Infinity of Denver is top notch for customer service from initial diagnosis of what we thought problem might to validating and fixing the problem done well!!! They kept informed at all stages of the key part of the maintenance progress and I like! They provide with a great over night valet car and delivered my repaired car to my office and picked up the valet car when I needed them to! It doesn t get better than that!!!! Great job by Jeremy, customer service reps and everyone else!

Service advisor - Clark. Is by far the best person to do business with when it comes to maintenance of your vehicle. Customer service is 1000% Communication is 1000%. He will help make it happen for you and your needs. Good customer service will keep me coming back and making my selection of cars Infinti from here on out. I will not select another dealership

Working with Infiniti of Denver was a great experience. They took excellent care of us the minute we walked in on a Friday night at 7:00pm even though they were short staffed (you would have never guessed). We returned the next day after deciding to make the purchase and worked with Neil- he made the transaction seamless and fast. They all communicated well and were respectful of our time. We highly recommend them over any other dealer we have ever dealt with.

They charged me 400.00 for a diagnostic fee to tell me they think it s my catalytic converter but they are not sure. I have been a good customer and think I deserve more. I asked them to check my front brakes because they were grinding, so they checked them and told me they were fine I got my vehicle back and they were still grinding. For them charging that much I expect the job to be done right. Incompetence at its finest. I will NEVER take my vehicle back and definitely do not recommend them!! I would give zero stars if I could

When we got a nail in the tire, the customer service was incredible. The concierge dropped off a loaner and picked up our car within two hours. They fixed the nail and patched the tire and brought our car back by that afternoon.

Service at Infiniti of Denver was great. From the service writer, mechanic who went on a test drive with me to anytime an employee would catch my eye in the waiting area, asking if I needed a private office to handle personal computer work. I will recommend this Dealership for sure.

This is the second issue in a row. I've been bringing both of my cars here for years with no issues. Last time, with an appointment, my car wasn't touched for hours for an oil change. I was contacted by someone and he made it right. This time, they valeted my other vehicle at 9:30am for another simple oil change. I was contacted at 4pm saying that the vehicle was done, but the valet gets off at 5pm, so they are unable to return my vehicle. I was forced to take a Lyft, at their expense, to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. I was in the process of moving into a new home, so I had to stop the movers, have them wait outside, and pay them for that hour while I went to retrieve my vehicle. It cost me an extra $400 because I needed the vehicle back. I feel that there is no coming back from this situation. Service is an important part of my car buying decision and at this point, Infiniti is off of my car purchase list.

The sales gentleman was so professional and seemed to know everything about the sales. The financial guy was a bit hard to deal with. He asked me too much paperwork after the fact that all the finances were approved and we got the car. Also, I saw more charges on my credit report than what was actually written on the paperwork we signed which needs to be fixed. There s also still balances on the vehicle we declined to take.

I always have a good experience here. Being a boy mom of 4 with a full time career keeps me too busy to be dealing with car dealerships. These guys know that convenience is everything!! I don't even have to step foot there. They arraigned pick up of my vehicle and left me with a loaner until mine was ready. Even an oil change is convenient and priced the same as a grease monkey. 10/10 Thanks team and shout out to Jeremy!!

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a 2024 QX60 Luxe from Infiniti of Denver and the experience was exceptional. They met my price which was substantially lower than the MSRP and after driving the vehicle for a couple thousand miles we couldn t be happier.Our salesman, Shun, was the consummate professional and made sure we were happy with every detail. Jason, the finance manager, walked us through every step of the purchasing process with patience and clarity.Our service technician, Clark, was probably the most helpful. We had an issue with a bad battery and he saw to it that it was swapped out promptly and gave the car a thorough diagnostic check to make sure that it was indeed the problem.I ve never had a better car buying experience and I ve purchased my fair share of vehicles. Can t recommend Infiniti of Denver highly enough.

Took our 2007 qx56 that needed a bunch of work to keep it on the road. Jeremy and the service team were amazing to work with told us what we for sure needed and what we could go without and why. They sent many videos of what they were seeing to help me understand the scope of repairs. Would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Infiniti of Denver for service.

Now that I've had the displeasure of working with different dealerships in Colorado, I can truly say from experience INFINITI of Denver is one of the best!! I look back at my experience purchasing my car in May 2021 it was easy, stress-free, and effortless on my part. My car is doing great still, I love it so much! Every time I've gone back here for service it's much like the experience at the Lexus dealership - amazing.

I took my sons car (2001 qx4) into Infiniti of denver in february. I took car into 2 other mechanic shops that could not figure out why car was over heating and blowing cold air. I recently changed the thermostat with after market. Both mechanics said they gave up. Recommended dealership. So I took it in. Seemed rational. I explained to service rep. everything that transpired. I told him bottom hose to thermostat not warm, I read infiniti is finiki with parts. He said ok we got it. They said plugged radiator. $1500.00 to replace. I sucked it up and said ok. After radiator was replaced ,I got a call and was told they can't bleed all the air out needs a new engine. I was shocked. So I went to pick it up. Car was still over heating, finally got it home. I checked the hose again and it was not warm. Logic, thermostat not opening. I still had old thermostat. I boiled water to check and see if it would open at 170 degrees. It did. I put the old thermostat back in and it stopped over heating. WOW. I looked on line for bleeding. Normal you bleed through radiator. But on his infiniti he had a rear bleed port for the rear of engine and heater. My son and i fixed his car. The dealership said they had a master mechanic that's been there for over 20 years. Basics. bottom hose to thermostat cold or not warm, its not opening. I was disappointed. made me think if it was really the radiator, but i let it go.

The sales team and technician that looked at the car were very nice and professional. The finance person was very nice as well. The only reason it s not 5 stars is because I had to get the finance person to match the rate that was on my preapproval letter from my bank. It s not like I was using a different lender or anything I went to the bank and got the preapproval and brought the letter to the seller for the same car that I was pre approved for. Kind of weird experience it in the end I m happy with my new ride.

Excellent customer service! Brought my car in because of a leak and worked with Dominic throughout the whole process. The service team quickly figured out the issue and did a detailed inspection of everything else on the car. I never felt pushed to do any of the recommended repairs, which I appreciated. Dominic even called me a few days later to follow up on how my cars doing and if I had any additional concerns. Highly recommend this dealer, they seem like an honest and fair team.
