Great and excellent service! staff are all very friendly people and I recommend this location to everyone! if any issues on your car at this place they will be always a solution either for the repair or the payment ! Feels like i got scammed, ive had them work on my car 4 times in a span of a month. My suspension needed work, and to this day it make alot of noise and the steering wheel isnt centered. And mainly have leaks, i trusted these guys and "fixed" leaks, charged me for a valve cover that wasnt needed, to this day theres a leak. And every single time i took the car they found new things that needed fix. But when i asked them about certain leaks they dismissed it.

This is my favorite shop to get any work done and for a quick oil change. Everyone is so polite and friendly. Donnell at the front is so knowledgeable. He helped me alot with my car many times. What a wonderful team

I'm not happy at all. I took my car in for a transmission check (engine light on), a tire patch, and a skid pad reattachment. I approved a transmission fluid flush if needed, and they just went ahead and did it anyway. Engine light was still on. Transmission only slightly better. Tire patch was almost $40, a total rip off.But that's not what really ticked me off, though. My driver side door had no damage when I left my car. I picked it up and went straight home. Saw this damage you see in the photos when I got out of the car and cut myself on the top one closing the car door. I don't know if some machinery in the shop hit my car in two places (like a machine with levers), or of someone tried to break into my car in their lot in two different places. The former seems likelier. Still deciding what I want to do about this, May call a lawyer. Will NEVER use again, not any Meineke anywhere.

Exceptional Service! I can't speak highly enough of Meineke Car Care Center! From the moment I stepped in, the professionalism and expertise were evident. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of the service my car needed. Not only was the work completed efficiently, but the quality was outstanding. I took my vehicle to Mighty key and dropped it off on Monday morning at 8am. To Check my brakes.they said it is the brake booster? They replaced it called me to pick it up. The brakes was hard it would not stop. They diagnosed it again, said it was the Master cylinder, they replace it called me to pick it up and it was still not fixed . I ask did you bench bleed the master cylinder before you put it on? They said yes.They went through a total of four boosters But still was not fixed.I ended up getting my truck back on Friday evening. The service was unacceptable.I will not use mighty key again.I have used them for years.No more

Definitely will not be back to this establishment or give my business to this brand. Went in to get a tire patched and also added a oil change. The man at the front desk said it would be between 30 mins to a hour to get everything finished. Said that would be perfect and would be back in a hour or so.Came back around the 2 hour mark and the services are still not completed. Zero communication from any employee there on the times to get these issues fixed. Had to ask multiple times what is the wait time, was told 10 to 15 minutes twice. Now waiting for almost 3 hours.... Very terrible customer service and wait times for very relatively simple jobs.So if you want to get over promised and way under delivered this is the shop for you!

Took my car for a simple oil change, Worst place ever. I have never seen employees this irresponsible and inexperienced. The kid working on my car looked obviously inexperienced, and worst customer service ever. Would talk to him and he would just look away and not respond not even a hi back. Then lost the cap to my brake fluids, which caused the car to keep leaking oil for over a week. When I take it back to them, they would say it was already leaking and not our fault. They also wanted me to pay alot to fix the leak, they didn t want to tell me that the leak was caused because the kid lost the brake fluids cap. So there was no serious leak like they suggested, but it was just because of the cap they lost. The car is still to this day making noises and not the same. Even a 1 star is way too much for them. If you want your car to come back to you worse than before, then this is the perfect place to take it.

I went in to change one thing they gave me an estimate for a bunch of different things. The prices there are extremely expensive I work on cars myself I m not stupid, I know exactly what I wanted to change. But no they wanna run Diagnostic test. Which ran for about $160 an hour. Now get this I have recently changed my brake pads 2 days before and guess what their diagnostic test told them I need new brake pads and rotors for $500, lmfao who ever doing diagnostic testing is a clown, after all how you do diagnostic testing on things you just look at and you know where the problem is? Like pads and oil change and what I went in for which was to change my tie rod and frozen ball joints..which you can just turn the wheel you know where the noise is from, if your mechanic or who ever your diagnostic person can t do that I don t think they know what tf they doing, I was told it would be done within on day, nope not at all, called the next day before they close at 6 haven t even worked on it parts won t be in till the following end of the day, so which means I would be car less for 5 days or more. Took my car out with out them even fixin the issue.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in needing a thermostat replacement. My car was not overheating before I brought it in but my check engine light was on. They replaced my thermostat and insisted on doing a coolant flush, I paid over $500. Less that 24 hrs later my car started overheating. I pulled over quickly and DID NOT drive it like this. I took it in on Saturday morning around 9 am, they didn't even take a look at the issue until around 1. I was there ALL DAY for them to tell me they have no clue what is wrong... They continued to NOT UPDATE ME FOR 3 DAYS! When I called it seemed like they had forgotten about my vehicle. They finally came the conclusion that they needed to replace BOTH head gaskets. If this was actually the problem why didn't they see that before sending me on my way. I was not having these issues before hand and now they are trying to charge me close to $5,000 to repair. I have seriously never experienced worse customer service.

After the weekend wait, diagnosis (bad alternator) was quick and repairs took a day. Paid more than I had hoped for, but repairs were competent. Shop seemed to be missing scheduled technicians.

My visit to Meineke Car Care Center on Wednesday, December 6th was my worst experience at both customer service and performance in all of 2023. I don't intend to ever go back there, nor recommend that place to anyone for the following reasons:1. I arrived on time for an 8am appointment and was told my diagnostic would be 1 hour and a half. I sat there in front of the receptionist until after 12 noon without an explanation or apology.2. I was the first to arrive and was charged $160.00 for diagnostic while everyone else was charged $80.00 rightin my presence.3. My vehicle was returned to me after 5 hours without the diagnostics I went in for. I went in to diagnose why my dashboard light was not coming on and my horn wouldn't sound. I left from there with an additional problem: my interior lights won't go off.4. I felt like a hostage, because after I waited for 3 hours, I told the receptionist to return the car if they could not diagnose the problem. The receptionist told me that the mechanic had already spent time on my car, so to return it, I would have to pay the $160.00.

I felt they did a good job. I like that they take pictures and give you a report of what should be fixed. The reason for three stars is time! I got there at 11:30am left at 3:30pm. 4 hours. I was tired and hungry and I felt horrible. Whereas in reality it should have only taken about an hour. But, they did have to wait for a part. I just feel like I didn't have to be there all day. Otherwise they did a good job on the repair.

Taylor was the store manager today, I went in to fix my lights. They did a full diagnostic test and fixed the electrical issues my car was having. Taylor, whose store is @ 1658 Broadway, Denver, was so knowledgeable and thorough. He made the whole experience pleasant and quick. The whole team was also friendly and professional. He did a good job on the repair. Butler should have taken an hour and a half took 4 hours they did have to wait for a part and I had to wait there as well and I was feeling sick because I didn't eat all day. I was there from 11:00 to almost 4:00 in the afternoon. But otherwise he did a good job you can't really see your car when they're working on it like some places. it was about an hour and 15 minutes before they even got my car and brought it in so if you got all day it's okay to go there.

Everyone hates to have to replace a windshield, but this shop made it less painful. The shop was clean and comfortable and my 2 and 1/2 hours spent there went by quickly. I previously had good service here, but I understand there's been a change in management. I really don't expect to show up for an appointment to fix specific problems I'd described on the phone when I made it only to be told that the shop can't fix them. Store personnel asked who had told me the shop could perform the repairs and apparently had no record of my appointment.

This place and ALL those men there are ridiculous. Took my car in one week because it wasn't starting. They said they changed 2 fuel pumps. Called back the next week and talk to some Hispanic man about a check engine light. Brought it in the next day. When he said it would get looked out. It didn't. Scheduled another appointment like an idiot, and after 8 hours of being there I called they said it was ready and on a test drive. A test drive that wasted Alot of gas. Unbuckled my son car seat, left tools in the car. To be told they replaced a fuel pump they didn't replace the week prior. But I was charged for 2. Told the manager we needed the check engine light to be checked on a tuesday and the thursday we took it it. They didn't bother checking it until we told them to give us the keys.. called to talk to Darnell the next day and he said we never told him but wouldn't it be common sense as a mechanic to before you say the car is ready and you take on your joy ride to check the check engine light. Guess not.This place was way better when the Mexican guys were there. Now there is just LAZY there.

The few times I ve used Meineke they go above and beyond for me. Taking care of minor fixes during a routine oil change for my convenience and it is really appreciated. I m always able to get an appointment at a good time and the service and portal they use for reviewing and checking the status of your service is simple, innovative and effective.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Highly unprofessional and lack of knowledge. The guy at the front was the rudest individual I ve encountered, not just short with me but rude to his co worker as well. Treating and talking to him as if he were an imbecile. I definitely will not be returning to this location or any Meineke. Which is sad because I have had all of my work done through various meineke locations totaling almost $10,000.

It s under new management now and they did a great job. I love the text they send you to let you know they found something that might need to be looked at. And gives you the price. Very terrible service. The employees either don t communicate work that is being done with each other or the managers don t care. The manager argued with me on the phone about services that were promised and had my vehicle for 4 days without being touched at the shop until the last. I have been going to this location for over 3 years but I will not be returning.

I went there on 12th Jan, 2024. Worst customer service. No co-ordination between staff. Worst replies on phone call about status updates. Took 6 hours just to change the oil in the car. Unprofessional and I think they didn't what they were doing.

I d definitely have to bring my car somewhere else. An oil change took 2 hours and there was oil everywhere under the hood. Nice people but I wouldn t recommend.
