After getting my 2016 4Runner fixed up with brakes and an alignment, I have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else ever again. The staff was so friendly, attentive, but most importantly HONEST. The work was done quickly and the price was right. Grateful for auto repair shops like this!

I've been taking my 96 4runner here for the last 2 years and I wouldn't want to take it anywhere else! These guys provide amazing quality work and the customer service is top notch. So hard to find people who you feel like you can trust and this is that place for me. They are always willing to explain everything to me so I understand what's going on, what I need , what i can wait on and what all my options are for everything happening with my vehicle. Thanks for keeping me riding down the rode comfortably!

Brought my Toyota hybrid and due to what I believed was a low 12 V battery issue. After the mechanics checked they diagnosed that the battery was fine and didn't replace it. I appreciate the honesty and will be back for my future service on my hybrid.

OK, I'm the kind who find a nearly perfect 5.0 average review rating skeptical. But not only was I not disappointed, I was blown away. From what I experienced, I totally agree with the other reviews that they're very thorough figuring out what's wrong and helping the customer with their vehicle and are very honest about it and incredibly fast.Took my car in for a check engine light problem. Turned out I totally misread the indicators and it was a low tire pressure indicator, yeah I know super dumb on my part. Since I called about a check engine light the guy came to me to verify what I called about and what he saw. He was super nice and said they have people confuse the indicators all the time. I'm honestly not sure about that, but it was really nice of him to say that regardless. After verification he took care of everything including a maintenance warning that the dealer forgot to turn off last time I went there. Everyone I interacted with were really friendly and really awesome. With my past experiences I had lost hope in customer service (especially automotive), but these guys restored faith for me. I didn't go in for any major service, but will give them a go the next time I need to. By the way I probably got their names, but I was in and out so fast I forgot. Sorry!Bottom line, amazing customer service, great attention to deal, and super friendly.

By far THE BEST garage!! They are honest, helpful and get your vehicle fixed. The owner knows everything about Toyota and Lexus. I had a weird issue with my RAV4 and they fixed it in an hour....after 4 different garages couldn't and 2 weeks of time spent. The only downfall.....they need to expand the shop and get more bays because their workmanship has their business exploding.

I always have a positive experience taking my car to JK Auto. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.They take the time to investigate issues and give you honest information along with typically providing a quick service time. They definitely deserve the 5 star ratings! I don't want to go anywhere else

I had an issue with my transfer case on an old Lexus RX330 I just purchased and a transmission shop quoted me an astronomical fee to replace it. These experts were able to rebuild the transfer case and save me time and money. They were honest, helpful, and beyond fair. I am a customer for life.

New customer, after seeing the long-standing 5-star reviews I decided I needed to try JK Auto out. Bottom line: I was not disappointed. They went over our RX330, offered up items that were minor and a couple of items that needed attention. Josh was attentive, courteous and very thorough. I ve been going to Josh and the crew for my 3 years in Denver. They took care of my FEA like it was their own car. I have gone through so many auto repair shops and dealerships. By far JK is the best auto repair shop. A car is every day life use and comes with maintenance as repairs. Dealerships up charge everything and some auto shops took advantage of me and misdiagnosed for more business. JK is very Professional, respectful and HONEST. Always doing their best and meeting every needs for a customer at a affordable cost. I'm so glad I was referred by a friend who worked at a Toyota dealership service center. He said they were very good but he was off a little, they are absolutely the BEST! I will only use JK Auto Repair Shop and thank you for your great services

Honesty & Integrity. After receiving an estimate for needed repairs from a different auto repair shop, I took my car to JK Auto Repair. They looked at my car and said that the repairs were not needed. JK is now my auto repair shop for life. I will tell everyone to go to JK!

Great service facility! Very friendly, professional and honest. I had an oil change appointment for my FJ. They started to work on my car promptly upon my arrival. Quick service, oil change was done in 20 min! I usually have to wait at least an hour at the dealership. While I was waiting, I overheard many conversations Josh and Patrick were having with customers regarding their vehicle issues, as I was sitting in their lobby. I can tell that they genuinely cared about taking good care of their customers. This shop is the epitome of the lost art of customer centered business. I called JK for service on a RAV4 I keep in Colorado for work that was leaking oil from the oil pump. The staff was helpful and willing to take us on a last-minute job. They replaced the oil pump and all timing associated parts and returned our vehicle in excellent running condition. They were very welcoming to my wife when she went to pick up the car, and even scraped the ice and snow off the vehicle for her. Will definitely recommend them and will be my go-to for service/maintenance in the Denver/Aurora Area!Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

What an amazing group of people here.I blew the motor on my 2012 Lexus ct200h doing a road trip to Dallas. Lexus of Plano wanted $14k dollars to perform the work with a lot of unanswered questions. Wouldn t tell me how many miles used motor going in had, lack of communication and down right way overpriced. Decided to tow my car back to Colorado myself after reading reviews and talking to the guys here at JK auto repair.JK auto repair was very knowledgeable and super communicative throughout the whole process. From engine replacement, to figuring out I needed a new hybrid battery quickly. I mean these guys were spot on about their information, timeframes and prices. I won t put on here how much mine was (every car is different in needs), however I still saved a few $1000 dollars by taking my car here. Was well worth the wait in towing my car back and getting the work done here.Josh, I can t thank you enough, you guys did an amazing job! Definitely would recommend anyone here

The owner and entire staff are honest, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They were able to look at my vehicle the same day. I really appreciate how they thoroughly explained the maintenance needed for it and the cost was reasonable. If you are looking for an auto repair shop that is trustworthy and knows their stuff when it comes to cars, I highly recommend taking it to JK Auto Repair. They are one of the best in my opinion!

JK Auto is the best Toyota/Lexus repair shop in the Denver area. They are honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I had taken my car into another shop regarding front-end suspension noise, The quote was almost $4,000 and I was told I needed all new struts and upper control arms. I had JK Auto give me a second opinion. They did a thorough inspection and determined I only needed a new set of tie-rod ends. My struts and control arms were fine. The job ended up costing a few hundred dollars rather than a few thousand.If you want the issue diagnosed right the first time and done for a reasonable price, go to JK Auto. They are Toyota-trained master techs who are very experienced and knowledgeable. Also, a super friendly team that is easy to talk to and will not try to sell you services that aren't needed.

They were so kind and correct.My car was dignosed to change the timing belt by another repair shop, but the dignose was incorrect.With the help of JK Auto Repair, I could save money and time. Thanks for their help.

My trunk latch broke on my 2010 Lexus. Brought it into JK Auto and he had it fixed within 15-20 mins!!!! I had been dealing with car issues all week, and the fact JK Auto was so quick to repair my trunk and treated me with such kindness made my day. Even after two years of coming here I am still never disappointed. The only place where the perfect reviews are not a lie. They have been servicing my vehicles and I never have an issue with work and cost. You will never go anywhere else after you come here.(Original post: Brought my 2012 Toyota Prius for an oil change. The service was amazing. Steve was very informative and let me know I would need to get my brakes changed soon. They even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. The price for the service was overall cheaper then what I was normally paying. I highly recommend JK Auto my now neighborhood mechanic.)

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I'm so impressed by the fast and friendly service at JK One Auto Repair that I feel they deserve a positive review. It can be difficult to find an auto shop that treats you like a human being, and this shop is definitely a welcome exception.I walked in without an appointment with a dead car battery, and Steve Johnston greeted me and immediately began helping me figure out what needed to be done. I've been to plenty of mechanics over the years, and this was by far the fastest, most comfortable and amicable experience I've had. At no point was I belittled or spoken over, which I've had to deal with at other mechanic shops. I was in and out in about twenty minutes. I should also note that their interactions with other customers in the lobby were also exceptional.I wish I was able to catch the name of the mechanic who replaced my battery, because he was honestly the friendliest, most upbeat guy I've encountered in a business setting in a very long time. I had an issue pop up with my car unexpectedly while in Aurora, called multiple places with no response or availability, and Steve was able to get me in quickly for a diagnosis and repair the same day! They thoroughly explained the problem and options so I had a better understanding. Customer service from the whole team was great and this will definitely be my go to place for any repairs in the future!

Thanks to Josh and his team! I have been taking my Lexus here for regular maintenance and bigger repairs for a while now and she runs like a champ at almost 170,000 miles. They are very honest and definitely know their Toyotas/Lexus. Can t recommend them enough with their fair prices and excellent service.
