No complaints here, staff was attentive, knowledgeable, got me in and out super quick on a return I had to make that day. They seem to always have a good amount of Stagg on hand which is nice and uncommon to see these days. So far every encounter is consistent and professional.

I was just there to get a creeper - minutes ago. Four boys standing behind the counter apparently afraid to talk to a woman. I should have turned around and walked out. Instead I found what I needed and was charged $4 more than the sign said, but, Luis, the guy "helping" me was too busy arguing about some transfer issue about Subaru paint for me to get a word in edge wise. Would have left, if I hadn't been pressed for time. There are 3 other auto parts stores within blocks, next time I will choose one of them. Can I recommend O'Reilly? Not really.

Just left this location without making a purchase, after one of their staff came up to me and told me he wanted the items I put on my purse back and for me to leave the store. Only after I showed this individual everything in my purse and even offered emptying my coat pockets to further ensure I had none of their items in my purse or clothing. Meanwhile my hands are overflowing with items I was planning on buying. He should have offered to take it up to the front for me or something. Never been accused of stealing before, and even though I was told I didn t have to leave since I wasnt stealing- I still left without any items or making any purchases here. Ill take my business elsewhere. (Probably one of the reasons why I never go to OReilly) Perhaps auto zone staff won t tell me I saw you put our merchandise in your purse, give it back and leave. Probably a good business decision if they want $$. I had prob a good $60 worth of items overflowing my hands, and now annoyed cause I do still need those parts, but I could bring my self to give money to or check out at a register with someone who claims they saw me do things I didn t do .. anyone ever been asked to dump out their purse in the middle of a store before? It was interesting not a fan.

I had a terrible experience with O'Reilly Auto Parts. I needed a gascap for my truck. I was told it would have to be ordered. They said they would call when the part arrived. I waited two weeks and no call so I went back to the store. I was given a part which was not the part I needed. I returned the part the next day. I was given the right part which cost 60% less than what I was originally charged. I got my part and my refund, and this is the sad tale of picking the wrong store for me.

I needed oil really bad for my truck and it says on the website and the store door hours it closes at 9. I arrived at 8:50 pm and it was already fully locked and who knows how long it was closed for already but if store hours were altered they should probably be updated where the public can view. But none the less a good company or employee is only as good as their last call. Also the guy in the store saw me and just turned around and walked away.

I took in a $200 AGM battery as a warranty exchange which thankfully failed before the warranty was up. The direct replacement was backordered for weeks, so the store manager offered a lesser battery (think Gold vs. Platinum) and I took it because I need to drive. With a February 22 sticker on the new battery, it failed in October 22. I took it back to the store and they refused to warranty it because it wasn't entered in their system, and the staff had no interest in helping further. I decided to go to AutoZone for a better battery and haven't had any problems since. I found my receipt in the glovebox later, but it was worth it to buy a better battery from a store with better customer service.

I've been having problems with my battery for weeks now. The guys there helped check my battery to diagnose that was the issue and even replaced it for me in this frigid weather! There's no way I would have been able to do it myself...Appreciate ya!

Called to get a price, put on hold, hung up on, called again, hold again, hung up again. I've been in once before and the vibe is way off. The kids don't want to do their job here. Go somewhere else.

O'Reilly auto is my go to place for car parts. I'm always able to get my part either same day, or next day depending on how common the part is. The customer service is beyond great, and is actually what brought me here to leave this review. There was an angry customer yelling up a storm and insulting staff. They kept their calm and took care of him, which is a lot more self control than I've seen anywhere else. You guys are great!

On 4-12-2021 I went in to buy four parts for my vehicle. Two of the parts had to be ordered, but I was told by the cashier (young Hispanic lady), that I had to pay upfront, in which I did. When I left the store I noticed the amount on the receipt was a little high but didn't think anything of it. On 4-27-2021 I went in to pick up the remaining two parts, and was told I had to pay again in which my reply was I'm sure I already paid, and the same young lady told me no I didn't and that she told the other cashier that he should have charged me not realizing she was the same cashier. I paid anyway, but noticed on both receipts (original and new) that not only did I already pay but, was charged for another part that I didn't pay for. I went back on the 29th to get a full refund. I told the same lady that she charged me for the same part again and for a part I didn't ask for or get, and her reply was she's sure I asked for the extra part and she gave it to me. I told her no, and she said she had to check her inventory to verify and went to the back. The gentleman who was helping me even said she charged me for something that wasn't even in the store. 20 minutes later I got tired of waiting and called the main customer support number, and finally she comes out and was mad telling me she going to give me my refund, so I told her I didn't appreciate her acting like I was a liar and the one who made the mistake. If it wasn't for me calling the main number she wouldn't have gave me the full refund. That was the only store and time I've experienced such bad customer service and professionalism.

I would give 10 stars for this Location. The staff is super friendly and selfless. Amazing treatment I got despite having no knowledge of Auto being helped not just one time. I have been visiting them for something or the other for about 2 years now. I will recommend treat them with dignity. They are really valuable business around town. Thanks Entire O'Reilly Staff for being kind and understanding.

Got in my car to go to work and my battery was dead. My friend jumped it, so I drove it to O'Reilly to buy a new battery. 7:30 am. I was the only customer in the store. Not very friendly employees. The older gentleman said they would not install it as he said "it's a difficult install". Well I am a 61 year old female who doesn't know how to install a battery and it's too heavy for me. So I left there and drove to Auto Zone on Quincy. Night and day. The guys were friendly and I had a new battery installed in 15 minutes with no difficulties. Won't ever be going back to O'Reilly.

Friendly staff that helped me diagnose the reason a light was flashing on my dash. They will not come to your car due to covid but give you the tool and explain how to use it. Free service from a helpful staff.

I have been to this location and usually have a good experience. Unfulfilled our server belongs in a different industry. Serving us not his calling. Our order was messed up multiple times and he did not seem to know what he was doing. I will still frequent this location but will be much more careful about who I have help us.

I bought a $100 car battery here, it had a 3 year warranty. 9 months after purchase the battery started to die. I took the battery to O'Reilly to be tested and the worker said the battery was a good battery. I kept charging the battery and it would continue to die, so I was really worried that I was having alternator or other electrical issues. I took my car to the mechanic and the mechanic confirmed it was a bad battery. I called on O'Reilly to honor the warranty and the worker on the phone gave me the runaround and said if they don't think it's bad then they won't honor the warranty. I'm not sure why they think the battery is good when it isn't. I replaced the battery with my mechanic and now my car runs like a champ. I will never buy another battery from this company.

I've visited this store several times and for the most part had satisfactory service. However, this visit went above and beyond what I would call good service and clearly landed into the "Excellent Service" category. Jay H. acknowledged my problem and then confirmed that they didn't have the specific part available, which reconfirmed what I had already been told...and that was that I was going to have to get the part through a Subaru dealer. I knew that would cost significantly more money. That's when Jay indicated that he wanted to try another solution to this problem. He went into the back and after spending a couple of minutes, he returned with what he thought might work. It did and he saved me at least $30.00. He also took additional time to install the part and made sure that it worked. It's uncommon for service personnel to go the extra mile on behalf of the customer, these days. I'm sort of "old school"...so it was refreshing to find the extra effort given my Jay. I'll continue to support this location and to refer friends and family. Thank You

Great service and very helpful. My kids were with me and they distracted them with some toys and I will definitely come back here again!

This use to be my favorite auto parts store till the last year. Use to have a great friendly knowledgeable staff. Now it's garbage employees just there for a paycheck. I walked into the store today and listened to the guy with the gray beard and hair talk crap about a customer that just walked out the door very unprofessionally. This guy's always got a garbage attitude when I'm in there and the young kids working there watch how he treats customers and follow suit. Never gonna shop here again.

I was looking for auto accessories that I couldn't find at big box stores. The clerk was pleasant and not only pointed me in the right direction, he pointed out a selection of things that might meet my needs. I found and purchased 2 of the 3 items I was looking for. Very accommodating for a non-mechanical purchaser.

The company is great for parts but the location off Buckley and Quincy has a manager that has turned me off to buying from them.My father has been a customer of theirs for 30+ years. He took me there when I was a kid and got a car that needed things to fix. What I witnessed today however was disgusting. My father is 68 years old and with his age has come some mental disabilities. He was treated with such disrespect from the heavyset manager at this location that it's a shame that they would let someone with such a lack of personal skills run a location.I had to take my dad to the Autoparts store down the street so he could get the supplies he wanted. My father is harmless and is a little old man. The manager's employees laughed him as he left because my father was so upset he had to leave. If that's how O'reily's wants their employees to treat my father, a veteran that served this country, so be it. I just won't buy from them. The next time you mock an old man in your store because he is distraught for how you treated him, maybe it's because of the life he lived and maybe he just needs a hand out and some helpful face to get him through the day which is what customer service is supposed to be. The manager at this location does not represent any of those things.

Got a really strange call from the Manager KIMBERLY that there was a check that arrived to the store with my name on it, i was perplexed as to why the check would come to an oreily for me but regardless she informed it was for $2200 and didn't have a lot of details, i told her to hang on to the check and i would come see her in person, she calls me 20 mins later and tells me she destroyed the check as instructed by the bank??? completely confused what just happened but either way doesn't seem appropriate and expect a call from the district manager, will follow up in person at the store as well

It's amazing that after going to an auto part store for the past decade; being incredibly happy with the service until you have to even exhaust yourself and time with KIMBERLY. Sorry excuse for a manager and the most disgraceful customer service we have ever had. She needs to be out of the customer service field completely. She has the poorest managerial capacity that we have ever experienced. We will not be back. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND TIME TO AUTO ZONE. Good job KIMBERLY @ 17090 E Quincy Ave.

Worst experience I've ever had with an O'Reilly... Staff had no idea what they were doing. Ended up giving me the wrong part and told me I had to drive back 45 minutes to their store. When I got there, someone who knew what they were talking about finally found the right part and told me I could go to any O'Reilly to return the part and pick up the correct one! Thanks for the one knowledgable staff. Sick of giving my business to incompetents.

Went in to get a new flasher module for my car since I had to replace my lights. Went in and had to special order the part as they did not carry it in store and I paid for it up front as they had to ship it to the store. I had to wait 5-7 business days for it to gt delivered and went in to get it on the 7th day and installed it that day when I got home. Come to find out it was the wrong one. When back to get the right one and they said that they didn't carry the one that I needed. So I asked if I could return it and the person said they did have the right credentials to refund me. So I came back AGAIN and found out that I could not get a refund for it due to it being a factory part. I wish I would have known when I bought it that I couldn't have a refund or I wouldn't have ordered it from them. Completely disorganized.

I've been here many times over the years and the staff has always been friendly. I haven't asked for technical help so I'm not sure how helpful they are but if you're looking for a quick place to grab some parts. This is a good spot.
