I will never take my cars anywhere else. The service was fast and friendly and affordable. I can t ask anything else from a Mechanic. Honesty and hard work are a rare these days, especially when you re not familiar with cars such as myself. I will recommend you to family and friends. We've been taking our vehicle's here for oil changes the past 6 months and thought they were doing a good job. Then our car wouldn't accelerate, so we had it towed there. They said it was the transmission and multiple other issues like the oil pan and a stripped plug. They wanted $9,208 for a new transmission, $7,736 for 12 month/12k mile warranty, or $7,358 for a 100-day/3k mile warranty. We called around to compare prices and found Kellers wanted at least $2k more than surrounding repair shops, so we went elsewhere after having to pay them $170 diagnostic fee which is also around $30 more than other repair shops. Also, they were the last place to do the oil change and assess the vehicle, so why now was the oil leaking so bad that it needed a new pan and plug right away. After having someone else look at the oil leak issue, we found the pan was damaged and the plug had been tampered with. (Picture attached) Kellers is not an honest or reputable business. They take advantage of hard-working people who are just looking for honest and affordable vehicle repairs. We'll never go back!

Not to long ago, a former principal of mine said that to be an effective leader, you must hire the best people to surround yourself with. If you do this, then the building will essentially run itself.This is the way Nate runs his shop. If you want a local place you can trust that has great customer service and does quality work, this is it. They have never told me about a bunch of extra stuff that I need done. They are responsive and communicative, and make sure you understand what s being done. A+++!

My car was hydrolocked after the street flooded while I was driving. I have a performance car with modifications. And I was worried about how they would be able to handle that. Kellers did a great job at keeping me informed and helping me understand what repairs might be needed in the future. They did the work promptly and contacted me as soon as it was finished. The pricing was fair for the work that they did and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I recommend them and I personally will be going back!

A friend recommended I go to Kellers auto. I took my car in for an oil change. I asked for castrol edge oil and they kept trying to push me towards mobil 1. I asked them for a wix xp oil filter as well because wix is a good quality oil filter especially for synthetic oils. The oil is supposed to last 10,000 miles in my car and it usually does. For some reason at about 5,000 miles into it I had to add a quart of oil and I noticed the oil was already burnt and black. So I decided to change it my self this time.They charged me for a wix oil filter and I pulled out a Napa Gold oil filter. They charged me a mark up on Castrol Edge oil but now im not even sure they put that in my car. This oil was done well before the 10,000 mile life its supposed to have. I dont trust Kellers Auto to work on my car. I wont be going back.

I am very happy with the service I received from Keller's! They explained everything that was going on and what they needed to do. The cost/time frame was exactly what they told me it would be. These guys were able to get my suburban in same day for an oil change and to fix a coolant leak. They were helpful with advising me on future services and charged a good price. I'll be going back, and I recommend Keller's to anyone else who's looking for an honest mechanic.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with all aspects of my experience at Keller's. First and foremost I dropped my diesel truck off with issues that Big O tires had caused due to their lack of knowledge. I gave Nate a list of concerns with the truck, and he told me he would get back to me after his Mechanics had a chance to look at it. He called me back later that day to let me know what they had found, and what they had already fixed.Then I told him about another concern I had involving multiple leaks in the engine/transmission area, he told me they would take a look at those and get back to me ASAP. Now, here's the thing, I thought there were multiple leaks under my truck, and they could have certainly let me believe that and charged as such, which is not an uncommon practice I'm sure and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he called back and let me know what they had done, and that they only found one leak. They took care of that, and also traced down an issue I had withy A/C and got that up and running as well.All of this work and when I got the bill I was extremely surprised, surprised at how affordable it was for everything they had taken care of for me.So, for all of the people who are out there looking for a very professional, affordable, and ethical auto/diesel repair shop, Keller's is it. As usual, my go-to car guys took great care of me again. Nate had quoted an oil leak repair for me several months ago - I was finally able to get it done recently and the price hadn't changed. These guys are so personable and fair! I love them :)

Great first experience! Gave short notice to get an alignment done, they got me in right away. I dropped the car off and got a call to pick up in a couple of hours. And the price was much lower than the "chain" shops, without the upsell pressure and nonsense. Will be coming back for needs in the future!

My wife was traveling through with a horse trailer when a low coolant light kept coming on despite everything looking fine under the hood. Just to be on the safe side she was trying to have it diagnosed and continue the long trip home, but none of the Chrysler service dealerships would get her in just for a quick look. She found Keller s through Google, talked to Nate and even though they were very busy, he got her in immediately. He checked everything out, and went above and beyond to make sure she could get back on the road safely and in a timely manner. FANTASTIC customer service and VERY professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

My vehicle just died and I couldn t get it started, we checked all possible and had it towed over to Keller s. I phoned them and they advised the tow company and offered their discount coupons as well to me! Kent was really great with explaining what to do et al. I had only arrived in Colorado 2 weeks ago and Kent really helped!My fuel pump went and they got my car all fixed and ready to go! I d highly recommend them!

Keller's is in my neighborhood and after two failed experiences at the dealership within a two-week timeframe I contacted them. On the first call I got a live person who understood my issue, got me in immediately and communicated with me during the diagnostic process. I found dealership staff I had been dealing with to be very plastic or scripted, will say anything to get you to move along and did not answer questions directly or address concerns. They were more than happy to take my money again and again but not actually help resolving the root of the issue. Keller's treated me like I was their next door neighbor, with respect, took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Keller's to anyone in need of honest, professional auto care.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Good price, understanding, friendly, and they know what they're doing! They found a very difficult problem in my car and charged a very fair price. They're usually busy but take their time and Jim was communicating with me throughout the day on what was happening. Thankful the napa auto referred kellers to me, now i will be referring them out as well.

I have maintained my Jeep for over 13 years and never had a problem requiring a shop. All of a sudden I had a starting problem wouldn't start. After working through virtually everything, I sent to them thinking they were professionals. The $100 evaluation fee is to tell you what is wrong. They said they would have to start with a new coil, rotor, spark plugs, plug wires at an addition cost of approx. $350. I finally decided to replace the coil, despite having spark, and it started right up. I grudgingly paid the $100 for a shade tree mechanic solution. With today's electronic evaluation tools, I don't need a shop that says we need to try this and then that. I can do that. Be careful here.

These guys are straight forward.no bs.no trying to up sale. Great quality work. I have taken my truck to them several times. Just had a new engine placed. Took them 4 days I was expecting over a week. The truck runs better then ever. Thanks guys.ill be back for any other upgrades. And have told all my family and friends about yall.

Had to bring my car here for 2k in repairs, excellent communication, they called me before every step to notify what was wrong and how much it would cost before they did the repairs. Upon pickup they walked me through what was done and showed me on the engine. Free usage car while it was in the shop, and they even knocked some of the price off due to how much it was, even going so far as to offer free maintenance checks on the job at my next visit.

Needed a frontend alignment, another alignment shop Pepboys gave me one.Return with same results pulling hard to right. Took my 4wheeler to KELLEY'S they aligned quickly and most inportant its steering straight. They gave me printed computer print out of before , ideal required specs. And after. Works like new .
