It says Free Check Engine Light Testing .Bro, if you guys don t do it, at least be honest don t make fake promises by displaying fake advertisements.I went inside and the associate told me that they don t have any accessories to check the engine light. Yet he also told me that I can buy one costing $100 - $300. LOL Free Check Engine Light Testing .Poor Sales & Marketing Techniques.

Good selection and helpful staff. They helped me find everything I needed to change my brakes and they lent me a torque wrench for a $99 deposit that I got back for returning it within 24 hours. They seamlessly returned all of the other things I ended up not needing. Thanks guys!

O Reilly in colfax are not very helpful .Be careful with leaving your battery they will keep it all night charging the next day staff will say battery is no good or claim battery is charge . Not happy but thankful this time I follow up with auto zone. This has happen 2 times battery was uncharge.They lie !!!had to visit auto zone battery was good just needed to be charge . This staff need more training pretty rude they sure have lots of time in there hands . Customer service is not there priority.

Are you looking for the worst possible place to buy your parts? Do you pine for the most mentally challenged parts people in the metro area? This store and staff would better serve you by dumping all the parts in a dumpster and randomly picking one out.This store is horrible it cannot figure out how to use commercial accounts, doesn't know how to use a basic belt measurer, plug gaps or count beyond 10 with shoes on. Won't use the store again personally or professionally for any reason. Literally Amazon would be better in every way shape and form.

Horrible service. I've went up there one time and asked for the diagnosis code machine they said they didn't have it I called 10 minutes later to ask if they had it and they said they had it so they're either being racist or they're being lazy and on top of that usually They never answer the phone. I called 6 times in 2 hours and notn9ne answer. I work 2 blocks away and have called with no answer and went up there and walked in and there's three employees just sitting talking to each other nobody in the store so how can it go from nobody answering the phone till nobody's even in the store. I think it's funny that there's multiple complaints in the reviews about the same thing I'm complaining about right here which means management or the owners ain't doing nothing about it and you wonder why your stars keep dropping and your customers keep disappearing but you guys are rich you can handle it

Good for basic stuff off the shelf. Generally in stock on most items, and the pricing seems to be competitive.Stars off because:1) They have a bad habit of locking up long before closing time, and pointedly ignoring you as they walk inside. This has happened to me several times.2) I had a particularly bad experience ordering in an alternator. They ordered the wrong one, based on what I had told them about the car. This necessitated my making two additional trips, on foot, to order in the one they should have gotten on the first try, (one additional trip to return the wrong alternator, and another to pick up the correct one).This would have been easier to bear, had they seemed even a little sorry for their mistake, even though I had made a point of not being angry when I returned the wrong alternator, despite the inconvenience to me.In fact, the employee from whom I picked up the correct alternator, (whom I took to be the manager), almost seemed to be going out of his way to be rude.He refused to supply any sort of box with the correct alternator, and had also claimed he no longer had the larger box I had brought the day before so I could bring back the wrong one on a hand truck. This meant I had to carry the correct alternator in hand, for fear of it falling off the hand truck as I walked home, and being damaged.

Store is suposed to close at 10 pm. I show up at 9:54 pm. Front Door is locked. Employees avoid eye contact with me. I needed Headlights bulbs.

This is what the front of their business always looks like! You would think the manager would have enough pride in his job to at least clean up all the trash. Nobody wants to pull up to this .smh

It will take you more than 20 minutes to pay and the employees are so rude I was stand at the counter for 20 minutes and no one is at the store

Had a dumbfoundingly bad experience with Junior, the assistant manager yesterday. Called ahead to see if they had a specific battery for my car key, which was dead. He said they had it in, yay! Asked him to put it aside for me to make my way over.Fifteen minutes later I show up from Denver having asked a ride from an hourly employee who's employed by someone in our building, and he starts the sentence....."uhhhhh, so here's the thing. Another lady came in needing that specific battery so I sold it to her" and looks at me with this dopey "what can you do, right?" shrug.Junior, we all make mistakes. Clearly you didn't actually have the battery in hand, but don't insult my intelligence. Or on the insanely low probability that this actually happened.....don't.....i mean....what?!Not only was this a waste of my time and money, and a waste of my colleague's time and gas, but it hurt my reputation in our co-working space.

I attempted to call to check on an order status and the employees put me on hold and never got back to me. When I arrived at the store I witnessed them out other people on hold and walk away from the counter and never answer the phone. I understand that sometimes having a full store can be hectic, however, what they did was unprofessional.

It's these kind of associate's that give your business a bad rap... when you look at your reports...you have low sales, high theft and the store looks dirty unwelcoming to customers...Shame on the store manager and asst manager or closing manager to allow this behavior

I've done business with O'Reilly's Auto in over 25 states across the last 20 years. After dealing with this store, I won't do business with O'Reilly anymore.The employees here are incredibly rude, disrespectful, difficult, and unprofessional. They turned a simple matter into outright threats against me, and now have seized my property.I cannot recall the last time I was faced with such an incredibly ridiculous situation, but this behavior reminds me of high school; angry children lashing out and throwing a temper tantrum for no apparent reason.

The most friendliest and knowledgeable staff! Bernardo and his team is amazing and always get me in and out there quick. He definitely is the one of the hardest working managers there and always happy to help. They need a well-deserved raise! Two thumbs up

out of respect to the customer when she checked the tests then another customer asked her to do same test, I had to wait in the store so another employee was on the phone, I waited and waited... I was planning to buy a starter but I made a decision because they did not respect my needs. So I decide to go another auto part, they did a great job and helped me a lot.

This store has employees that are lazy and down right disrespectful. I called for availability of parts they never answered the phone after calling 5 times letting it ring well over 15 times ring. Then when they answered they put me on hold. I was parked right out side the door watching and there was not one customer in the building. They were laughing and joking while I was on hold.. . I wish cooperate would follow up on this complaint heads would roll.

Sunday open till 9pm . I'm here now Sunday 8pm . Noone in sight .. Needed critical parts to finish by Monday so I can drive to work .. I don't understand .I'm here over an hour before closing .

Awesome thank you guys, my truck froze I needed diesel 911, I was able to pay for it over the phone and have an Uber driver bring it to me at a local hotel. Junior was awesome

Called at 7pm Friday night about a brake rotor. Was told they have 1 in stock and they would hold it for me to get the following morning. Drove across town at 9am Saturday and the staff can t find the rotor after looking for under 5 minutes and gave up.

If I could give this location less than one star I would. I have been a loyal customer since I moved here, and and I am not sure if it is a change in management or personnel, but I have had the worst customer service experiences in recent months. They lost my battery, they did not give me my reward points on a $400 dollar purchase, and the staff are not knowledgeable about the products offered in the store. Please avoid this location until they make changes and treat customers with RESPECT!

Went here because I find that oreillys hires knowledgeable people however this store did not. They hire family and family that doesn't know ANYTHING about cars. I was sold the wrong headlights!!!!! How can you work at a auto parts store and not know something simple about cars. My store has a 4.7 reviews because we higher people who know about what we sell.

Came in for a battery and alternator test. Made me wait for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then told me they aren t stepping out to do any testing momentarily. I asked if I could borrow the machine so that I could determine what is wrong with my vehicle they answered that due to the location they aren t allowed. Not much help at all. With freezing temperatures and having a kid with me makes me angry that they pretend to want to help and them come back with excuses.Being a former employee for the company remind me why I left.

Okay i don't know where to start. Its very clean inside and out. Very friendly workers they all give great customer service. Alk workers are willing to help you put your part on depending on what it is. They will fill your fluids for you. All workers habe great knowledge when it comes to finding things in the store or on the computer. They make you want to come back only to this location. Love coming here.

I am pretty disappointed, I went in to get my battery tested and they did that thank you, but then the guy told me to get the battery I needed a special chip To hook up to battery for when you change it I don't lose all my truck memory . NOT TRUE , Upset that he gave me that information that's not true, but he lost out on the sale. I went to another auto parts store and they did it.

Even after I requested my purchased go towards my purchase employee failed to do. My guess becausr im oldet a Black the young Latino decided he was going to steal my points anyway. Thieves work here

The employees are friendly enough, they were very helpful and I was finally able to find what I'd been searching everywhere for. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but they did have an on-duty cop patrolling the store and subsequent neighborhood. It's a bit hard to notice especially since it sits right on the street, so just make sure you're looking for it. Just fyi, its on the NE corner of Lima and Colfax.

Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is some of the poor trained staff who tries selling u stuff u don't need. You ask for one thing they try to sell u something else besides that stock is great and friendly faces
