Mr. Tom was so friendly and helpful for us, when we were trying get our tires looked at. Turned out the first time, we were missing our wheel lock. He looked through what they had but we had something different. He was able to help direct me on what to get and where to look. His patience and helpful attitude was so appreciated!

Tom was an outstanding individual! I appreciated how prompt and upfront he was. The facility was very clean and welcoming. I had a bad experience at the Firestone off Arapahoe Road and I-25 so this was a breath of fresh air. Firestone is my go to, Tom s store is definitely a winning store. Ole boys over at the arapahoe location could use some guidance from the Smokey hill store.

I want to thank Candice and the technician that worked on my car the 11th and 15th. They went above and beyond on their service and customer care. I came back on the 15th after I thought I had an issue, they were very thorough and explained in detail the process, I felt assured my car was in good hands.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

This place has really gone down hill. They used to be my go to place for tires. They have no help and therefore cannot service very many people. I got my tires rotated after having to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out. Just 2 weeks later my brakes sounded like they were grinding. My son in law replaced the pads for me and one of my pads was metal on metal. Firestone never said a word to me about my brakes needing to be replaced immediately.

I do have to recommend this location as my wife, kids, and I were heading home from my birthday celebration with our friends in Denver and as we were heading back home to Albuquerque our temp gauge was going off the charts and our vehicle was over heating. We googled the nearest Firestone location as I figured that s our only bet to get helpsince it was a Sunday. I pulled in and Candice was absolutely AMAZING as she explained that she didn t have any certified techs on staff because it was Sunday, but she called to multiple locations to see if she could find us help so we could get home safely. Unfortunately, there were no techs at any locations locally. Candice did not give up and she and her teammate Isaiah popped the hood to try and diagnose the issue (which they totally didn t have to do) and checked all the hoses, topped us off with antifreeze, filled up our washer fluid, and topped off all of our tires with air. THAT IS SERVICE TO THE EXTREME!!! Isaiah and Candice were both extremely AMAZING by giving my wife and I tips on what to do if we were to over heat again. They genuinely took time to ensure our family was safe during our travels and for that we can t thank them enough. Firestone, because of these 2 amazing individuals we were able to make it home safe and sound. I feel they should absolutely be recognized for their kind hearts and work ethic. From a lifetime Firestone client, Jeremy Maness and family

Made an online appointment, and received an email stating that the appointment WAS confirmed. Arrived at the store and was told the appointment WAS NOT confirmed. Showed the store the email stating that I had a confirmed appointment and was told "Well that's a problem with the online appointments". Well, if it's a problem fix it!!

My wife took her car there to troubleshoot some issues that have been cropping up while she's driving. Firestone ran her car through their 'diagnostic process' and claimed one of her issues was definitely an alignment/brake/tire issue. The other issue they told her was probably because she had a turbo on her car (like every other 2 liter car on the road anymore) and that she probably didn't know what that felt like when she was driving...not that her last 3 cars all had turbos as well (ie bmw, audi, and subaru...yeah she knows a bit about cars). Well $1400, new tires, new brakes, new rotors later, and an additional $99 charge for their 'diagnostic', and no change in the issue what so ever, but now the brakes are grinding. We take it back 2 weeks later and the person behind the desk just says it appears to be an internal drivetrain issue and that they have no way of repairing that. All that to say...buyer beware. Go anywhere else, these folks just want to put tires on your car and that's it.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Good location, and they do a good job, but it's impossible to get in - even on an emergency/flat tire basis - appointments run at least two weeks out!

I am not one to normally write reviews on a place. However, I had such a great experience I felt it necessary to do so. The staff at this Firestone location are top notch. I have had nothing but great customer service since my first interaction with them on the phone. They take the time to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable when bringing your car in. Something that is easily overlooked in the automotive industry. I have never felt like the "easy woman target" with them. I have brought both my vehicles into this location and have had the pleasure of dealing with Manny on both these occasions. He has never steered me wrong and has even gone above and beyond in finding me the best deals on my car. His honesty and customer service are the reasons why I will continue to bring my cars back and tell all my friends. Thank you Manny and all the employees at Firestone Smoky Hill for making your customers feel taken care of!

Took my car here for a new tire set purchase, alignment and fluids top off, I had low antifreeze level and paid a full price for the service. Picked up the car in the end of the day, they installed 1 tire of the wrong size, never topped off the fluids and no alignment was done at all. They are very friendly but don't do the job at all.Took my car here 2nd time, tires worn out faster then they should've, got 75% adjustment through warranty program on 2 tires and free alignment recheck. Was happy with service.

The worst place ever to take your vehicle. They had my car for 6 hours and couldn't do a simple oil change. They stated they were busy, but when I went in they're were 3 managers or whatever standing around doing nothing. Then I told them I want be coming back. And this lady started yelling profanities at us when we were leaving. They deserve less than no stars. But can't do that. Don't take your car here, you don't know how well they are taking care of your vehicle.

The manager Bill was very informative and polite. He made sure that my mother was taking care of when I was unavailable. I would highly recommend taking your car to this facility because we all know that not all Firestone complete auto treat you the same . The staff is knowledgable and they always seem to care about every car that comes in.

EDITED -Moved up to 4.5 stars from 1 star. See below.Initial review (1 star) - Warranty sucks. Recommended service interval for a timing belt - every 60,000 miles. Firestone warranty - 12,000 (or 1 year, whichever is less).Update #1 (moved up to 3 stars) - It appears that my vehicle is having timing belt issues, even though the timing belt was changed at Firestone less than 18 months ago. When I called the shop, they initially told me that the warranty was the warranty, and that was the end of it. I decided to go by and talk with them in person. One of the mechanics (Shane) was extremely helpful, and said that they'd check it out, and that they'd work with me on the price if that's the problem since their work was so recent.Update #2 (moved up to 4.5 stars) - So the timing belt tensioner was the issue. And unfortunately, it caused damage to the engine head. Shane and the Firestone team fixed the timing belt issues, sent the heads out to be rebuilt, and fixed a couple other issues that came up during the repair. And he did all this at a fraction of the normal cost. The only issue (that keeps me from rolling it to 5 stars) is that it seems like Shane may be the only mechanic at this shop that can do major work, which slows things down significantly (they had our car for over a month). However, I'm very happy with the work done, the price point, and the excellent customer service. Thanks!

This Auto Shop is decent AT BEST. In my experience dealing with them (4-5 visits), the best thing about them is their management. Patrick (their store manager I believe) seems like a great guy and is very well spoken. He explains things efficiently and effectively. I believe he is the only reason why people bring their cars to this Firestone branch. The issues I have with this place are the mechanics who actually work on your car. When I bring my car in for a general issue (lots of friction in the steering, leaking oil), they have no idea what they're doing. Management will make you feel confident, but when you get your car back after its been in the shop for over 10 days and you actually drive the car, you'll feel much different about what is going on behind the scenes. Not only that, my steering still leaks oil after almost a $2,000 repair to rebuild the rack and pinion steering and (supposedly) fix the leak.Additionally, I do not appreciate it when I get my car back and a day later notice a large (3" x ") scratch on the front of my car just below the hood. It extends through the paint and is very noticeable. Did Firestone say anything to me about this damage they had done? - absolutely not. This isn't something I just didn't notice earlier. It is very apparent and is obvious (by its uniform shape) that a piece of their equipment had been the cause.Another story, beware of buying tires from them (I know...tires...what they're known for). Any reputable Auto Care shop will balance your tires after installing them. I paid over $800 for new tires, and then they told me that they cannot even balance them because they don't have the equipment to do so! I was amazed that a tire place cannot balance tires on a popular car like an Audi A4. Not only that, they told me this after I had purchased them. Pretty shady if you ask me.In my 4-5 visit history and around $4k spent there, I'm not happy with this Firestone and will not recommend it to anyone in our neighborhood (East Aurora [East Smokey Hill, Southlands Mall]).

Appointments are worthless. I made an appointment a week ahead of time for 8 am to get an oil change and transmission flush. When I dropped off the car, he said it would be a couple hours but that it would be done by noon. Perfect, I don't need the car this morning, but I need it in the afternoon. At 11:45 I still hadn't received a phone call so I called them. They hadn't even started my service yet! 4 hours after my appointment and nothing was done. I went and picked my car up, cancelled the service, and won't be back. That's poor customer service. Why do you even offer appointments?

If we could give 0 stars we would. My son brought his car here and never again!! He could only afford part of the many repairs they suggested and apparently, that wasn't enough money for them. When picking up the car the man in the front was rude, confrontational and just plain disrespectful. The customer service at this location is horrific and we would never bring any of our vehicles there let alone recommend them. Way too many great mechanics out there to have to deal with this!

They might be decent for tires, but they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to brakes. Before my first visit to Firestone, I noticed my brakes were not responding as they should, and I took my vehicle into Firestone for repair and I paid a premium for their service. Around $800 dollars for the rear drums and shoes.Within 60 days of the first repair, my brake pedal was mushy and I could tell my brakes were not working as they should. I took my vehicle back in, and Firestone told me their previous technician didn't install the rear shoes correctly. Firestone replaced their previous work under warranty, which I was grateful of, but they now told me I needed to spend around $700 more dollars for a complete front end brake and rotors job. Plus they told me they needed to charge me to replace the brake fluid.I told the manager I was going to get a second opinion at another repair shop, and he basically insinuated that many customers are cheap. Long story short, I took my vehicle to Brakes Plus and the front end repair was done for half of what Firestone quoted me, and the Brakes Plus technician told me that the shoes on the rear drums that Firestone worked on twice, were still not calibrated properly. The people that work at the Firestone front desk and also their technicians are pretty congenial and friendly, but I did not find them competent when it comes to brake service and repair.

Purchased snow tires and rims last year from this store. Called to schedule a season swap and was told to stop by and no appointment needed. Stopped by twice and was told both times they were too busy. Very disappointing! Heading to the mountains and really need the tires swapped but they did not care. The associate working the front desk did not seem to care nor offer any alternative solutions. I've been a loyal Firestone customer for over 15 years but this may end the run. I hear Les Schwab has great customer service and now they are right down the road.

My car is lowered and I understand it's company policy to not accept that risk with this work. I asked if they could refer me to a shop, they said no and gave me attitude and seemed annoyed.Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

This Firestone store location has done work for me on different vehicles, domestic and import, and done a good job repairing all of them. I have their lifetime alignment on all of my vehicles which is very helpful. I've been happy with the pricing and the time for the various jobs that they have done for me.

I like this location because it is close by to my work. They open early and have good hours. Their prices are fair and less expensive than other shops down the road by Southlands mall. The manager Bill was communicative and let me know the part they ordered was defective and they had to get another one (struts) but were still able to get my car ready by the afternoon of the same day!

This is the place I have been coming the past year they have a pretty good service. This last time was so far the best one yet. I literally have no clue about cars and what truly need to be done. So when I came in just for an oil change and they told me that there were a couple of other things that needed to be done an employee named Tom helped me understand and explained to me what was needed to be done with my car. So happy about it.

This review would have been a decent rating had it not been for Christian, who is the absolute worst and laziest employee I've ever seen. He complained about having to work on my vehicle - right in front of me - to his boss. Super inappropriate. Offloading him & replacing with an employee who cares more would do wonders for this location.

When I got there the first service person helped me check in my vehicle and also apply coupons to my service. He said it would only be about $50.00. I was like awesome that is cheap for a full vehicle inspection and also a full synthetic oil change. I got a call later on saying my cabin filter needed to be changed and it would cost me $19.99 so I said yes please change it. I got a another call saying it was done. I headed over there and not one person was in the front room to say hi or anything, even though a tech and someone else (who was the service writer) was in the back firlting with each other and toughing each other. The tech even saw me and just ignored me, I waited for almost 15 minutes before the lady service writer finally came out and asked what she could do. I said I was here to pick up my car. She told me the total and I asked her why it was so much and how did it jump so high. She rolled her eyes and was not happy that she had to explain to me why everything was. She was not happy at all to help and she got mad that the phone was ringing, more people showed up, and parts were being delivered. She said that the coupons would not apply for the filter and that I would have to pay for that. I told her the math did not add up and she would have to figure out a way to fix the price. She finally did and I when I got my receipt she forgot to give me my vehicle check list, and my battery check. When I got to my vehicle, it started up hard, and the RPM was almost at 3000 when it usually starts at 1500. I checked all the fluid and they pull any to much oil in the vehicle.

Everyone here has a attitude rude whenever I ask a question the response is beyond short and again rude 1st time at this Firestone location and last. If I didn't need my oil changed and care about my vehicle I would have waited. This place is ridiculous I wanted to also purchase tires for my Ram and my finances Range rover and when I ask if they can order specialty tires for them he tells me ya but don't really want to put the call in... Really?? If you want to go to a Firestone don't come here use the Firestone in 7 Hills I have went there for years and beyond pleased ask for Mike or Jim great people to work with and very friendly they don't make you want to punch them in the face because of how they talk to you. Only thing I have to say to the front man whom I spoke with and the tech who had nothing to say when I spoke to you is of you don't like your job get a new one I'll keep both of you in my prayers and maybe one day you can put a smile on your face even if it isn't genuine your in customer service if you didn't realize that.
