I recently visited this auto part store and overall had a positive experience. The service was great, and I encountered no problems. However, during my visit, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving an employee named Fernando. In plain sight and with no shame, he was disrespectful towards his coworker, openly criticizing them in Spanish. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. While my interaction with other staff members was pleasant, witnessing such behavior impacts the overall atmosphere of the store. Management should address this issue to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

Absolutely a wonderful experience The young lady that helped me out found the exact right product I needed even checked in the back to see if there were others in on top of that she made the check out process so easy definitely will come back

These guys really don t want to work and it shows.. I went looking for a simple thing and it seemed too much for all of them to handle. I asked it another store had and they said no, I went to the other location since it was on my way and I found it!Staff clearly does not put in any effort to help or act like they care retain this staff of get new people.On top of it all, I asked for a manager name and they didn t seem to know that either

After standing there 30 min with only 2 customers in the store, an about 4 employees, I only needed spark plugs, I had to get them from a employee. They were not busy,they actually let s person confront of me l?, I was so disgusted with all their help ,i walked out empty handed. I gave 1 star because the doors would open. Avoid this store. It SUX

I've ordered pick up 3 times and all those times the order was not ready at the quoted the, when I arrived the staff was rude and I wasn't even greeted. Ending up having to come back the next day to pick up my order and they where still missing one of my parts. Would definitely not recommend this O'Riley's, as I have had better service in a different state.

I felt very racially discriminated by the tall skinny blond guy. He was very rude to me and also put me to the side twice to help the non black customers who were standing in line behind me. I m giving 3 stars because one of the other workers who seen the disrespect stepped in. Not only did she do her job but also went above and beyond to rectify the actions of her coworker. Hope is the perfect name for such an angel. I give her 10 stars.

They helped me today with a minor thing that I couldn t figure out, and didn t charge me even though I was willing to pay for their assistance, and I am so grateful!! The man on the clock at 11 am on feb 17th is a complete gentleman!!!! Thanks to the ladies too :) I recommend this location! Thanks again guys!

Mauricio is an excellent employee, with a lot to offer. When he found out what kind of car we own he gave us so much useful information about interchangeability and compatibility, it was awesome. He should be up for promotion, as he would make a great supervisor.

At this O'Reilly location the sales people will not try to upsell you, but rather inform you of each product's performance value and if need be, recommend a more modestly priced item. It is the honesty and sincerity of the staff that will keep me coming back. What more can anyone want as a consumer! Outstanding job guys!

I've stopped in here a few times for very simple, cheap inexpensive items. Always greeted with a smile and everyone I've encountered is always great. Go O'Reilly not Advanced. These guys are excellent.

This is the best O'Reilly's I've been too. Ingrid helped us take our battery off and told us how to clean the corrosion and she helped us put it back on. Super helpful and they didnt even charge for helping. I definitely would return here.

Most of the O'Reilly Auto Parts locations are very helpful with great customer service you always get your part within a day or two if they have to order it. I do caution against females going in by themselves to the one on 6th Avenue and Chambers location. I was treated with extreme disrespect. I asked for spark plugs and wires the guy tried to convince me that the most expensive ones at $8 a piece were the factory parts required. When I told him that I wasn't some dumb female who didn't know what she was talking about he called his manager and told him in Spanish that I was rude and unappreciative of his assistants. I told his manager that I was not going to allow myself to be treated rudely just because I'm female. No one not the service person nor the manager apologized for his rude Behavior. I will continue to go to the O'Reilly's on Tower Road as their customer service is excellent.

What happened to great customer service? Cause it doesn t seem like the store manager has any. Juan is his name I believe.. How do you expect to run a business with absolutely horrible customer service skills? I don t see a reason to visit this store any longer. I ll take my business elsewhere!

Very Poor Customer Service!! Francisco Sold me the Wrong parts. Had my vehicle apart to find this out. Went back to get correct parts, They didn't have them. Did not care or try to help me at all. Been going there the Six years I've lived in the neighborhood. Will never go back. Will go to Napa, Autozone or Advanced Auto from here out. Very Disapointed!!

Tried to exchange two quarts of gear oil that I had bought from them and it was their store brand on top of that. I just wanted to exchange the oil I did not need anymore for motor oil I definitely needed. They said no! What a joke.For $10 in a oil exchange I will be buying ALL of my parts and oils elsewhere now. Not good business to weight 10 dollars against hundreds or even thousands of dollars in sales over a few years.I found out how much O reilly s respects their customers and I will not be back.

Was was so happy made it to an auto parts store before my car stopped working until they called the cops on me for not getting it done in time, had to order a few parts and wait for them, I was so unsatisfied with the people who ran the store and the stories they where taking about us being there!!!!

Best service there. Ingrid Perdomo always in a best mood and smile, able to find the part you need she will do anything to find it even if the part it's no longer made she will cross PN brands etc for you have the part you needShe will be the best manager

Very disappointed with this store, the staff has no experience, most of the employees there are young and leasy, they don't want to help, they don't know what they are doing, one day I waste the whole morning because an employee order a couple of wheel bearings, he told me that the parts were going to be at their warehouse, I went to the warehouse and they told me that parts were ordered to a different store, I went there and they didn't have the parts, they only have one bearing when I ordered two, "they are simply waste of time" believe me, avoid this store if possible!

The female daytime weekend manager is useless and has the personality of a rock however any of the guys working there are FANTASTIC. Rudy is very knowledgeable, mike is friendly and will be honest if he doesnt know an answer.... Theres two other guys there (a country guy and a male manager with blonde hair maybe Clinton??) Both are wonderful and helpful too

they have a new policy that says that once you buy an item it is already yours and you cannot return it. They are very rough and not very professional. I recommend that you do not go to this specific store.36th and tower

Not the 5 star service that others seem to have received! My vehicle was stalling when I turned on the air conditioning. I was told by the people at this location that my alternator was going out after they tested my charging system (Of course, they offered to sell me a new one). I checked with another parts store, who also tested my system. They said that my charging system was fine and that I should take my car to a shop and have them look at the AC compressor, all while not trying to sell me anything. I believe that the people at this O'Reily Parts store were either deceitful or ignorant concerning this problem. In either case, they tried to sell me an alternator that I didn't need.

The service is excellent and the staff are very helpful. Day give me military discount. And there price are great. I will keep coming back again.
