Went into Discount today excellent service from the manager, sales men and the overall team, Called in a hour before going in letting them know my situation, store manager was on point and already known what I was looking for. Once I got to the location they checked me in right away, showed me all my tires options I went with what the Manager suggested, overall I m very impressed and Satisfied of team effort that was put in, from the environment and work Quality I ll be back for my next set of tires 10/10 work!

I called in and was 30 minutes away. There was a two hour wait. I was still placed in cue and when I arrived, all info save mileage was ready to go. I was blessed to be within the single replacement range and the car was done within the time promised. Austin and Tyler were really great to work with and my wheel lock key was returned to my hand!The restroom was SURPRISINGLY clean for a mechanic shop!

I showed up 15 minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away. Instead they were kind and friendly. They repaired my tire with a slow leak AT NO CHARGE and had me on my way. I thought this type of customer service was a thing of the past but these guys proved me wrong. I would 100% go here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mixed review I bought four 18 tires for $800 2.5 years ago. The tread wore down to 5/32 with only 18,000 miles, when rated to 60,000 miles, plus the tire abruptly had a severe bulge which can cause a highway blowout. The friendly and helpful salesman Chensan was able to assist me with a warranty replacement, same day thankfully due to the safety hazard however it still cost me $640 to replace the defective tires due to proration for 1/3 of the warranty of use I had gotten from the tires.The frustrating part is that they told me to come back at 5pm, and my vehicle would be finished by 6pm They didn t even pull my car into the bay until after 6:20pm, not complete until 6:45 making me miss another appointment I had at 7pm. Everyone else in the shop was similarly frustrated, 4:45/5pm appointments but waiting until after 6:45pm. I would much prefer they be realistic and honest about their schedule being overbooked and have us come back the next day.

Chensen was our tire tech. He showed us in what shape our tires were. He helped us in selecting tires and was very helpful in answering our questions. The waiting area was clean and had comfortable chairs to wait. We didn t have to wait long but of course we went on a weekday. Thank you for providing friendly service and having reasonable prices on tires.

I just bought my 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th tires from them. Tires are tires, but these are good people. Very professional and helpful. I'll be back for 17 thru 20.

This location fit me in at the last minute and were so kind and helpful in replacing my two back tires. I walked in (no appointment) and had a new set within the hour. The dealership had quoted me $584 and I got a better set of tire here for about $180.They offer a mileage warranty that they actually stick by. If you travel, they also honor that warranty across the US. Very happy with the service and quality of Discount Tires.

We bought a brand new set of tires at this location. When we took the car home, the rear driver's side wheel would not hold any air, resulting in us riding on a flat tire without knowing it. We went back to the store and they immediately went to the car and verified the issue. We wanted to go home and they told us the time we should return, which was a scant 25 minutes. We left the keys with the representative and away we went.After some time, we contacted the store and the tire was replaced and ready to go! We returned to the store to find that all the tires held air and we didn't have to pay anything. They were professional and very fast. The car was ready before the time they stated and we were impressed with their service.Overall, I highly recommend purchasing from this location. The service is excellent, they finish repairs quickly and you'll be glad to give them your business! 5 stars, earned with top tier service.

I would NOT recommend this discount tire shop. I was on time for my "appointment" and was there waiting around for 3 hours (on a Tuesday afternoon). The staff was horrendous, very condescending towards woman and were extremely rude. When they were finally finished with my tires, I left the store and my tire pressure light turned on so I had to go BACK for them to reset it!!!! All very unprofessional and horrible service, waste of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!

Bought new tires for my new vehicle. This is 2nd set I bought from this location. Once again the staff provided outstanding service. I felt like they genuinely cared about what type of tires I needed. Went to my appointment and told me won t be longer than a hour. My vehicle was ready in 45 minutes. Great job fellas, I applaud each and one of you. Thanks again!

I have consistently chosen Discount Tire on Colfax as my preferred destination for tire services. Despite the bustling nature of their operations, the team works seamlessly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.In my experience, the wait time has never exceeded an hour and 30 minutes, even during peak hours. The professionalism of the staff is evident, and it is complemented by the cleanliness of the store and the prompt, friendly service they provide.Over the course of more than five years as a patron, I have only encountered one minor issue, which required me to return to the store for tire rebalancing. This singular incident, however, does not overshadow the overall positive experiences I've had.I highly recommend this location to those in search of reliable tire services without unnecessary complications. Good, but slow. Smaller, busy location (at least when I was there) and they underestimated my wait time by quite a bit. If they kept their time accurate I would give 5 stars, but it is what it is, so 4 it is. Time is precious and I'm hungry...

It was very busy when I took my car in but that didn't stop anyone from providing excellent service and getting me in quickly. This location has a great team that is knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly.

Don t book appts they put you in the regular walk in queue and your wait time will still be longer than the person who walked in before you. Also when they say you re next expect to see 4 cars pulled in before yours. And when they say 10 minutes, they re working on their clock so it means 60minutes. Don t call the store and ask if they are behind on appts they want your money and will tell you there is no wait but jokes on you, there is at least an hour and a half wait before they see your car. If your appt is at 2:45 they won t pull your car in until 4:23, even after saying appts only take an hour.

I've been patronizing Discount Tires for over 20 years. A lot has changed in regards to customer service; not very Customer Service oriented anymore. Just being transparent about my occasional patronizing them occasionally.

Sucked. Brought a tire in that had a nail in it. A very young guy took a quick look and said he couldn't fix it because the tire was too old, but it had great tread on it??!!!!!?????Took the tire to Les Schwab- no problem what so ever!

I recently went in for 4 new tires, and Chensen was awesome to work with. If I ever need work done, it's always with Discount Tires or Brake's Plus.

I watched them break the trim off my door with the car lift. When I pointed this out they just denied it and that was all. My tires are fine. Probably won t come back.

I am using this E. Colfax location for many years. Yesterday I went in for a leaking tire and now I am shopping for another tire store . I told the clerk which tire was leaking and I needed it repaired . He was unprofessional, he completely disregarded my request , besides he did not know where and how to locate a malfunctioning tire on the dashboard, instead he was attempting to sell me windshield wipers my car clearly does not need , then proceeding to attempt to show me a tire chart to pick a new set of tires from , asking which new set I wanted . He never made any attempt to set my car up for a simple tire repair . When I told him I solely came or a quick repair , he motioned me do to sit and wait , it would be about 1 -1/2 hr until someone could tend to me and appointments are only for new purchases . I never had encountered such rudeness and disregard of the present needs of a customer at this store .

I always know I will be taken care of when I go to Discount! Best service around by far! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and are always able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If they are recommending something, you should listen to them. They truly value your safety and also value your cars transmission. They aren't just trying to make a quick sale. By the way, the warranty is worth it with how bad some of the roads are around here. It has saved me multiple times! I will always go here for my tires!

I m leaving this 1-star review mainly because of the entitled white boy working who helped out another entitled white boy who came in after me. I pulled up for air and got out to ask where to go for an air check. That employee was outside and saw me pull up next. The entitled white boy who came in behind me asked the same question and proceeded to walk inside so that he could be checked in first while I parked like I was informed to do. The employee claimed that he saw the male waiting first despite being outside during both of our arrival. 1 star for fragile masculinity. The guy who handled my car was a sweetheart, though.

The guys were friendly and knowledgeable about their job.Highly recommended to get in with an appointment! Very busy! The flow of people coming in for a walk-in were a lot so your car might not be seen.

I would give 1 star but one of the guys that works there, I think his name starts with an "m," he was good. But the rest of my experience was awful. I needed to get 2 new tires and 1 new wheel after hitting a pothole hidden in snow hard. I asked them to take a look when they take the tires/wheel off to see if they see any other damage, which they promised they would. When I picked the car up the next day, I asked if they saw anything. The guy who helped me at the desk told me "let me ask the guy who did the work." He came back shortly after and told me that the guy who did the work "couldn't remember." Seriously?! It had been less than hour since he finished the work. So I left. But there was still a bad noise coming from the back side of the car. They had already closed by then. First thing in the morning I came back to ask again that they look. One of the guys took one look, he didn't even need to take the tire or wheel off. He immediately saw a completely broken shock. It was right there, right in front of your face if you're looking at the tire. Yet they somehow didn't notice. They don't do shocks, which is fine, but I didn't ask them to fix anything else I just asked them to look, which *they agreed* to do. They sent me to drive away on a broken shock knowing that I had a 16 hour drive across the country ahead of me, which I mentioned. The kicker? They put both of the two new tires on the same side of the car, rather than putting them on the same axle. That's not what you're supposed to do with a front wheel drive car. When I called to ask why they did that, they said oops sorry, if you bring it back we'll rotate them.So, overall, pretty terrible service. How can you trust your car to people who don't notice blatant damage RIGHT in front of where they were working?
