and need my car daily. I can't thank these guys enough. Will recommend and all my future work I'm coming to them!

Don t ever go to this place they put your life and your kids life in danger! I dropped my Toyota Highlander for a 3 hours safety inspection and oil change $260 a road-trip with my mom and 2 little sisters and they forgot to check the engine filter! It was bad there was a bolt missing from the cover and hose was not connected! This can cause damage to internal engine parts, such as valves, pistons and cylinder walls. The result is excessive oil consumption, poor engine performance, and eventually engine failure since I was on a road trip. They never told me what was going on safety inspection all they said was replace your brakes and rotors after 30minute of dropping my car which a blind man can see. driving W I-70 car was acting up shaking and making a loud noise over 70mph I thought something was wrong I entered Utah and car engine light came out! There was no garage for hours and when I finally found one they told me that shop played you took your money and job took 5 minutes! They supposed to check everything in your car If they put my life and my kids life in danger I would kill them is what he said. Got back from road trip asked P&A complete auto repair if it was possible to refund me for what they did wrong they refused and started an argument. If I did this to your little daughter what would you do? Thanks for your service :)

I went here today and ended up in a situation where I had to call the police. I went here today to see what was going on with my car, they told me it would be a diagnostic fee of 105.00 on top of any service smh .Ten minutes into the service I noticed I only had my phone to pay by tap, no other form of payment. So I rang the bell at the front desk and waited for the lady at the front to come back. When she came back she stated the diagnostic had been done , mind you she stated it would take about a hour to an hour and a half to do the diagnostic. I informed her that I could only pay by tap. I asked for my car to go get a different form of payment or asked if someone could take me. They refused to give me my car and take me to get another form of payment. Then the police were called long story short , I got my car back and paid them. I would never recommend going to this place customer service is terrible and they treat you less than human . No compassion at all for their customers.

I had to tow my car and they are pretty close to my home so I decided to give them a chance. It needed a new starter so I payed for one.It was acting weird as soon as I left the shop with my car. They reassured me they put in a new starter so I went on about my day...It wouldn't turn on in the afternoon and I had to take ANOTHER tow to them. They didn't apologize or nothing. Apparently the person that installed it made a mistake.Then about a month later my car started making power steering noises.They had the nerve to charge me $80 for just filling up the fluid (which I swear I had checked myself before taking it to them) and telling me I needed new struts.They didn't took in consideration how I had to spend money on a second tow for their mistake and quite frankly I felt taken advantage of.

I have brought my car here four times. They have always fixed my car for a reasonable price, and without any extraneous charges or additional "problems" popping up . That's really what you want from a mechanic, right?Customer service is weak, and they always seem to need a day or two longer than they say at first. It can be irritating because I have to call them and ask when my car will be ready. 5 stars if they'd improve communication.

Do not use this vendor unless you d like to have the keys to your vehicle lost! On top of this, the associate will not call to inform you, but wait until you check on the status of your repairs before you are made aware of the issue. This is after the vehicle was at the shop for almost a week! The level of incompetence is alarming and disheartening! I wouldn t recommended P&A to repair anything EVER!

I came to this auto shop to have my car serviced today and dropped it off this morning. I was very pleased when I received a call the same day to come pick it up. When I arrived, we had some issues using my Snap card to pay for the services. They made sure to help me by talking on the phone with Snap customer service to resolve the issue and stayed an hour past close as well. The customer service is awesome and they truly went above and beyond for me. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area that wants quality, speedy service and great customer service!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They looked at my car for two seconds. Charged me 40 dollars. To tell me they can redo the work. Tell me my vehicle was safe to drive. And then shamed me for being not wealthy and not able to drop hundreds of dollars on a repair. I was shamed and extorted out of money by a place I will never for so long as I live do business with or associate with this god forsaken mechanic trap. The stereotypical mechanic your father warns you about. Darwin Cabrera does business illegally. Given an infinite amount of time I will never do business with this man or any company he is affiliated with. He actively incentives his employees to mislead customers, the incredibly rude manager I'd rather chew lead than ever deal with them again.

Great service. Talk to these guys if there is any concern about your vehicle after it's been serviced. They will have your back. After a part failed from the manufacturer. I got my car back the next day. Very impressed. Thank you P&A.

I came in almost at closing and they still did the repairs. I needed brakes and rotors and oil change. They stayed until almost 7pm. I had to work in the morning and would not have been able to return and they took good care of me. I would recommend them to anyone. Not a lot of shops would stay late. Oh and the girl in the front she was the sweetest. She kept me company while waiting. Very friendly people!- hyundai sonataServices: Brakes, Oil change

They were suppose to losen the cap for when you do an oil change. They charged 50 dollars not only that the car sounds terrible it's making lots of noise. I am upset ******NEVER EVER GO THERE****** you will walk in with your car fine and walk out with a broke down one.

P & A is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy company that I have ever worked with. This company lies about work done on your vehicle and will not return your car unless the owner is present. I requested some alternator work be completed and was charged additional costs without my authorization. I would not trust anything the owner or staff members tell you on the phone or on your invoice!!!Service: Electrical

We were having our vehicle diagnosed for a service light that went on and when we returned to this business, after no response or phone calls (after being promised they would get back to us), they stated that it was something other than what they were checking the vehicle for.Not and honest place and will not do business with them in the future.

Worst mechanic I have ever been to. I had an older diesel they said they could work on. Vehicle ended up sitting at their shop for more than 6 weeks- every week their head mechanic (I forget his name) said they would work on it. I asked to drain the fluid, hook up the new batteries and see if it turns over - wouldn't do it. Said the engine turns over but it was a steering column issue. I eventually had it taken to another mechanic (a friend) and the engine is seized. They lied to my face, charged me $280 for doing nothing, and waste my time. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and support a small local business. Unfortunately the were dishonest with me and wasted my time and money. Look elsewhere.

This place a joke long with carhop in aurora who sent me to thos place. I bought a car from carhop it didn't pass emissions so they sent me to there repair shop since August I gotten nothing but run around I was sent home with my car shope had to wait for part 2 months laster after calling them over and over again they had my parts here it end of October so I took my car back to this guy's was told it will be only a few days here it's now December I still have no car when calling them am told am the next car in line or our guy that does repair was out for 2 weeks sick or my car didn't pass emissions again so know I have to wait longer. Don't take your car here or buy from carhop at all.

Oh more than happy to. My car has been there for 3weeks now. I originally took there for a honorary warranty from another states machanics work. The original place half fixed my fuel injectors so this place was referred by the warranty specialist. Pending payment this P&A while calling to check on the status the secretary was very rude uninformative and short. I've been given misinformation and finally when I lost if from keep calling the girl told me if I couldn't understand she could provide someone to speak in Spanish to me. I'm black. Anywho back and forth with the warranty place which said they would cover full price a week ago these ppl tell me they haven't touched the car. Man fix my car been there since 11/16/21 to date...Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Would never use their service! Had a vehicle go in for a check engine light and they said it was brought it in to fix the door handle. Also they kept saying they would call back about the needed repair and never did. Will never have any of our cars go there.

Almost had my catalytic converter stolen but P&A made my day on a Friday afternoon with a sweet deal to have it welded back on. Great people Outstanding deals and free candy (lol) .

Con artist. I was quoted 500 dollars to replace my steering column due to theft vandalism, over a week later constantly being told they lost my cell number and were trying to call me. I finally get the vehicle back and 2 weeks later the steering column is making a grinding noise and making steering very difficult to turn. I took it back, 3 days no call back. I finally call them and get more run around about a receipt they cant find, now the guy is telling for another 120 bucks he'll put a new one in for me... Scam company. Do NOT do business here, they are very disorganized and apparently looking for a shake down on ppl.Ive reported them to the Better Business Bureau and have now contacted an attorney for fraud and negligence allowing me to leave their shop in an unsafe vehicle.

I work for a driving school and we needed a car to be repaired. We tried this place because it is close by and completely regret it. They don t answer the phone and make false promises. Cabrera and the front desk girl have major issues. 0 out of 5 all the way around!

Do not go here! Also called Allen auto. My car was taken in for a vibration when on the freeway. The mechanic said it was the differential the right side bearing, right side side CV joint and a bad right hub. When I got the car back it was still vibrating. After leaving my car their again he is now telling me it needs all new suspension and there's a bent rim on the rear and the tires are at the wrong pressure. The owner of this business has a total lack of knowledge and will try to rip you off any way possible. A complete gouge job. Not to mention lack of customer service and a pig sty waiting room.

You can generally tell if a mechanic is good or not by how many cars they have in the lot and let me tell you i came in on a drop in to get new tires placed on and it took a couple hours but they did an amazing job there very busy and still take walk ins and the staff is professional above reproach. I will be going to them for all my mechanical needs of the future from now on.

This guy is a SCAM!! he took my car for a test drive after fixing it calls before they close to tellme they wrecked the car! What mechanic TOTALS customers car!!!!! He is unprofessional I do not know how he has a shop!!! Do not give this man business he will total your car on a test drive! He is a JOKE!!!
