I ve been going here for the past year for oil changes and other minor maintenance and have never had any issues. However, I went back yesterday and it appears that the store is under new management and there is all new staff. My check engine light was on and they stated it would be a $164 fee just to diagnose the engine light and would only be removed if I agreed to have the car fixed there. They guaranteed I would able to pick up my car by the end of the day. I finally received a call at 4:55 stating that they would be closed at 5 and still needed time to finish the job and I could pick it up in the morning. Within an hour of picking up my car, the check engine light came back on. I was told to bring my car back in (and they could guarantee they would be done by 3pm). After further examination they told me that they didn t realize the air/fuel ratio sensor had to be replaced with the oxygen sensor and that it would be an additional $400 charge (this job would push back pick up time past the 3pm initial time I was assured). By this point they had lost my trust so I told them that I would seek services elsewhere and that I would come pick it up. They assured me they would not work on it and that I could come get my car whenever. About 30 minutes later I arrived and was told the mechanic was not aware I had asked them not to replace the piece and that he had already done it and I owed them $427. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I will not be taking my car back here.

If you are looking for a place to service or maintain your car, Integrity Tire on South Parker Rd in Aurora is the place to go! Katrina the manager was very helpful and pleasant. My car needed a lot of work done. Justin, the mechanic, is top notch. He fixed everything needed. He even went above and beyond by staying after closing to finish the work so that I would have the car for the next day. Excellent customer service!!!

I had an oil change and new tires put on. It took for hours for the car to be done. I asked them to top off the fluids and they said they would. Five days after getting the service done, the low tire light came on. Two weeks after the service, my coolant light came on - they had not topped off the fluids line they said they would. Not happy about how long the service took. When I left after getting my car back, i noticed I didn't get the wheel lock key back and had to return to pick it up. Would not recommend them to anybody.

Went on Friday and luckily for us they weren't busy. We just needed a headlight bulb replacement and they were able to get us in and out within an hour. They even checked the rest of our lights to make sure they were good and aired up our tires. Awesome service, will be going there again.

Absolutely fair and amazing business. They were transparent on price costs, as well as labor. Both of which were cheaper than four other areas I compared, because they have a smaller overhead and not a fancy building. They took care of me promptly, called me with updates, and even took the car for two test drives to make sure everything was done right. Happy with the results, and a very fair price.

I came in last minute after buying a tire from a big corp and would not mount it (treated us very poorly to be honest) but Mike was very accommodating especially on such short notice. Integrity Tire changed the tire right there, mounted and balanced the new tire for a very reasonable price.Will be going here from now on. Thank you Mike & Integrity Tire techs!

This used to be my go to service shop where they were honest, professional, high quality, and reasonably priced.Unfortunately, the entire staff has turned over since my last service. They said they'd completed my vehicle inspection but somehow failed to notice my burnt out headlight and tried to charge me for a new air filter when I literally JUST changed it myself. In addition, the staff had a visitor vaping and chatting in the mechanics area - super unprofessional and I'm sure violates a lot of safety regulations. I'm really disappointed because they used to be so good!

I came in today for a tire repair. First, I met with Michael who was extremely welcoming. I had a bolt and screw implanted into the center of my front tire. I thought that somebody would just come out and fix it while it s on the ground but instead they actually take the tire off the mount and patch it from the inside. It s much more reliable and lasts longer that way. The service was fast!! It s great having a full service center close to my home. I ll be back for sure!Service: Tires

This shop is amazing. Here are some pictures of why I had to tow my car to their shop off Parker road. When I called them on the side of the road while waiting for a tow truck, the manager immediately informed me he wanted to help. They not only took my car in, but they helped me deal with my insurance adjustor and then fixed my car in less then a week at a fair price. These guys are pretty remarkable and adapted to a very strange situation......I've never had a tire implode before. I thought my car would be totaled because I had to bank it in the emergency lane without a wheel (thankfully, miraculously, no one was injured during this process), yet not only does my car work again, but my car actually drives better than before the accident. I bought new tires and their normal service is also very good.My car is also older, so then they made my service and repair even better by teaching me how parts of my car work that other mechanics weren't able to figure out for years. They taught me stuff about my car.I'll be back, they helped me tremendously.

Excellent service at a reasonable price! I was previously quoted some prices and they honored them 6 months later. Was in and out (2 hours) for a number of maintenance services. Highly recommend this shop!!

I wish I could give 5 stars due to customer service but I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, just to be driving 2 days later and have my wheel pop off in the middle of the highway!! Turns out they didn t even tighten up any of the bolts on my wheel and thank God I didn t crash, if you go here please make sure they do a good job on putting everything where it needs to go. Wouldn t want anyone else going through what I did.

Very bad customer services. The business advertised oil change coupon on Facebook but when go there they will ask you to do synthetic oil change and will ask you more money. I drove 10 miles because I wanted to buy tires for my CRV as well but when I see them then I change my mind. Just to careful and do research before you go there for any service .

Two months ago my father-in-law brought his car to Integrity for some major repairs. We were so impressed with their work and customer service we brought my wife s car in for some work - oil change, alignment, brakes. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. The following week my wife slid into a curb causing damage so bad she couldn t drive the car. They let us tow the car to the shop and the very next day they completed all the work and did not charge me to fix the alignment or tire (they did the work under warranty). My wife was having weird brake noises a couple weeks later and we were able to get in on a Saturday and the brakes pads were replaced with new ones same day. The employees that worked on Saturday stayed late to complete the work. This team goes above and beyond for their customers. They try to work with you on costs, explain what options are available and educate you on what they are doing. They do great work for a reasonable price. We will be using Integrity Tire for all future repairs and work. Thank you Mike, Bobby, and the rest of the team!!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Got a great deal from Groupon for oil change the gentleman that checked me in was professional. The only reason I gave them 4 stars because it took them like 1 hour and I was the only customer at the time I checked in.

I have had services rendered to my vehicles a total of 3 times. The 1st time I purchased a Groupon discount for a oil change in which I had a good experience although my wheel cover was not put back on my car I informed manager and another wheel cover was provided. Truly appreciated the integrity shown and I decided I would definitely return to location when additional services are needed. I went to the same location for a oil change and was informed there were several safety related services that were brought to my attention so I had oil change done in addition to safety issues. Staff and store manager did a great job only thing that I was not too happy about was items from my glove compartment where placed everywhere on floor the follow through of putting things back the way they were before you brought vehicle to shop really lacks with this store but store manager apologized and put everything away. It was a good experience overall. Less than a month later engine light began to come on in car so I brought car back to shop. I was informed I could have a diagnostic test performed for a fee. Decided to think about what I wanted to do overnight store manager Bobby suggested I could keep car at shop overnight so I was very appreciative and informed him I would let him know my decision the following day. It was another good experience up until I went to pick up car and found my window was all the way down and glove compartment was open. It appeared window may have been down overnight. It was disappointing and made me feel very unhappy that there was very little care or concern for my vehicle. I was very grateful my car was not vandalized or stolen. It s concerning. I was informed store owner would call me back but I have never received a call back so it shows me how much this company cares about their customers. Although each time the employees fixed my cars and did a great job. The store manager seemed helpful and courtesy etc the follow through of the employees and there always being some sort of ball dropped would make me not return to integrity tire and then the store owner not calling me back as promised also makes me not want to return. I was very fortunate my car was not vandalized stolen or flooded with rain or hail since the metro area has been getting a lot of rain etc my car would have been a loss.

Never in my life have I waited over 2 hours for an oil change! They got me for $50 through Groupon but they'll never get me again. Was told 1.5-2 hours and the car didn't even go up on the lift until after the 2 hour mark! Rediculous. Two hours and 20 minutes, you know why? Once it's on the lift.... it takes less than 20 minutes to do a simple oil change! At least the drain plug was put in tight... then I was charged an extra $10 for "shop fees and taxes" not mentioned in the Groupon. So much for integrity.

Went in for simple alignment a day and a half later two of my lugnut sheared off and my tire almost fell off on the interstate doing 70 mph because they didn't make sure the lugnuts were tight very simple parts of there job that they overlooked that could very well have took my life or the life of some one else.

Stay away from this clown show. Their billing practices are step in tow for the industry. They sold a 5 pack of oil changes. Changed management after the first, honored the next 2. Today, however, they decided they were no longer going to honor the final two and tried an upsell. If you're looking for a typical "we know more than you and don't question us" type of mechanic shop this is your place! If you are, however, truly looking for a place with Integrity not just in the name, steer clear and take your vehicle somewhere else. I left 1 star since I had to.

I went in this morning for an inspection after a minor fender bender. Bobby helped me. Ive never experienced a tire shop like this before. They brought me back to my car and showed me the issues. Not just telling me and I take their word for it. Never treated me different bc i was a women. Whoch most know they all make us women feel like idiots in a tire shop. This shop upholds the word Integrity and i appreciate that! I will be back.

Disappointed!I have 2015 Nissan Pathfinder.My car takes synthetic oil. They changed my oil with Super Synthetic. Car was smoking BAD! Every time I started it, HUGE cloud of smoke was behind me.I had to get oil replaced 2 days later with synthetic oil and everything was fine.Never again!Check the oil they put into your car before leaving!

I trust this shop and appreciate their honesty.Update 12/27: I went in to have some overdue maintenance done. We discovered a leak at my oil sensor that could have left me stranded had we not cleaned the engine and found it. They took care of it all and made sure there weren t any other pressing issues.Golden Auto 2 is the only shop I go to. They continually earn my trust. Highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Last week, I stopped in to get my oil changed and was immediately impressed with the friendliness of the people who work at Golden Auto Clinic. Joe, the manager had a technician named Blake start the oil change right away and Blake quickly determined that on my last oil change at a completely different garage (NOT Golden Auto Clinic), the mechanic doing the oil change had cross threaded the oil plug when he re-installed it. Blake stopped what he was doing and tightened the oil plug plug back in so I could drive my car back to that other garage and they fixed their mistake. Today, I went back to Golden Auto Clinic to get my air filter changed, and once again they were quite busy. John, the owner of Golden Auto Clinic, took the time to change my air filter himself and he did not charge me for it. He completed the job in about 15 minutes and I thanked him and left. I am pleased to say that John and his staff at Golden Auto Clinic have won my loyalty and my business; I highly recommend them for any problem or service on your car. Their expertise is clearly evident to me and I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and attention to the customer's needs. They are outstanding in every way.

I took my Mini Cooper to Golden Auto for loss of power and check engine light. They diagnosed the problem as needing a tune up. Care runs great now. Jon at Golden Auto is friendly and helpful. He doesn't push to get work done. They always call to go over the work to be done before they do it. They have even seen us at the last minute. My car is pricey to work on but that's my problem not theirs. I've been happy with Golden Auto.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have been taking my 2007 XTerra to Golden Auto for years. In addition to being very professional and timely on all the maintenance I request, they give honest upfront diagnostics on things I am unsure about. Jon and the whole team have always made me feel appreciated as a client and seem to love my truck as much as I do. Added bonus, the five pack of oil service is the best deal in town.
