We came in last Thursday with a bent rim because of some rocks in the road. We had to get a whole new rim. We wanted all of the rims to match so we ordered the other 3 and they all came in within a week. We were here for probably 2 hours if not longer on Thursday. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and so nice, especially Alex. As we were sitting waiting for our new rims to get put on the car, we saw Alex go into the bay multiple times to check up on the car and make sure everything was going good. Definitely come here for any tire need!!!

Always friendly. Even though it was drop in for a slow leak turned out the tire had to be replaced. They had to go to another store to find the tire and it was still out within an hour. All done under warranty with no hassles. I get all my tires here.

The staff is great, the place is clean, but when you look at the products available online vs what is actually in stock you get told you'll be spending a lot more than planned leaving you feeling like they gave you a bait-and-switch deal. It's not really a discount if you can get tires from Costco for less. I'm sure it's more the corporation fault and less the store however I was a bit of a waste of time to find out all this information *after* I arrived.

Super fantastic service with CJ! He was very courteous and knowledgeable as well as extremely helpful. CJ is one of the best associates we ve worked with over these years and countless locations across the US. We will definitely be coming here more often with all of our vehicles. We left with a lot of peace of mind and we were very satisfied with everything overall. Great job, Discount Tire!

Went and had a slow leaking tire changed out. The service was fast and friendly, and staff will let you choose what tire you want and not try and push a higher price tire on you

Buying and scheduling online was easy. Replacing 4 tires took around 70 minutes. Front office staff was friendly and professional.Driving away, I heard/felt a loud wham-blam-clang-bang a few blocks up Havana. Sounded like a steel tool may have been accidentally left under the chassis. It went for a hell of a tumble when it fell out at 40mph. Stopped to make sure I still had all 4 wheels and found one center cap that had only been partially threaded onto the studs but never snugged down. Pressures might need some adjusting, but that is the least of my concerns. Yeesh.

I arrived at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. No appointment but figured given the time on a weekday it wouldn t be too bad of a wait time. It s currently 5pm, 4hrs later I am still looking at my car that hasn t moved since I parked it. The mobile app they have which is supposed to update you on their progress is worthless as nothing changes and no updates are ever made as you wait from their end. The justification is a a few people got backed up who were in front of me, I can t comprehend how a few people justifies a 4hr wait. The lack of communication, sense of urgency, and complacency is astounding. I could have gone home and changed all of my tires three times over in this amount of time. Discount Tire should change their name to Discount time, absolutely horrendous and I assure you I will never buy another tire from this place ever again. All of you reading this should do the same.

Got 4 new winter tires on a Ford Fusion and they static balanced the tires also counter balanced them. 2 negatives. Need to go to different location now to get it fixed.

Dave and Kendrick have this place running well, showed up a bit late for my appointment Friday after work, they took care of me quickly and effectively. Tires rotated and balanced for best price around and great work. Will always recommend this location

Came in for 1 tire and ended up getting a good deal for all 4. Kendrick had 10/10 amazing service, he advised us finically based on our budget and was extremely patient and helpful the entire time

Discount Tire is my go to spot for any tire related issues. I have purchased my tires from their stores consistently because of the customer service they provide. Today was another example of how great they are... I made an appointment with to get my tires checked because I had a slow leak. They repaired it free of charge! Amazing.

Fantastic experience, I highly recommend using this discount tire location! Ari was the professional that assisted me and this guy knows his tires (and cars) so if he's on site ask for him! He outfitted my 2012 Mini Cooper S Convertible with 4 new Continental tires. Thanks Discount!

Tire caught a screw was leaking air BAD pulled into Discount Tires checked fixed my tire , get this free of charge what ???? Yup free 45 minutes, and I was gone . Santiago and his pit crew all about customer service , front desk kept you updated, 5 star

Big man Kali has a problem with helping people after he said he would. He needs to be retrained or leave discount tire because ive never had an issue at any location until i ran into someone who has zero customer service skills or the decency to keep his word. Literally throwing the work to everyone else accepting little responsibility.Go to one of those used tire shops if you want to act the way you did today, very disrespectful to not only me, but a few other employees in the short time i was there.

I came to this place (Discount Tire Aurora Colorado) to fix one of my car's tyres to replaced or to change the tyre .In this this place I am waited for about 40 minutes , because of covid19 and there are a lot of customers.I am very happy and exited.My car's tyres changed and I cameback home early.November 02nd , 2021 Tuesday.

I ve been going to this location for a long time and I haven t had any issues or concerns. They have always taken good care of me in a timely manner and made sure I was SAFE on the road. Recently they gave me a great deal on tires, I appreciate them and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Even with a line of customers they managed to get me in and out in a timely manner. I had stopped using Discount Tire because of poor customer service and hidden fees. I tried them out again because of some great prices they had on tires. I will say they have turned things around. Customer service was awesome and the price I was quoted online was the exact price I paid at the shop. Good job DT!

Update: Another great experience. The warranty is worth every penny, it's saved me so much after a string of bad luck with flats, the only cost has been renewing the warranty!Life savers! I needed to get my emissions done, but my tires were very under inflated. Each gas station I stopped at had a broken air pump, and I finally ended up here. They not only filled my tires, but fixed a bead leak and my pressure sensors. At no charge!I'll definitely be back here when I need new tires.

I have been going to this store for all my tire needs. These fine people have treated me very well over the years and have always provided excellent service. My most recent visit was quite unusual. I went in for tires on a Monday, took my car out on the highway on Wednesday. I noticed my car had this alarming shaking coming from the rear. My first thought was a wheel was out of balance. It was 6:30 PM, half an hour after they close. I decided to call just to see if maybe I can book an appointment the next day. Someone answered the phone, I explained to them what's going on and they said if I wanted to come by real quick, they can get it done. OK, what the heck. I got there about 5 minutes later, they opened the garage door and there was a team of five people waiting for me. They guided me in, had one person balance each tire and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Wheel weight must have fallen off in the last couple days. No big deal. I have never experienced customer service like this before. Simply amazing!!

The tires were fine and the service was actually very good. However, they scratched up my rims. It looks like the technician used an angle grinder with a wire brush cup to remove the old weights when he balanced my wheels. I have a nice story about how Discount earned my trust and my business 9 years ago. This experience is how they lost it.

It was a pleasure dealing with Luis N as I purchased a set of 4 new tires and protection plan.With-in a 2 week period I had a screw in one of my new tires. Again, Luis helped me in a professional and personable manner. I had a brand new tire installed with-in a half hour.Discount Tire undertook the cost and kept my full warranty in tact. That is great customer service.THANK YOU Luis and other staff for the great service. I would recommend this store and its staff to anyone having any type of tire issue. These folks are the best.

I went in for a routine flat tire repair. After repairing the flat, the techs cross-threaded my lugs putting the tire back on and the shop couldn't fix their own mistake. They sent me to Brakes Plus up the road where it was fixed (free of cost).Usually I'd shrug it off, but I'm leaving a one-star review because they tried blaming the mistake on another store, claiming they never took my wheel off the car. I saw them take the wheel off (and the tire was repaired, so not sure how they thought that lie would fly in the first place). They tried to play me for a fool. Won't be back.

Not smart asking every single person that needs air to wait inside your store during cold and flu season no less just to get a tire filled with air. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THAT. What a desperate business tactic that is!
