HARD WORKING, HIGH INTERGRITY, COMPASSIONATE, REASONABLY PRICED, if you re looking for outstanding mechanic with these traits, Neil is the guy for you. He worked on my Toyota 4runner ABS issue. I thought I would had to spend thousands at the dealership to get it fixed. However, Neil came through even working late into the night to get it fixed for me. He was upfront and honest about the issues he found, as well as the cost associated with it. I truly can t thank him enough for saving my workhorse. I would totally recommend Neil to my friends and my neighbors. I m so glad to find a qualify mechanic in Aurora. They are rare breads now a day.

Neil is wonderful! If you re looking for a reliable, reasonably priced, and positive car repair experience, Neil is your guy. I ve always dreaded taking my car into the shop for many reasons, and Neil makes a stressful event easy and quick. He truly cares about his customers and is always honest about what you should do. Pricing is transparent from the start. I moved to CO a few years ago and miss having someone I could trust to work on my car. Needless to say, I m covered now!

I had a great experience with Neil from the time I called to get a quote. He is very professional and does what he says. His work is by far the best I e seen from a mobile mechanic. He replaced my struts and front breaks in a timely manner and everything is working great, no more bounce. I called Neil out to do some work on my Chevy Avalanche. It was a pretty big job that required a lot of elbow grease, and attention to detail. Neil was able to handle it and get it taken care of in a timely matter, without issue. He was professional, and very knowledgeable. Best decision I made when searching for a mobile mechanic! Not only did he respond in a timely fashion, he took the time to properly diagnose the problem and explained the best approach with the least expense. Neil is by far the best diagnostic mechanic I have encountered in Denver (compared to five dealerships and six privately owned shops). One of the problems we had was an alternator, which he diagnosed quickly, and repaired efficiently. The other was a mystery that four other shops were never able to figure-out. And now, after three years of dealing with an Xterra that couldn't pass emissions, Neil put us in a good spot. Neil is straight-forward with what work needs to be done, what his prices are, and the time it will take to complete the work. Can't clone him, so hopefully Neil will train a group of mechanics to be as honest and skilled as he is. Denver will be better for it.

Really can t say enough good things about Neil! I had my serpentine belt break so he came out and fixed that and then also fixed my broken ac by replacing my clutch and compressor. He s knowledgeable, reliable and I highly recommend him as a mechanic. I ll definitely be using him if I have any other car issues in the future!

I was very impressed by Motor Medicine. From the very beginning Neil was very professional handling the transaction. I also appreciated his honesty in sharing with me his thoughts on the cost of the parts. Neil is there for the customer's best interest. I had my brakes done and had no issues afterward. I highly recommend Motor Medicine to anyone that is looking for a mechanic. I will definitely be using Motor Medicine again! Thank you for the awesome service Neil.

One of the best and friendliest people ive ever met. I happen to just be getting into cars. And sadly cant do everything myself. I had tried installing some spacers but they didn t fit and I happened to break my lug-nut studs on my chevy s10. But not only when i reached out to this dude i was met with nothing but kindness and respect about the whole issue. He also kept me well informed about when he would be able to stop by to help me out, which i greatly appreciated. And being that i really am interested in cars. He was extremely nice enough to let me watch him as he worked. And even thoroughly explained everything he did so I could understand it, and answered every question I had for him. And on top of all of that he recommended multiple sources for parts for my vehicle. He went above and beyond in his service. It was an over all incredibly amazing and friendly service. And i highly highly recommend anybody to hit his service up for help. It is an incredible cost for the work that hes doing. Neil was fantastic. We purchased a used VW from a small dealer for our daughter s graduation. Unfortunately on the way home from the dealer the transmission had issues. The dealership had Neil come out and diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a bad transmission. He replaced it within 2 days and we were very happy with his honesty, work ethic and pricing . Neil is AMAZING! He got my radiator put in AND replaced my cooling fan, in just a few hours when the dealership said they could MAYBE look at it in 3 days some people have jobs here js. He is super friendly and responsive and explains everything from what he is paying and what you pay to why! He answered all of my questions confidently and he was right(I googled it). HIGHLY RECOMEND him and will always call him in the future!

Neil is the greatest! We have an old Acura MDX that wouldn t start one morning, and we didn t want to have it towed. We called Neil and he came out the same day for a diagnostic. We thought it was going to be an expensive repair, but it turned out to be very minor and Neil fixed it for an extremely reasonable fee within a short amount of time. He was professional, an excellent communicator, upfront about costs, and very knowledgeable about the Honda/Acura brand. He didn t try to sell us on other services like many repair shops do; he just fixed the issue and got our car running again. We will definitely be calling him in the future!Service: Electrical

I would highly recommend Neil. He is thorough, patient, honest, reasonable, fair, and an all around great guy! I really appreciate his attention to detail, and his willingness to explain. Neil is a wonderful mechanic, and will not give up until the job is done correctly. I found Neil while having problem after problem with my very dated, but much loved daily driver, and now he's my new go to auto mechanic. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others, and already have to my neighbors.

Neil did an amazing job on replacing my starter and my inner and outer tire rods. Neil did it very professionally and efficiently while also providing an honest and lower price range. I can t say enough about this guy! Neil came and did a timing belt and water pump on my 2008 Lexus GX470. He finished and cleaned up everything in no time. Then when the car threw a code for camshaft position sensors, he came back multiple times to figure it out. I felt like my car was a curse for him for a minute there. He would look, evaluate, research, fix it, it would throw a new code. Then when we thought we were good, the drive belt snapped. And he ran and got a replacement. He ended up having to take apart the timing assembly and drain/fill the fluids probably 5 times because of this sensor. And he refused to leave until the code went off. Then finally late into the night, it went off and the car drives like it s new! And it s at 180k miles! And I basically had to beg him to let me pay him something for all the extra time he put into this thing. And not to mention, my garage is spotless after he left! Nothing in the floor, everything he spilled he cleaned up. Plus he listens to great music and is fun to talk to. I will be calling Neil from here on out, that is if my car doesn t decide to get possessed first. His pricing is the best I ve come across, and his work is the up with some of the best I ve had done. I would trust him on any of my vehicles. And he stands by his work which is the most important thing to take from all of this! Thank you Neil!Service: Auto maintenance

I want to start off by saying I will not be going to the dealership anymore! Neil did an excellent job at helping me with my issues on my Subaru. I had previously gone to a dealership ( I will not name) for a no start condition, and was told I needed an alternator and a serpentine belt for $800! I was referred to Neil through a friend and was not disappointed! He diagnosed it in about 30 min (Way faster than dealership) just a battery! Neil explained why it was only a battery with confidence and professionalism. After the repair I haven't had any issues! I will be Calling Motor Medicine next time I need any work on any of my cars! Thanks Neil!

I called Neil on very short notice when the starter on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited went out and he was able to come over within an hour at 3:30 in the afternoon and replaced it for me. He also changed the serpentine belt and wasn't going to charge me. Even though it's an easy replacement that I would've done I still insisted on paying him for that as he did the work.Extremely nice guy that is very knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to anyone! I hope to do more work with him here soon and in the future!If you have mechanical needs, especially a mobile mechanic who will come to you, don't hesitate to call him. You will be very happy you did.

My driver's side car door would not open from inside or outside. I called around but the auto repair shops were not available for a week out or more. I called a locksmith who said he could address the issue. He diagnosed it and said the actuator needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price that seemed a bit high and I decided to try a mobile mechanic. I found Motor Medicine LLC Mobile Mechanic. Neil came out within an hour or so and diagnosed it. He agreed with the previous diagnosis. He went out and got the part and replaced it quickly the same day. His total charge was a little over half what the other guy quoted me. I wish I had found Neil sooner! He is very knowledgeable, fair, prompt and polite. He will be my go-to mechanic from now on. Thanks so much!!

I was very impressed in Neil's work ethics because there are many components to consider when replacing a battery in a BMW. Neil is a talented individual who possesses a reservoir of knowledge in a variety of platforms. I feel blessed to have found a mobile mechanic who not only is highly skilled & efficient, but who also maintains a moral code of principles. And in today world, this is indeed a rare trait.
