Highly recommend. I went to go get my husbands tire patched on his Journey around 5 pm, Jordan one of the mechanics helped me , he got the Journey in the bay patched it up within 20 mins and I was on my way. He was really helpful, polite and professional and listened to me ramble on and got me on my way.Will definitely be back for other services in the future.

Outstanding! Highly Recommend On April 12th I dropped my Ram 1500 off to have the front Bilstein struts adjusted and a alignment done. Everything was going smooth but after realignment one of the C clips failed on the Bilstein struts. This left both the shop and myself and a bit of a pickle because you cannot find anyone locally who sells replacement C clips for the Bilstein struts. So after doing some research we found the replacement parts @ Summit Racing however was going to be five days before I get them and the shop had to leave the truck up on a lift during that time. The manager as well as the shop staff we're extremely understanding, I felt bad for taking up a Bay for five days but after all was said and done the C clips came in and I was set to go. I give a lot of credit to the staff member here for being understanding that the part is not readily available and for me having to take up one of their bays from Friday to Tuesday.Tim STallGrass Subdivision

I come here for all my cars needs and let me tell you, Eric I believe the manager makes us feel special whether I have a flat tire or buying new tires or getting my oil changes done. This guy s customer service is amazing .now I feel bad going anywhere else just because, he raised the bar so high for others to get me the service he gets us

I took my fleet vehicle here and asked for an oil change, tire rotation and for my brakes to be checked. They also said they would call me back when my vehicle was done (which they didn't). When picking up my vehicle I wasn't handed a receipt and they said my brakes were fine. Turns out my brakes still weren't fine and they didn't even look at them and they didn't do my tire rotation either. The only way I found all of this out was because of the receipt on my fleet management vehicle app. I will never be returning here again. They are not honest!

We took our 4Runner in last year for new tires and breaks. Since the work was done, the breaks have been squeaky and temperamental. We took the car into breaks plus this weekend who informed us the breaks were put in BACKWARDS and they had never seen anything like it. I called the manager Ronan to let him know, he did not propose a solution and just apologized. Please avoid Les Schwab Tire center for any break issues. Seems like tires is the only thing they can handle

Ronan and the entire team at this shop are awesome! I was here about a week ago and got 4 new tires. It was fast and affordable. Today I got my brakes done, which they suggested during my last visit. They didn't pressure me about the brakes. Ronan showed me the stage my brakes were at and gave me a quote sheet with the full price.I took the quote sheet and made an appointment online. It was so easy and they were expecting me this morning.They've made a customer for life.

For some reason, I convinced myself I could get the tire bead to unseat on my own to change a valve stem. which I quickly reminded myself that is always a terrible idea. Shot over to the local shop. The guys were super nice, also politely agreed that was a terrible idea, and had me out in maybe 30 minutes.

Eric W. was quick to help when I got a flat on the passenger side of my Subaru. Given my model, normally 4 new tires for would be required, but Eric was able to track down 1 and save me a great deal of money which I sincerely appreciated. They are professional and courteous. Owning a car can be a headache, but LST helps keep things simple.

Very poor service. I take my car in to get my wipers fixed because they didn't work the previous weekend during the snowstorm so I was very important I got them fixed. I take my car/suv in on 10-31 for the repair as well as a oil change and a general inspection. When they bring my car out I asked if he checked the wipers and he says no takes the car back to check the wipers and tells me I need a new motor and take it to the dealership. I end up taking my car to ServiceStreet across the street and they tell me all I need was a screw to tighten the blade and I also needed transmission and brake fluid. Won't be going back to Les Schwab again. Service Is lacking.

Really disappointed. Been using this location for a while now with no problems. decided to get an oil change and they messed it up. Car was smoking when I left because they overfilled the oil. They drained some of my transmission fluid on accident but refused to admit it

Been in 4 times after spending almost 1k on new brakes and they still squeak worse than before I took it in. Before this Les Schwab has been awesome.but they can't get my brakes right and it's so annoying. I am glad I can dispute credit card charges cause they did not provide what I paid for and can't fix it. Dealership here I come.

I wish i can do 0 starts , horrible customer service, they did my oil change , after i picked up my car it starts smoking, i come back and they said everything is ok , are you kidding me? they wont fix the problem, i have to take my car to the mechanical shop and pay to fix what ever they messed up!

This location is determined to rip off clients. I went in and purchased two tires for $126 each and the total with tax and all topped off to almost $400. They never turned the screen to show me what services they were adding to my ticket (none of which I authorized) and at the end when they printed the receipt the manger said it s services that s already been done and there is nothing he can do. My advice if you had to use them ask what you re getting charged for beforehand, they will add things you Don t really need and are expensive. I personally will not use them again and will advice family and friends to steer clear.Services I never needed but was charged for anyway are the following:A- Sipping- new passenger tireB- 1100k tire pressure monitoring system sensor rebuild kit

Eric & his team were amazing. Our pickup had a bad shimmy as we were going out of town. They fit us into the schedule. They balanced the tires. Drove the pickup, then took all wheels of to clean the mud out from behind them. Drives like a dream & we are back on the road. All of this was covered under our tire warranty. Great service. Thank you.

What a great experience at this Les Schwab tire! I was helped by Adam and he gave great customer service with his honesty. He made sure that I receive the best tire for my car (even though it wasn't the most expensive one)Les Schwab has me as a customer for life.

Went to this Les Schwab to repair a tire puncture. First time- awesome fixed properly. SECOND TIME HOWEVER- The tire wasn't fixed at all!!!!!! The nail is still in there and its still losing pressure!! They must think I'm stupid! I will be contacting local management about this! You cant say something is fixed when it is not! Ridiculous!

Les Schwab has helped myself and my wife without being a customer. It was years back and I didn t need tires at the time. Because of this I have never gone anywhere else (Les Schwab has now put a second set of tires on my truck) and my recent visit to Les Schwab Aurora Picadilly St. at 21609 E. Quincy Ave was another example of an excellent company. I want to thank the manager Eric for making this tire change happen. I am very grateful that he was able to squeeze me in. The store was very busy as am I.Thank you!!

I highly recommend this location! The manager is super knowledgeable and friendly. He is honest and fair in pricing and services. I will always come back to this location. Thank you so much for the great service. I came in for an alignment and ended up needing new rotors which solved my alignment issue. They took great care of me and I am 100% satisfied.

Please what ever you do be careful who you take you car to and trust to take car they said they were e t of your vehicle repairs. Trusting that the job would be done correctly. We have a family my grandkids along with my kids. This is our family car that takes us where we have to go. We fought to get are car done correctly and every time we took it in the work that was supposedly being done was not reported or logged every time so the records don t show each and every time we complained about the feeling and sounds and grinding noise we were hearing. We know this because the 2nd to last time we came in they said it doesn t show that we replaced anything it s not showing in the computer and they said work was being done. We drive to the mountains often and wanted to make sure we were safe. Sad to say the problem never got fixed and even on the receipt they said it was fix. We took our vehicle back 7+times. So scared to take it anywhere. We took it back to the dealership to find out that nothing was done. They couldn t believe that we were able to drive it. They said it was so unsafe to drive.Trying to find places at a reasonable price.It is better to take it to the dealership pay a little more with a guarantee. We had brakes done, and tires done and none of it was done at all but the tires and them were probably used too.They took our money and we suffered for the poor job that was done. We will never ever take our vehicle back.

Went in to have a tire repaired. I brought in the tire from another vehicle. Dropped the tire off. Went in they said it would take 45 minutes. I went home. I live 5 minutes away. An hour and half later I went back. I thought the tire would have been done. Nope. I waited anther 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile my vehicle was sitting in my driveway for 2 hours on a jack. I m not a big fan leaving a car on a jack for an extended period of time. Dangerous and all that. If I would have known it would have taken almost 2 hours to do a 10 minute job I would have went elsewhere. My TPMS light has not gone out after a 10 minute drive. Yikes. I hope they didn t mess up my TPMS. I ll check my tire pressure on all tomorrow.

Hey customers these guys could care less about you! Scheduled appointment for this morning and dropped car 7 AM with keys in lock box. As I was leaving a worker was coming in and saw me leaving car. I walked home. At noon I had heard nothing so I called. "You dropped off?" "Wow I guess the manager did not check the box and we did nothing even though you are on the schedule for today." Lost the use of my car for 1/2 day. The guy said NOTHING when I came to pick up my keys. Three failures: the guy walking in did not care about the car being dropped off, nobody checked drop box, and nobody checked the schedule. Fourth mistake is located in company's reply below: to touch base with the manager. Meaningless suggestion since the manager should have reached out to me. I was a customer years ago same location and something is wrong with this place now. The lady who runs the front desk is snotty. Big O here I come.

Horrible customer service. Our truck has been pulling to the right more than usual (it's a Ram so there is some pull to the right from factory) so scheduled an appointment to get an alignment done before our 2200+ mile road trip. My wife took the truck in for the appointment, but no alignment was done. Instead, what she got was a "Visual Inspection" and mansplained as to why the Ram pulls to the right which we already knew, hence the appointment. My wife asked if they could grease the front drive shaft and was told it is a closed system that cannot be greased, at which point my wife told the tech about the sticker under the hood explaining the greasing of the front drive shaft, to which they said they do not have the right tool. While there we also wanted the brakes looked at. My wife was told the brake fluid looked really dark and was quoted $90 to flush. Then was told $129 to flush, but hey, at least that service got done. We have been going to Les Schwab for years and have always found the service techs to be knowledgeable and helpful, but that was not the case this time. This was the first time at this location, and it will definitely be our last. Thanks Les Schwab for wasting our time.

I went in to get my tires and brakes checked on our travel trailer. I was greeted by Ronan who went outside to do the inspection.He answered all my questions and got me on my way.Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Ronan, I'll be sure to spread the word on your great customer service!

Quoted 1-2 hours. Due to living nearby, I decided to drop my vehicle off at 10:51 a.m. and walk home. The business was not busy at this time as several bays were open and only two people were in the lobby. I waited 3 hours and 15 minutes and decided to walk back over in anticipation that my vehicle may be almost finished or to determine if there may be a problem. Upon arriving around 1:30p.m., they just pulled my vehicle into a bay. I decided to wait in hopes that it would not be an extended wait. Approximately a dozen vehicles came and went while I waited in the lobby. It took 45 minutes for my four tires to be placed on the vehicle and then my vehicle sat in the parking lot for the next 45 minutes waiting the be aligned. It took 45 minutes for my vehicle to be aligned. At 4:10p.m. my vehicle was done at a cost of $325 (alignment and installation of four tire). It took over 5 hours and 10 minutes to get basic service for my vehicle (while in the lobby they continued to quote 1-2 hours). Had the service technician quoted this time initially, I would not have had a problem with the wait time. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes while my vehicle was done and parked in the parking lot. The employees don t seem to care and they are seen laughing joking with each other in the maintenance bays (probably should get rid of the windows if the employees are going to act unprofessionally). They have absolutely no consideration for your time and the service they provide is severely under their competitors. I recommend this place if you enjoy wasting your valuable time and enjoy seeing disrespectfully employees disregard your concerns. P.S. the lady working in the lobby will not greet you as you walk in, she will not stand up or acknowledge you presence and she spends the majority of her time on her cell phone. Don t waste your time or money here. It s nearly false advertising to claim you specialize in tires an wheels.

These guys are incredible! For months now, I have been fighting with the stupid warranty company about defective calipers! I replaced my pads and rotors 4 times, and within a couple hundred miles, they would warp again. (See review for warranty processing). Eric, the manager, went above and beyond doing everything he could to get it covered, but the warranty company refused. Anyway, I canceled the warranty and told them where they could stick it. Then I took it to Eric and paid out-of-pocket to get the calipers, pads, and rotors replaced! Now I don't get whiplash coming to a stop!!! Excellent job, guys. We truly appreciate all you do, and you have a customer for life here!

Damsal in distress came out to a flat tire and the nice people over at Les Schwab came to assist in getting my tire changed out and even offered to fix it for me. Thank you Alex for the muscle, Eric for the kindness and Roman for lending me Alex for a few! Anytime you need tires with good customer service come on by for your tire needs

My low tire pressure light popped up...stopped in since it was on the way home, and it turns out the tire was a goner. I had a warranty for the tires at a diff location, and the staff was so patient with me as I decided what to do, despite being extremely busy at the time. They kindly put the spare on for me to hold me over until I could get to the other location. Thank you so much for your patience, service, and professionalism.

Excellent service!!! They will put your car back on road no matter what. Even with leaking air valves front and rear passenger side this was done for purpose by mechanic. Only front wheels got service not rear but the rear one got loose air valve. Excellent service. Thank you definitely will not go back.

The people at this location are beyond phenomenal. Adam, Ty, and their team are of the most genuine, honest, professional, and hard working people you will do business with. They were able to throw a leveling kit on my truck and complete the job the same day I called. I have been relying on this shop for more than 3 years and never once have they let me down, but rather exceeded my expectations every time I've done business with them. Undoubtedly, the most top tier talent comes out of this shop. Thank you so much.
