Been working with Omid for half a year now to fix my coolant issue. I told him initially that it was leaking. He came out and said no leak ( after examining and pressure testing). Even when I could see fluids on the ground in the mornings.. he told me it was the thermostat, so we replaced that. Still after that is was leaking.. Then he came back out.. and guess what?? He noticed a leak.. He replaced some hoses and "fixed the leak". Still my car is not holding coolant. I'm around $2k in and the issue is not resolved. Of course, no warranties. Do not hire Omid.

He showed up took our money and no longer called or answered his phone do not go through this spend the extra money and get a REAL mechanic. He's just going to repeat what you said was wrong with the car and give you every excuse in the book completely unprofessional worst mistake I've made.

The customer service was atrocious. Called for a repair and had trouble getting a tile locked in. When the mechanic finally showed up he looked at the engine and said he wouldn t be able to fix it and he d need a day to get the parts in. He said he would call with a time for the repair appt the next day around 9:00.9:00 came and went and The mechanic had not called. He finally called a few hours later and set up an appointment. When the mechanic arrived he stated that his parts person somehow ordered the wrong part and that this one would work but it would be about $200 more than he had originally quoted.I told him that was fine and he went to work. When the mechanic finished a few hours later he also stated that he now thought the alternator belt needed to be replaced but he didn t have that either so I would need to set up another appointment to get that worked on. He did say he would try not to charge me for a second service call.When it came time for a payment the mechanic stated that his card reader stopped working and he could only take Zelle. I asked him for an invoice and he said his invoice printer stopped working as well but he assured me he would get me one via e mail as soon as he returned to the office that was almost a month ago with multiple attempts to get an invoice for the repairs done. I keep being told I ll definitely do it tomorrow .Overall poor repair, poor customer service, and poor follow through. Will NOT be using this company again.Service: Electrical

I called mobile mechanic to replace my air conditioner pump. They came out and did a repair very quickly. I asked him about warranty, and he said that he does really great work and if I had any problems to give him a call. So next few days went by and my air conditioner was not cold. I have been calling and texting daily and have not gotten any response. I am very disappointed in this level of service. My air conditioner still isn t working and I m out over $1200.Service: Air conditioning

I m not sure he was a real mechanic. We had him come out to look at loose battery cables. The day of the appointment he said he was on his way and never showed up. Three days later he started beating on the car battery with a hammer and then he dropped the bolt connecting the battery down into the engine and left it. He said the problem was the alternator but wasn t willing to test it in front of us and gave a quote for $750. I think we ll go to a real mechanic. Very unprofessional and shady work.Services: Electrical, Battery

Instead of repairing the car, he only made it worse. Had to take the car to dealer and found out the problem was totally different from what he told us and that he didnt do the job right and we ended up spending $1800 more than we should have. Such a big mistake. I will never call mobile mechanic and trust them to fix the car. Towing the car and taking it to professional mechanic shop will save you so much more money.

I called Mobile Mechanic & Auto Repair the gentleman answered the phone like he was my friend. I had to ask if I was calling a mobile mechanic. I was informed that he was, Mobile Mechanic & Auto Repair. he should have answered the phone Mobile Mechanic & Auto Repair. This is not a very good way to start a business relationship. I was weary but I went ahead and made an appointment on February 11th for an engine diagnostic. I was told to forward my information which I did. From there no contact no follow up and no business sense. I highly recommend everybody stay away from this service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

He responded the next morning with a quote and even after I told him no thank you, then failed to do it myself, he showed up within the hour to help me with my alternator. Super nice guy and had a nicely equipped truck with everything he needed to finish the job.

I called him when my 2002 Accord was in a bad shape. Overheated, coolant leak, fumes, and a pretty bad engine oil leak. Omid came over on time, despite his busy schedule, gave a clear diagnosis, and came the next day with all the new parts required, and completed the 4 hour work, which I thought could be done only in a well equipped garage, in my parking lot. It included changing the timing belt. His charge was reasonable and I appreciate his honesty. Now my old car runs lot quicker and smoother. I'll call him first on all my future repairs.

Omid is a clean cut, friendly young man who provided excellent service and great communication while he worked on the brakes. He charged less than his original quote after discovering the rear brake shoes didn't need replacing at this time, demonstrating his integrity and commitment to customer service. Still waiting on my diagnostic report, I haven't been able to take my kids to school or get my car up on running. I wouldn't recommend at all. I knew how to fix one problem and that mechanic came fast to do it for me. I don't want to have to pay for another report Especially if I paid 95 on this one it's not fair. For me or my pockets. Ripp off

He is an expert and experienced mechanic I know since 5 years now, He fixed my car s shocks, brakes, oil pan etc. I always ask him to fix my car. I really recommend this honest guy!

One of the shadiest businesses ever. Avoid them as much as possible! Quoted me a new starter when it was just my battery. Knocked on my car with a hammer and tried to convince me otherwise. Do NOT have them out.
