They were very jiffy indeed. Coffee and TV in the waiting room. Full synthetic oil change was $100 for me. Clean place, friendly people.

They team was very informative on my car maintenance needs and the prices up front. They all worked as a team and got my car service done quickly and got me back on the road in 15 minutes. They all turned a not so great day to a great way to end the day. Thank you.

I always go to this location! The workers are the best! They always honor my groupon deal. This time, a young man name Savion, went out of his way to help me. He was AWESOME and deserves a raise! He had another worker checked my cabin filter since it was whistling from the last appointment when I had it changed out. Definitely check them out!!

I worked with Donnell for a full synthetic change; was straight forward, didn't sell me filters i didn't need. Let me know about my differential fluids being due, i asked for a sample and they got it no problem. Fluid was definitely due so they took care of it in no time. I was there about 20 min. Professional, efficient, great service i definitely recommend.

The customer service was outstanding, , very respectful, polite and clean environment. My inspection was done in no time. and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received. They went above and beyond to help me making sure is the right service I needed. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received.

This jiffy lube is amazing! Jeff is amazing, he s super polite and friendly and asks how your days going, just taking that little extra step is nice. I appreciate how fast it is to get an oil change here especially when you re on a time crunch. Thank you to all the staff!

UPDATE: Today I checked the oil in the car and it was over filled by 1.5 quart of oil. I know that this is hard on the seals, so I returned to Jiffy Lube and asked to have the extra oil removed. I was told that there isn't anything wrong with the oil level. My car would just burn it off. I asked for it to be removed again and he said it wasn't necessary. The person in charge came to check the oil and said that it was too full and they would take some of the oil out.I went to Jiffy Lube on Havana in Aurora for an oil change. Everyone was nice that I spoke with. I only wanted the oil change. They told me that I needed coolant and I thanked them for letting me know. I told them that I have antifreeze and I will put it in when I get home. From there, I went straight home. I opened the hood to put in the antifreeze and found the screws missing from the overflow tank. I know that they were there the day before as I checked a few things in the engine the day before. I will not be getting my oil changed there again.

This Jiffy Lube location is my go to!! The staff here always gets me right with whatever service I need done. I leave satisfied every time, they never miss. Also, thank you to Savion for explaining everything to me regarding my car details! Great customer service.

These guys are amazing. The customer service is unparalleled but more importantly, you feel they have known you forever from the moment you get out of your car to the moment you leave.Out of all of the guys, Don really made a phenomenal impression.He immediately identified an additional problem I was having with my car, offered to fix it, but then discovered they didn't have the part but directed me to an O'Reilly's down the road and offered to put it in for free.They even offered to clean out my car (which is not a pretty sight).Don't go to any other jiffy lube. If you have the time and the gas, it would be worth an hours drive to support these guys and their truly incredible work ethic and enthusiasm.

This location has been my go-to for a few years now. This morning, the guys at this spot replaced my oil filter, free-of-charge on good faith (a big relief for me because I had it in my head that I was loosing oil pressure because of a damaged pump or something else bad). Their customer service is always transparent - I've never felt swindled or shorted, and they're down to answer questions about maintenance just to be helpful.

David was so helpful while changing my oil. He showed me everything and explained in detail as to why and how things work (I m not a car person so I needed a lot more detail than normal). I will never go anywhere else for my oil thanks to David.

I went here to have my oil changed because the wait at the dealership was insane. I showed up and they told me my differential oil needed changing and that it would cost $300. I know nothing about cars but they made it sound like it was really bad and I am about to go on a 4K mile road trip including off-roading so I agreed.I felt uneasy about it and spent the whole time googling if it was necessary. After I left, I went to the dealership to ask how often differential oil should be changed and if we had done it on my truck already. Turns out, we had just done it 15k miles ago and it only needs replacing every 30k miles. Not only that, the dealership charges $230 for both differentials and the transfer case and jiffy lube charged me $300 and I don t even know if they did the transfer case.My oil change was $100 but they were giving out $30 discounts.The employees and manager were nice, the other customers in the waiting room talked about how they like this place, so I had high expectations.Overall I feel like I should have just sucked it up and gone to my dealership.

Received a $30 off mail coupon and decided to take my wife's 23' Honda Odyssey for an oil change and tire rotation. Came in was greeted, a few minutes later a technician comes to me and says that the brand new car needs a break fluid flush, to which i responded just an oil change and tire rotation please. He also told me the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, that there is a lights that is out etc....They started changing the oil, and called me again asking if there are any issues that I am aware of with the oil dip stick, and I answered the car is new there should not be any problems.They did not know how much oil the car takes, at least they were honest in this regard so I told them to close up the car and I would take it to another shop.I left, took it straight to the Honda dealership, and to my surprise nothing was wrong with the oil dip stick, there were no lights that were out that needed to be replaced, the break fluid flush was not even mentioned and the windshield wipers did not need replacing.I guess you get what you pay for. I tried to save $30 on the oil change but instead ended up spending a lot of time trying to fix what they could not from the get-go.I would be especially cautious with taking new cars to them because they dont seem to know much about newer models. The staff is nice but the corporate overselling of unneeded services is just horrible!.

I specifically told the guy right when I pulled up that I had a groupon and wanted to make sure they were doing the right type of oil. He told me he would check it before they started service. I waited for a long time in the cramped waiting room just to have him call me up after the service was done and give me a total. I told him I had a groupon, he said they did full synthetic (the most expensive kind, convenient) and that's different from the groupon I bought. I told him that that's not what I wanted and that's why I wanted to show it to him before they started. He said "oh, I forgot".He ended up honoring the groupon, but this happened last time I had an oil change at this location too. They don't seem capable of communicating with people about pricing, services being done, until it's done and they can throw their hands up and say "the work's already done, so too late." Just tell people what they will be charged before the services so they can decide if they want it or not. Or at least explain why they recommend doing different services than what you're requesting. So not difficult.

Came in the first person served, checked out in about a half hour after a fairly simple service of an oil change and a busted plate bulb. Chris and Jeff were awesome! Admittedly, this was my first visit ever and these guys went out of their way to make a returning customer out of me for sure!

Jiffy lube at 1657 S Havana did a great oil change for me today. They were quick, polite, and knowledgeable about the job they did today. Plus I had a coupon which helped! Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time or money at this location. Jeff the GM, was extremely rude/condescending. I'm not sure if it was a sex/racial profiling of me, but he tried to rip me off charging $80.00 for a Lyft/Uber inspection. This was my first and last time coming to this location. If you want great service/appreciation, go to the Leetsdale or Green Valley location.

Had Jeff take care of my Uber Lyft Vehicle inspection. Super professional and friendly definitely coming back for the next tune up. This place only charges $25 for the inspection which is great compared to the other shops. Highly recommend coming here

These guys are awesome! I came to get an oil change today, and they had me in and out of there in no time. EM, Aaron, and branden, we re so nice and helpful. They all went above and beyond their duties and I will definitely come back. They all deserve a raise.

If you're okay with your personal information being given out to a complete stranger, please by all means go here. I brought my prior vehicle to a Jiffy Lube, once. I no longer own said vehicle. The person that bought my vehicle apparently brought it to this location for an inspection. The cashier didn't confirm the identity of the new vehicle owner, therefore printing and giving this complete stranger my personal information. How did I find this out, you may ask? The receipt was automatically emailed to me... I called the location and was told the manager would call me back, nothing.

After first arriving it was suggested I get brake fluid which I had forgotten I needed. The man at the check out counter asked if I had a coupon and when I said I didn't he gave me a free one. Any money saved is a big help for me at the moment. And he was honest about needing Google reviews but wasn't pushy which made me wanna help. Thanks jiffy
