I came here with a problem I don t think anyone else could have fixed but Javier. Literally have been looking around for help all around Aurora till I was recommended here by Volkswagen themselves for my gti. Javier was very patient and understanding with me. He knew right away what was going on with my car. He was efficient and professional with it. He was quick on his feet knew what was up. You come here just know you ll be in good hands. Thanks Javier much appreciated man.

Javier, the shop manager, took care of me BIG TIME today. He took time of his day to evaluate my vehicle and tell me I didn t need a service. The honesty and class here is top notch!! Bring your vehicle here if you actually want quality service. This shop is not like the shops that have a bad rap. THANK YOU JAVIER!!

We are from Illinois visiting our daughter who needed lots of work done on her car. We called last minute to have brakes and tires rotated. They got us in the next morning, fixed the brakes, a steering rod, balanced tires, flushed radiator and topped off all fluids. Price came in below our quoted price, plus they called us several times to update us on status. Exceptional service and the technician went over everything with us. Very pleased. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great service.

5 stars to this place because they were able to get me in without an appointment. I like how the manager is very knowledgeable and skilled in this field. The employees were great and hardworking. I purchased my tires from elsewhere and they were able to put them on and do a wheel alignment. With the wheel alignment, I noticed my steering seemed a bit loose so being concerned I called them but no one answered. Surprisingly someone returned my call and told me I can bring it back in so they can check it out. I really like that every one seems to work hard and multi-task. I will come here for all my car needs and recommend them as well!!

Had a great experience with this branch. Came in needing a lot of work done (oil change, tire replacement, alignment). They gave me a fair price for all of the services done and their customer service was great. Thought I needed to get my headlights replaced and was ready to pay, but they were honest and let me know that none of the headlights were out. Came in with a nail in my tire and they put my spare on no charge while my new tires were being shipped. Javier, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. Will be coming back to this branch for future work needed on my car.

I don t think the guys at this shop fully know what they are doing or they are trying to just pull a fast one on people. They tried to tell me my head gaskets were blown/leaking and that s what was causing my over heating. I knew full well my gaskets were fine so I take it to another shop to get a second opinion and low and behold their test comes out saying my gaskets are perfectly fine and that I need a radiator and/or water pump. It s fine if you don t know what s causing an issue but you can t just throw out one of the most expensive repairs and hope that s it. What would ve happened if I spent 1500-2k on head gaskets and my car still over heated? As nice as these gentleman are I won t be going back to this shop and I urge anyone who does to get a second opinion before you spend your hard earned money here.

Javier and his team are awesome! Always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I brought my Saturn vue in for an alignment and the guys always make sure the car is in great condition before sending me on my way. Positive attitudes throughout the day with how busy it is and always friendly

Javier is without a doubt the greatest mechanic I ve ever had. Extremely understanding and willing to work with you. Completely transparent on all repair processes. Got my 2015 Nissan Aramda taken care of same day. Highly recommend.Thank you for your help Midas and Javier!!

I stopped by the shop to get routine maintenance and was impressed by the customer service. Jan was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and explained all of my options and even stayed after hours to complete the job. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone!

Austin was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We ended up getting an oil change, new tires, and full diagnostic on our vehicle on short notice. They did excellent work and kept us well updated throughout the process. Thank you guys for all that you do! Will be back again. Hopefully next time just for regular maintainence. Cheers!

The mechanics here were very honest and up front about their services and provided explanations for everything they do. They are also very respectful of people and even (to my surprise) lgbtq+ friendly. They weren t able to service my vehicle, but they identified the problem and did everything they could to give me options. Great people and great place! I highly recommend :)

Javier is the manager of this place. I can say that he went above and beyond to help with my flat tire. Doesn't sound like much but I was terribly impressed. This place is really about service and the team all seem to be really great guys. Well run establishment and good job. Javier!

Gonna give 3 for the misdiagnosis but 5 STARS for the manager Javier and everything he did to make things right for me after it was discovered my engine couldn't be fixed at their shop. Javier is a great guy! Thank you

I find it extremely important to let other people know how they will be treated when walking into a place of business.Today was the first time I had ever done business with Midas. I was impresed to say the least. I had the wonderful fortune to have met two incredible women. The first was Jan. The moment I walked into the front office, I was greated with a very personable, "Hello sir, I'll be right with you." I couldn't help but notice her peaceful spirit. Jan was extremely professional. She had perfect eye contact. And to me, that says everything about how the person as well to how the company treats its customers.'ll tell you what Jan did not do; she didn't treat me as I were simply a number, And, as we know, that's exactly what most businesses do.The second person I met Hailey. Hailey was the one who did my oil change. Once Hailey was done with the oil job, she came into the front office, and formerly introduced herself. She asked me if I had any questions. Talk about a class act! Throughout my adult life, that was a first!By the time I was ready to leave, all of my questions had been answered, my oil job completed, and I found A NEW HOME FOR MY CAR. No more Jiffy Lube!I humbly thank you for hiring two incredible woman! They both personify excellence!!!Mario Figueroa

Highly recommend this store customer service is great. Javier is an outstanding manager and will go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle. Most positive experience I've had with a tire shop. I'll be coming back for all of my work souly on the way I was treated.

Had to take my car in and unfortunately it was a transmission problem which Midas doesn't handle. Javier, called and let me know the issue and even gave me recommendations! When I showed up, I was prepared to pay for the inspection, but once again Javier was amazing and said "Have a great day, not charging you for sending you to another shop." Highly recommend and will definitely be using them for any non transmission related issues lol!

Really nice manager, had put in a fuel pump for me since my friend was unable to with all of this snow this weekend, ended up being even cheaper than I was quoted.Not something they'll normally do but charged me a very inexpensive rate for the work, car is working great

While I was waiting for my flat tire to be repaired, the manager or owner got into a verbal altercation with a customer who didn't understand financing for an expensive part. When the customer walked out, the manager complained to the lobby. The customer returned later and the manager accused the customer of telling him he didn t know how to do his job. The manager then verbally reprimanded employees for not writing orders where he wanted them, not putting lost and found items where he wanted them, not fixing an error he thought they should be able to fix, and not foreseeing a part from another supplier being two days out. In the last case, the manager mocked the employee. The employees were lovely and fully understood when I decided to leave after an hour of sitting through this. They even inflated my tire for me so I could still drive home. The two stars are for them and their customer service.

Exceptional service and perfect timing. They are the best for good reason. They take time to care for your vehicle from bottom to top. Recommend Midas and especially mechanic Javier to anyone I know. One things for sure, they ll make it right the first time.

Had a scary incident happen with my alternator three weeks ago and luckily came to this location and was helped out tremendously!! The manager and the mechanic who worked on my car helped me get back on the road and I really appreciate it!!

Their crew is legit and their manager knows what he's talking about period!!Their top mechanic can work on a Infinity's Mercedes all day they do not break a part fix a part they are honest group of young men trying to make out here in the world so know that there manager is top tier period just relax be patient
