I won't be back. Each part of the vehicle they worked on was put back together incorrectly (Ball Joint nut UPSIDE DOWN!, multiple missing cotter pins in suspension- 3 total). I was made to feel at fault for damage this team did to my truck while it was there for over a month. Grease stains in the interior, no regard for vehicle. Vehicle died from electrical failure at a connection that was done by someone who had no clue, before I even made it home the first attempt. At a loss. I spent $3624 and am correcting the found issues myself so I don't have to go through the stress of being back at this shop. This cost did not include most parts, as I provided the majority needed for my specific vehicle, and wanted to treat myself to having someone else do it professionally. Getting more frustrated just thinking about it.

I had to take my car here after getting played by Carhop. Mike and Wade were awesome. They got me taken care of and was patient with me when I couldn't pick it up right away. They are HONEST and explained to me what they fixed and I am so grateful for them. I will definitely b doing business with them again.

Recently had work done on my husband s work truck. They took such great care of us from first initial call to the end. Great communication and very professional. I will definitely be retuning for all of our car and truck needs.

Mike and his team do outstanding work. Damage was done to my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and he made it as if my teen didn t crash at all. While I hope not to need his services again, I would not hesitate.Super solid work and craftsmanship!Tim G

$500 and the window i originally brought in to be fixed is not fixed plus none of the other ones work now. and they held my car for a week to (not) fix one window

I can't express my gratitude to Mike and his team, I had the smart start installed in my car for 2 years and I have been coming to him for recalibrations and he and his team are the only ones that treated me like a human being. I will refer Hannah's Mastertek to anyone, thank you Mike

I ve brought my vehicle here twice and have been very happy both times. Mike has a great shop. Wade is terrific and the mechanics are outstanding. Highly recommend

When I first got to the shop. It was packed. Some people see that as a bad thing but I didn't. That ment to me The work he puts his name on its quality. Seeing a owner in his shop daily is a rare sight now day. I had a somewhat major fix and he was more then flexible with the pricing and payment. Considering how debilitating a breakdown can be they made the process as smooth as possible. If your in aurora or not Hannah's is a must if you want things done correctly and not get smacked over the head with the prices. Thanks Mike and your team for all your hard work and care for my vehicle.-Nico

Now I know why almost 10% of Hannah's Mastertek reviews are 1 star.I took my car in because I thought I needed new front pads and rotors.Mike said it would probably be around $350 to $450 and that he would call me with the actual price.He called back a few hours later saying I needed front calipers, too.He said it would be $1400 for front brake pads, rotors, and calipers!He said that calipers for my car were hard to find and he was lucky to find a pair locally, which I later found out was total horsehockey.He actually tried to charge me $1000 for 2 calipers!Long story short, since he obviously thought that I had come down with the rain that morning, I chose to go elsewhere where I was able to get new front pads, rotors, and calipers installed for $440 with labor included.He could have, at least, offered free lube for the rogering he proposed.Avoid this place like your hair is on fire.

NEVER coming to this shop again. Went in for a problem that they didn t even fix and then brought up a whole new problem that came up and charged me thousands of dollars just to return my car back to me in the EXACT same condition. I went back to get a part warrantied that failed literally a WEEK after getting it back, and then was charged another couple hundred dollars for labor when it clearly stated on the receipt that parts and labor were covered up to 12 months. After the not being able to aid my initial problem, I decided to take it to another mechanic who was even more transparent, found the issue, and even told me I dont know why your old mech changed this and that. The other shop was able to fix and get me going at the FRACTION of the cost.Service: Auto maintenance

Start off by saying Excellent customer service. I had called a few hours prior to my scheduled appointment and they couldn't find my info but the lady working the desk was so helpful and had remembered our conversation and got everything straightened out. Dropped my truck off and went back later and my truck now rides like new again. Definitely have a loyal customer here. Highly recommend...Service: Steering & suspension repair

We are thrilled to have found a trust worthy auto repair shop. Great service! I had a pricing issue with installing an ignition interlock device. On my next visit they were able to cover the cost of the maintenance. I came to Hannah's Mastertek garage after a referral from a friend. I have no problem referring friends to have their vehicles worked on here! Mike and his superb staff have been servicing my Camaro and two of my wife's cars for years now. I would never trust our vehicles to anyone other than Mike. The work is of the highest quality, always on time as promised and always done at standard costs. I appreciate that Mike always keeps you informed as to the progress and any obstacles to be addressed. I've never been to a service shop that is more reputable and customer service oriented than Hannah's. Let Mike's staff impress you. Staff was very kind. I'm sure 4hey do great work. I have a mini cooper and they weren't able to fix my problem, so maybe don't go if you have a mini, but I'd go back simply for the excellent customer service.

Mike charged me $150 just to remove a bolt in my door so I could at a later date fix my window regulator. $150 just to remove 1 bolt that was hard for me to reach. What a rip off and I urge anyone considering taking their car to this shop to seriously reconsider. I can't believe they have the amount of stars in their rating because this garage are scammers.

These guys are the best. If you are in the Lowry, Stapleton, Aurora area, Mike and his crew should be your go-to shop and service. Friendly, professional, and reliable. They do all makes, and excel at customs. I've been going here for service and work on my 98 4runner for 3 years and I've always been stoked on the work they've done. Well worth your time and money.

came in with issues. Jen and Mike took GREAT care of me and my car needs. she walked me through the steps of what was needed and answered ALL my questions truthfully. Nick is the BEST with his hands he got ahold of my car and my issues are solved. got me in and out. prices are very very affordable. I will keep coming back for ALL my repair needs.

Hannah s Mastertek was awesome. When my car died with the freezing temperatures they fixed everything right up. They didn t pressure me into any additional services. Mike was extremely helpful and kind. They even check in a couple days after their service to make sure everything is going ok. Would recommend!Services: Brakes, BatteryServices: Brakes, Battery

I've used Hannahs for 3 different vehicles and they are fair on the work and pricing. I can always ask to postpone work if needed and they will note it and be ready next time I bring in my vehicle. They took care of me with a faulty fuel pump that needed multiple replacements and I appreciate the history they keep on my vehicles. I would suggest giving them a try if you are looking for a new mechanic. Calling for an appointment is always helpful for a quick turn around.

This happened years ago but took my car and they had it for over two weeks and fixed absolutely nothing and when I confronted them on giving me my money back Mike the owner was furious he went and looked at my car had me start it and while it was running rip my spark plug wires out. They rip me off for $2000 would not refund the money and told me to take him to court because he had a really good lawyer. Stay away from this place!!!! Please read the other Negative reviews there is a pattern here.Service: Engine repair

Basic worries, concerns, as I was grinding metal on Metal to the tek's. found out very soon though the mastertek's at hannas are masterful. Through and through from courtesy and communication down to the Quality Service . Very much appreciated Doesn't feel like a (CarHop) car anymore.

I took my car in for an estimate for engine work. I had taken my car in to other places but I was impressed with the price and the professional manner of the crew. Mike and his techs did a great job with my car. The price was reasonable and done a timely manner. Hannah's Mastertek will be my go to garage from now on.

Awesome work. Fixed our car, which all the corporate mechanics wanted 2000 to fix. This shop was so honest with finding the real problem, that we had enough money left over for a complete brake system on our truck. Very rare to find companies that are honest, fair, and fast fixing . I will definitely use this shop with all our vehicles from now on, and highly recommend this shop to anyone needing to get out of the corporate money pits
