I got four tires all around, installed. And an alignment. The installation of the tires is impeccable, the alignment not so much. Thankfully, they got me back in and on the machine within 10 minutes of my arrival, and they are fixing the issue.Very appreciated, as a closer fire stone wouldn t even look at the issue for two hours.

Had a flat tire and put my spare on it, and brought it to this Firestone I was immediately notified about how busy they were, (expected due to time of year) and this was the 3rd Firestone in the area that told me the same thing. Martin was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable when I dropped my car off.I was told my car would be ready the next day, and unfortunately they were behind schedule. However, when I went to pick up my car, realizing it wasn t ready, the manager made sure that my car got completed immediately and apologized for my troubles. Not only apologized, but provided extra services and money back on certain fees I had paid the day before. Businesses all get busy, and deal with understaffing and sometimes there s nothing to be done, but the staff here was exceptional and did what they could to make sure I could be on my way as soon as possible.

Wish I could give zero stars. What is the purpose of your online appointment booking system?? I booked an appointment to bring my car in. Never received a declination of the appointment. Arrived to drop off car and was told I only had a REQUESTED appointment. So when were they planning to deny or confirm the actual appointment??? The "customer service" rep didn't care either way. WORST SERVICE ever! You suck.

Martin and the team that worked on my car were informative, efficient and showed that they actually cared about taking care of my car issue. I was incredibly impressed with Martin's knowledge as he went through so throroughly my previous pricing (of expensive car work.) When I called tp set and appointment, he was honest, and said he could get me in a bit (whereas another store basically said Wednesday as I called in on a Saturday.) I will be returning as Martin is honest, his team is efficient and knowledgable and my overall experience was simply awesome. This store should be recognized for it's outstanding commitment to efficiency, honesty, and helping customers.

I had a 2 o'clock appointment and was told my oil change would take 45 minutes. I can back an hour later and my car was still in the parking lot and did not get an oil change until almost 4 pm. A true bait and switch just to get my business. If you have an appointment BEWARE as they do not respect your time at the Mississippi and Ironton location. Ruin my whole afternoon timewise.

called them because i had a bubble in my tire and when i called i was trying to explain my situation and that they had a tire in stock for my vehicle per tires plus. i was told the guy didn t have time to speak with me and that there were 20 people waiting. i m also in customer service so that was super rude of him. i ended the call because there was no way i would trust this location to do anything with my vehicle. if he would ve been nicer, my review would ve been higher.

Actually they surprised me how fast they took care of business.Also I noticed a change in attitude to a more side.I am also a customer of Wilton Manors ,FL,Firestone.They are amazing,but they have to be careful because you guys are catching up with them.Congrats.

It was good like Always. I was a little concerned when the guy in charge was screaming at the young kid to stop working on his own car and get the customers that were waiting their vehicles. It made me wonder if that's why it took all day to mount 4 tires.

Brought my car in for an oil change around noon and was told it would be about 2 hours until it was done. 4 hours later, I hadn't heard back so called to check on the status of the car, but couldn't get through. After calling multiple times throughout the rest of the day, I still got no response and just decided to wait until the next day to hope it would be ready. The next morning, I finally got through and explained that I hadn't heard back. There was really no acknowledgement of the wait or lack of response, and when I went in to pick up the car, same response (or lack of acknowledgement) after I explained that I had been waiting to hear back and couldn't get through.At least an acknowledgement or apology about the more than 24hr wait on a standard oil change would have been better than the lack of response or customer service. Don't leave people waiting around for a day wondering what was going on with their cars.

I've come to this shop multiple times and each time asked them to look at my brakes along with the issue I had at that time. They didn't do anything because they still grind and squeal. When I asked them to figure out an electrical problem, it took two visits for them to actually fix it when they said it was fixed the first time, and now, I made an appointment on a Tuesday to have a door handle replaced from my van getting vandalized. I asked them at that point on Tuesday to make sure they have the part in the Shop since it's not something that needs diagnosis and they assured me they would. Now it is the next Monday when I had an appointment but not only did they not have my appointment in the system but they certainly didn't have the part ready. I'll be taking my business to a shop that will actually do the job that is asked of them which is sad as I'm a fleet customer with basically a blank check for maintenance. This isn't a wait time problem or any of that, it's just a straight disregard for time and instruction.

Not everybody is rude here but there's one guy that's borderline racist his name is Mark and he says he's been with firestone for 27 years and he's a technician!! He's completely unprofessional i came in at 11 they said the car would be done by 2 so i sat in front of the building because i only have 1 car!! Randomly while im sitting down minding my business mark walks up on me and tries to demand me to pull up my pants!! I was confused because my pants were up and i have belt with extra shorts on so i had no idea where we was coming from when he said i was disturbing customers when every last customer that came in spoke to me!! So mark proceeds to get loud and says that's what blacks do in jail all of y'all sag and can't keep your pants up!! So i go tell his boss that he's speaking to my like this and mark tell me that he won't get fired because he's been here 27 years and they won't let him go!!That's when i told him to mind his business because im i paying customer as well that has been waiting for 5 hours because the car wasn't done until 3:30!! I feel like what he said was racist and wrong and he needs to be held accountable for it!! It's almost 2024 and people that act like him and use words like that are completely wrong!!

Yesterday I set an appointment with this Firestone location. It was an appointment for noon today. They said that I could leave my car and pick it up by the end of the day. When I got to the shop they didn't have the appointment in their books or anywhere. They told me that I must have talked to somebody from the call center. But I'm pretty sure I did not. But I left it with them. Now I'm sitting out here and they closed early. At least based off the time that Google has for their closing. Which I think they actually close at 5:00 not 7:00 p.m. like Google says. I can see my car in the place. But no one's here. I didn't receive a call or anything today. I tried calling at 6:00 p.m. no response. So I'm assuming they do close at like 5:00. But I drive Uber and Lyft I need my alignment done. If they couldn't get it done today they could have just said that. There's a number of other Firestone locations I could have taken it to. At this point I'm just annoyed because I need to use that to make money.

I brought my car in for a brake and rotor replacement. Went smoothly, or so I thought. Dwayne was friendly and helpful. Took about 4 hours and I came to pick it up in the afternoon. Drove it about 2 miles home and noticed a crunching type noise from the front left. Brought it back, told them it sounded like something wasn't right. They didn't inspect it, told me "the brakes need time to be bedded-in, brake hard into stops the next couple of days and if you still hear the noise, bring it back in."Ok, fine. You guys are the experts, its a busy time of the year and you don't have time, I'll trust your advice. I return in two days where they tell me they still don't have time to inspect it. I go home, still experiencing the noise, and schedule an inspection over the phone for the following Sunday. Surely they can have time to inspect it when I have a concrete appointment scheduled instead of a walk-in. So I will be driving with the problem for the next 8 days.I need to use my car in the meantime to live my life, go to work, etc. So as I was driving, trusting the shop's advice, I pressed the brakes last night and heard a snapping sound of a bolt coming loose and flying off onto the road. I limped it home and now it is sitting, parked indefinitely. Pictured here is the result. The loose caliper bolt finally came off and now I cannot safely drive my car.I feel my issues have not been taken seriously to this point. I was hung up on by staff while trying to air my problems, and have needed to escalate this to the area manager to get a resolution. Fortunately for me, this did not cause any injury or an accident, but it definitely could have. At the time of writing this , I am still waiting on a resolution and contact from the area manager. I will provide an updated review once I have been done right by Firestone. Disappointing as I always pictured Firestone as a high quality store.Low emphasis on safety and accountability. This is how people get hurt.

Reserved an appointment time and came in to drop the car off for a critical repair. Dude acted like he didn t know what I was talking about. Then said what I had was a request, not a reservation. A request to which he had not bothered to respond. Rude. Unprofessional.

Don't go there!!! They give mechanics a bad reputation. They will maliciously sabotage your vehicle. My wife took our vehicle for a routine maintenance (oil change) and for a new battery. The vary next day the coolent spilled out from a hose car was inoperable on the side of the road had to get it towed to there shop. I am out of town during this ordeal due to military orders. I know that this is not a coincidence, former mechanic I've worked on cars boats helicopter engines, generator motors. My wife notifies me they are charging her 600 to change this hose. I have a friend check out the vehicle. Sure enough there is a hose detached from the water pump. Hose is fine clamp is fine as if it was loosened. What they were quoting my wife 600 for I have no idea. 20 to 40 dollar hose, the labor for attaching the hose back on; it took 30 mins at the most, including bleeding of the coolent system. It is unfortunate that firestone allows this kind of unprofessional and dangerous un ethical behavior.Service: Oil change

This was by far the worst service I ve ever had at a Firestone. Dropped my car off in the morning and never received a call. I ended up calling them and did not complete the work I asked. I went early in the morning to find out that they did not perform the alignment check or tire rotation. They did not care, did not offer to take care of it right away. I complained to them and there was no response. Do not take your car here.

Don't bring any vehicle here!!! Store manager tried to charge $500 for a starter that wasn't even the OEM starter. Your store is a joke and so are you. Know your companies policies of 10% over cost for friends and family. You won't work there much longer running your store like that. And who marks a refurbished part up by 225%?!

I recently brought my car here to have the front brakes done and an oil change. They did the brake job but not the oil change the technician working behind the counter claimed that it wasn't in the service order but I know when I made my appointment that I asked for both services to be done. This is partially my fault because I didn't ask for a price before I brought my vehicle but $530 is way too much for just a standard brake job . It didn't even occur to me that it would be that expensive . The job they did was okay but not the greatest my brakes still squeak at times. I will not be coming back here for any vehicle needs! I do not recommend!

I don t usually write reviews. I took my work van in to get the oil changed, AC fixed, and a leak fixed on the right rear tire. They changed the oil, replaced both front tires, and the AC only blows cold out of the right side. I found the issues with the AC and right rear tire after transferring all my tools from my rental back onto my work van. I guess I should have checked the AC and the tire before doing so. Wow!!! Called and made an appointment over a week in advance. They told me drop off the car at 8am, so I show up at 8am and no one is there. I could hear the phone inside ringing nonstop, I waited 20 minutes in the cold and no one opened the store and the phone was still ringing. Had me drive all the way there and wait for nothing, thanks for wasting my time. If you can t have someone be on time to open the store then I don t trust them with my car.

Went into the store, 2 guys at the front desk, not one of them acknowledged me and offered help nor service. After 15 mins, one of them finally said, " what can I do ?".

I would give zero stars if allowed. I've had a Firestone account for some time now and the customer service at this location is ridiculous. I made an appointment for new tires through my Firestone app 3 days ago and received a confirmation number for my scheduled time. I get an email stating changes to my SCHEDULED appointment and that the store tried calling. ( They weren't Open yet) . I called talked to Chris and was told they are booked weeks out And was hung up on . I took the day off work for this. Horrible horrible service. And STILL no appointment in near future

Took my car here for an alignment. They failed to properly center the steering wheel, so of course front toe alignment was way off (not to mention the steering wheel being off by 3 degrees to the right). I always get full synthetic oil in my car at least 6 times or so THIS shop has done it. I ordered the same through Car Advise as I usually do. The kept me there 2 hrs for an incorrect oil put in and a cabin filter. Looks like it's hard to trust anyone in this industry anymore! First Pep Boys now these guys! I am done with Firestone!

I needed air in my tires this morning and found out that they have a self service air hose on the front of their building. When I got there I started to pull the hose to my car to fill up but a gentleman named Mark ran out and offered to help because I was in all white on my way to work. He even grabbed a wet wipe for my to clean the residue from the hose and my tire caps off my hands. That was really thoughtful and I appreciate him helping me out!I also realized when removing the caps that one of my tires was missing it so he grabbed me a replacement piece. Thank you Mark for saving my morning, and my outfit haha :) I appreciate you!
