We have used Our Garage for almost 5 years now and have always been taken care of. Having a place we can fully trust is a must and we never have to second guess what they are telling us. Trish makes having car problems as enjoyable as they can be!

This place is a scam. They charged me for parts I didn't even need and the labor was way to high. They told me to come and get my car and they couldn't even figure out what was wrong with it. 500 bucks down the drain. I would not recommend at all.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very reasonable prices; they couldn't fix my BMW but they tried their best and were super helpful with next steps.

I give them 5 stars on that alone after having a mobile mechanic diagnosis to have it towed to a "silver rock" approved repair facility, only to be told that the (2) diagnosis was denied AND the master mechanic wasn't going to touch it, & suggested it go to the dealership. I have AAA (you get a discount for being AAA member) & Our Garage popped up & I took a chance, called & spoke with Tricia, whom is a breath of fresh air. She took time to educated me, even though I have no clue as to what is what under the hood (other then where the engine oil goes, how to check the oil & washer fluid) & allowed the car to be dropped off before the appointment. Tricia kept me up to dated on EVERYTHING! Tricia even called the 800 for the Kia/Honda issues. She even talked me off the edge of this extremely frustrating situation but when all is said & done, I trust Tricia and her crew will have me and my family in a good position to get to where we need to be.I will recommend Our Garage to any AND everyone whom needs vehicle work. Based off the customer service & common courtesy.... You will not be disappointed!!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection

Love our garage! Honest assessment of your vehicle with a list of must do and nice to do . Their prices are the best in town and if they think you can go elsewhere for a service that would save you money, they ll tell you. You can trust them! We won t trust our cars with anyone else!

This is a great place, They make you feel welcome, Trisha always tells you what repairs you're going to need, explaining cost and time for your repair. I m so incredibly grateful for this shop. We became stranded halfway to our destination in Aurora. The next morning my husband called a few shops and even the Chevy dealer and no one would even look at it for a couple of days, putting a wrench in our travel plans with no car. Our Garage stepped up to the plate and went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us feel safe and in good hands during a pretty scary time when we weren t sure if we could even afford to continue with our trip. Less than four hours after we called in the morning, we were back on the road headed to our destination with an affordable bill allowing us to continue on.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Echoing what other reviewers have said, Our Garage offers professional service in the shop and at the front desk, at a competitive price.It is the only auto shop I've ever been to in 19 years of driving where I feel like I'm being told the straight story 100% of the time. They tell you when you NEED a service done, when it could go either way, and when you're probably okay holding off for awhile...top auto shop I've ever been to in terms of HONESTY. And they take the time to explain some of the repairs better than other shops I've been to.I have several AAA approved auto shops within 15 minutes of my house, but I drive 75 minutes to Our Garage because of how much I like and trust them.

They were able to fit me in same day to replace my radiator on my Accord. Very professional and efficient. Trisha even gave me a ride home and back to the shop when the repairs were completed. I will definitely come here for any other maintenance!

I will honestly NEVER go to another mechanic after sending my '91 Ford Bronco here. Many mechanics won't work on her because she's so old, but Our Garage took her in no problem. Trisha at the front desk is super friendly and professional. The do excellent work with such care for your vehicle. They fixed my headlamps turn signal thermostat and even finally got me air conditioning, I definitely highly recommend this place and give it 10 Stars!

Absolutely fantastic people Sheila and her group of mechanics are worth the talk they work with you to find what's wrong with your car and work to make sure that you make the right decisions and getting your car repaired I don't feel worried about being swindled when I'm in the shop. I'm not worried that I haven't gotten all the data and I'm not worried that I'm being overcharged. They take good care of my cars when I take him into the shop.

This auto shop is seriously one of the best in service! I've been a customer for over a decade and I truly trust the work and the people.I had an oil change on my last visit. After driving ita bit, I noticed that they made some minor adjustments to ensure my driving experience continues to be a good one.Our Garage takes care of both cars and people.

I have been going to our garage for 3 years now exclusively. They have excellent service, are friendly, and I completely trust them. If you are tired of chain mechanics, like I was, give Our Garage a shot. Trish has always been so helpful and I appreciate the entire team!

Everyone here is great even Trish. When coming into a garage most front office people don't know repair and don't talk much about them. Trish is very knowledgeable. Not only that but this place is trustworthy which is hard to find. In the beginning my hubby was the one who originally found this place. I had the pleasure of speaking to them on the phone as they explained thoroughly what was wrong, what they fixed and how much it was. Both of us were extremely pleased not only with their customer service but the service they did on our car. Thank you so much for all your help! On a Friday afternoon I came to Our Garage and asked if they could look at my 2007 Jeep as it was driving odd and making noises. In short order I was told (after they drove my Jeep) that it was safe to drive, I was told what the problem was, what the cost would be and that it could be repaired first thing Monday -- and they would shuttle me home and back while repairs were in process.Everything they said and did was spot on. Coy, and Trish were fabulous.I feel confident that I will be returning.

Thanks for all you do. The staff is very professional and honest when discussing repairs. Very trustworthy and quality service provided each time I visit. The environment is warm and friendly. I understand better now, why it is referred to as "Our Garage." Thanks Trish!

The customer service was very respectful and courteous! The mechanic contacted me personally regarding the towing of my vehicle and kept me updated every chance he was able too.

After this repair was done, my husband dropped me off so I could pick up the car and run errands. He forgot I wasn't coming home and drove back to the garage to see if he could find me. He explained what had happened when I finally got home. Trisha called me to make sure I was OK. I have used Our Garage for almost 35 years (for my MGB, MGTD and Montero). They truly care about their customers. Love them!!! Only garage I will ever use SO that means Coy cannot retire!Service: Engine repair

Some of the friendliest customer service I've experienced at any auto shop, plus they got my car running again for $100 cheaper than what I was quoted for at a different shop. Will definitely be returning for any future needs!

I will only take my 2001 Toyota Tundra (Rosie) to these people at Our Garage Auto Repair! She has over 220,000 miles on her now, and with their help who knows how many more?

Set up appointment .. when I called the day of my appointment I had to remind them what my appointment was for and they also said they was busy and I couldn t bring my car in lol they just full of it

Called to set an appointment up Quy the guy that answered the phone said he was booked out until next Wed and then I asked if we set something up for next Friday which would be better than next Wednesday he said he can t schedule time ahead??????????????????????????????????!!?????!?!!!!!!!????????????????????Makes no sense that he says he can t set a time for me next week but he knows he s booked out until next week which mean other customers had a schedule set appointment to come in ahead of timeThat s very ignorant of him to act like he doesn t know what he s telling me makes no sense at all most mechanical shops set up appointments ahead of time and get your information that s why he s able to know that he s booked out until next week but instead he s trying to Insult my intelligence by saying he s not taking any appointments and he can t do appointments but he knows he s booked out until next week based on appointments that were already said ahead of time smh bad customer service bad communication makes no sense

Let me tell you about this place first off my car was taken to them ummm may end of may and it was really messed up they fixed it in one day and then did some extra work. I did not have any contact with them my boyfriend actually took it in this time. then on 9.22.16 I took a chance again and called to set a appt for a diagnostic test for coolant flush ect. so first of trisha is the first person you see they have a small lobby but she makes it feel like its the biggest place in the world she was very polite and and knowlegeable about certain things about a car. They took my car and again had it fixed in one day the price here is so freaking reasonable that i paid it right away. THEN THEN ON 9.27.16 she called me to ask me how MY freaking car was running i was unable to answer because i was at work but when i tell you this place is awesome customer service is awesom I will be taking my car here from now on to get everything fixed that is needed thanks so much

Took my Corvette in for an alignment after purchasing it since I felt it pull a bit at higher speeds when I got it back it felt like it was aligned perfectly. Thanks so much to Trisha and Rick for the awesome alignment.
