I had some corrosion on the hood repaired here under warranty. This was the only FCA dealership in the metro area able to do the work. The top of the hood is amazing workmanship. However, they didn't bother to paint under the edge of the hood where they sanded it. The hood has exposed metal that they caused.Update: Originally one star but Larry H Miller took complete ownership of the error and fixed it in one day. You can't even tell where the corrosion was now.

Worst Experience Ever, Zero stars is more appropriate. This collision center does not communicate properly and tells you the wrong information constantly. Every time I call they never know where my file is even when I give them all the information. One lady tells me something while another lady yells at her in the background telling her that s wrong. One phone call they told me I could get my car reassembled so I could drive it while insurance finalized the supplement. Call them today to be told they won t touch the vehicle without insurance giving them another check. They had a sister store do the initial evaluation of the vehicle and then are claiming they never looked at it correctly. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. Don t waste your time, go somewhere where your valued and the office communicates with you.

The work on my truck was completed much faster than I had expected and everything looked great. Also Anna Waldrop was very responsive with me, which was very appreciative. She did a great job!

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Brought my car here after I was in an accident and I have never experienced such poor customer service. Had called and left multiple messages requesting an update, and never got a callback. When I finally got someone on the phone, she was extremely rude and dismissive and told me to call my insurance. No one had told me that they found more damage, so I had no idea an insurance adjuster was going back out to look at it. Then, I show up on a Saturday to get my things from my car before they tow it on Monday to be totaled, and there is no one there. Their voicemail states they are open Saturdays 8am-1pm, and the service dept stated they had stopped being open on Saturdays 4 months ago/there was nothing they could do. Luckily (but also not keeping my stuff safe at all) my car was unlocked so I was able to get my belongings. Never use this place!!! And if you have to 1) take everything out of your car because obviously they take no care to keep your things from being stolen 2) don t expect any updates.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car there and my mistake was not taking pictures when I left it. The day I went for it because I decided not to fix it, and they put it back together, the whole problem was in the back; I spoke to tell them that the power button did not work and that they had removed it. Well they did not accept their fault because they had photos of when the mechanic started working on it although they didnt have any pre starting work. They claim I brought my car in the shop without the push to start when I have never taken it off. Well I had to pay for a diagnosis because the ignition button, the remote start button and the automatic door locks did not work. The issue was that they did not reconnect a sensor that was in the bumper from behind where they disarmed it... and was told "take your own photos or video when you leave your car to prevent unnecessary expenses", when this whole situation was caused from their negligence.

Be sure to test that your lights and that everything works before you take your vehicle. I took my vehicle back after they had it for 1.5 months. When I armed the alarm, I noticed one of the lights was not flashing like it was supposed to. I then turned on the lights to see if the light came on and it didn't. I called and was told to come back.i work a position where the place of business will not open unless I am there, for safety reasons First, this should have been tested before stating repairs were complete. How can you say repairs are complete when things are not in the same condition as they were prior to needing the repairs? The contact at the repair shop of course tried to make an excuse about the knob for the lights being in the off position. That statement alone means either the receptionist did not properly relay the issue or the contact at the repair shop did not clarify to understand. Regardless of not properly relaying or not asking clarifying questions, both are bad. The brace that held the left side of my seat was broke before the vehicle went in for repairs. When I got it back, the rightvside brace was broke as well.

I chose this place since my insurance has an office there hoping for easy and quick communication about some hail damage repairs I was having done. I made it very clear when making the appointment for repairs that I only want to drop the car off once they have all the parts they need to repair it since the damage was only cosmetic and could wait to fix it if needed. They said they could have the repairs done in 8-12 days. After 14 days or so I called to check in, hearing nothing from the company since dropping off the vehicle. They said they found more damage and were waiting on insurance to approve a supplemental claim but insurance said they were waiting on them. 25 days after dropping off the car I asked about the status since my rental would run out after 30 days. They said they ordered or were sent the wrong part but the new one should arrive by the last day of my rental. It didn't so they said I'd have to wait past when I had my insurance rental. I dropped off the rental and asked them to provide me with a loaner vehicle. They refused at to first. They then gave me a date for when the repairs would be complete. I drove there expecting to get my car and return the loaner but was called into the office (where no one except the receptionist was wearing a mask) only to be told that the person attaching the last part broke it and they had to order another. No one called to tell me not to come. I then asked if I could come the next morning to pick up the vehicle and they said a staff member would be out so come in two days. Finally I went to get my car 45 DAYS after I dropped it off for a 1-2 week repair. I expected to have some sort of discount or something to try and make up for the inconvenience and waste of time but nope, even after asking. There wasn't anyone there to review the repairs with me and when I sat in my car I had to reattach part of the seatbelt myself which was on the floor. I will never go back and would drive to another city rather than return here. Why isn't there an automatic tracking system that updates customers as they vehicle is repaired? Why did I have to call for updates? Why don't they have reliable vendors?Service: Body & Trim

If you want to waste your time and energy this is the perfect place. It took over two months to replace a bumper. That in itself is unbelievable. I had to call multiple times to get the status of my repair and promised a call back/update that was never happened. Each time the reason for the delay was completely different, it was an impressive amount of excuses. This is just half of it. Once I got my vehicle, I noticed a scratch at the bottom of the driver side. Small, not a big deal, it happens. But a few weeks later the left side of the bumper they repaired is loose when I feel on the part it seems plastic and cheap. It doesn t feel like an official part from the manufacturer. I will be getting the vehicle and parts inspected.

I am really saddened and upset by the kind of customer service I received from Larry H Miller collision Center. And they had my car for over two months and I received my car back the battery was not working the fuses needed to be changed when I received the car Jessica who was assisting me acted like it was no big deal. And then upon further inspection of the inside of my car they left stains all over the roof of my car on the side panels on the inside. It is very disheartening to have this level of service from such a large company. Oh my car was being fixed after I was rear ended and was a pretty stressful situation and unfortunately Larry H Miller only added to the stress I kept being told I was going to receive phone calls with updates which did not happen I had to call every time to see what was going on tonight having a car for over two months I would definitely not recommend Larry H Miller to purchase a car to have any service is done and definitely not the Colson Center. A company like this really sure for themselves to be a much higher standard.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give 10 stars I would. We got into a small accident in our Jeep Cherokee and needed some body work. We are a one car family and did not have rental coverage, so Jessica V at Larry H Miller worked hard to make sure the repairs were done as quickly as possible. Due to global supply chain issues, some parts had to be hunted down. Jessica got us back in our car in less than two weeks. Other shops were estimated over a month to finish the repairs. Update....manager called and talked with me. Says they have changed their process so it doesn't happen again. So good for others.Collision center and dealer don't communicate. Vehicle is repaired but the won't release it because the collision center hasn't received payment from its own dealer. This is warranty work and is very frustrating. Will not use again.

John did absolutely great. The work was done perfect. I had no surprises happen because they were upfront and honest with everything that could come up. I was very surprised to see they detailed my car it was cleaner than when I bought it.
