I recently had a flat tire and got it replaced at the discount tire. The service and the communication throughout the process was great, and whenever I called the store they were very friendly.However, when I got home from the appointment , I realized that my rim had several scratches that I had never see before. I have never scraped a curb or scratched my wheels before as I drive very carefully. I reached out to them and they responded that these kinds of scratches are normal wear and tear that I will have so either I can take 100 dollar credit or I will have to wait for their counterpart to repair the rim. I am not sure if I want to go back to any discount tire store to get more of the rims damaged and waste my time on repairing them.

Tires can be bought and installed anywhere. However...I really wish there were extra stars for customer service, for product knowledge, for APPLIED knowledge, and for the concern that they have for our safety.All I had to do was explain that I wanted the best tires for my wife's car (snowy weather is knocking at our door), and I got just what we needed.While waiting for my tires to be installed (make appointment online - way faster) I watched at least 4 salesman (no women) take care of customers.I went to the Tower Road location in Denver, and was treated like royalty. I don't feel like they treated me as a valued customer - I know they did.I didn't mention the price - because the same tire cost about the same everywhere. Go to Discount for the peace of mind.Shout out to the Manager, Jose Salazar, and to Oscar. I will be back, and I will refer anyone who has a need for tires or wheels.What else can I say - just go. You'll be glad.

OSCAR is the man! Seriously helped me out with my Jeep and my brand new snow tires. I live up in the mountains so I need good tires and now I feel safe in my neck of the woods. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Or least sort of recognition. I drove all the way down from Summit County to go to this store specifically because of his customer service. Thank you Oscar so much!!

Amazing service and very helpful. We left the airport and found a screw in our tire with a low tire at 6:15pm and had a four hour drive ahead of us with nowhere to stop between to have it fixed. We pulled in and even though they were technically closed they offered to stay late and try to fix it.Then when they couldn t fix it they still got us setup with our spare and air in it. Incredibly friendly and kind all the way around!! Highly recommended for sure!

Quick, friendly, excellent service. Had some inconsistent steering wheel vibrations at around 65-80 MPH. I brought my car in, the service person I spoke with made note of my expensive wheels, for the techs to be extra careful with.The balance fixed the vibrations, and they gave me a discount for the service going quicker than expected. Double win.

Employees were courteous and respectful. They immediately attended to me and my flat tire and had a new tire on within 30 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this business and will be returning.

This location has gone down hill drastically. I had tires replaced and by far it has been the worst experience in any type of car repair I've had. I got a puncture in my right rear and just went ahead to get all 4 replaced since its AWD and all the TPMS sensors replaced. I get a call 5 minutes later that 3 will be sent to the store and 1 would arrive the next day. We agreed that the three tires and sensors would be installed and the best tire would be left on until the other tire comes in. Well 3 did get replaced after them having my car all day but not getting out of there until almost 6:45, they close at 6, then when I got home I noticed the one with the puncture in it was still on. No biggie, I work from home, so I'll bring it up when the tire comes in. Well, it didn't come in until the next day after they said it would come in. I go in to get that put on and after a nearly 2 hour wait to get that one tire put on the guy tells me the TPMS sensor in one of my front tires is dead, then find out that they never put them in so I had to wait again for them to put them in. So after finally having the tires and sensors installed I thought it was over, but then my steering wheel starts shaking when I go over 60 mph. I just had new brakes and rotors put on a month prior so I know that's not the problem, could only be out of balance tires. I went in to get that resolved but after waiting almost 45 minutes and them not even looking at my car, I took my keys and left.

I have always had a good experience at this store. They are very busy but seem to handle the pressure OK while getting the work done. We were told an hour and a half so we went to get a bite to eat and the app let us know that the tires were on while we were eating. Can't complain.

I have always had great experience with this tire shop. Keep reading....I got tires last yr; took my car in today for a complimentary rotation and balance. Was told that I had to replace lug nuts and back wiper anf spent $106 on that. Everyone was very nice; service took about the time they estimated... However when I drove away, I realized that my car sensors were still showing the exact tire that was needing the most service/rotation- was exactly the same as when I took it in my- an hour and a half before. ??? I had to drive back and waste another 30 minutes. Supposedly there was a mix-up where they had to calibrate it.....? Mind you when I put air in a low tire.. my car tells me exactly the PSI as I'm putting air in so need to recalibrate.....? Since when??? I was also, for the first time informed, that there was a nail in one of the other tires and my car must be sensing it incorrectly...... Never has happened to me before...WTH??I was compensated for the time and cost but I still drove away wondering if my tires ever really got balanced and rotated..

I am a hearing impaired customer and experienced a lack of understanding and extra steps needed to assist me. My car was finished in very good time, they used their normal procedure to call out my name. Since I cannot hear the staff calling out my name, they should have a step to come look for me. When I was checked in, I expressed I was hard of hearing. They should have made a note of that and ensured that someone come look for me. I was sitting in the lobby, so it should have been easy to find me. I sat for another 30 minutes until the Assistant Mgr that check me in spotted me and checked on me. I was check out immediately.May I recommend that when someone says they are hard of hearing that extra instructions are provided to visually seek the customer out when their car is ready.

absolutely 100% saved me tonight. I had a stem valve break on the cannonball run of 1-70, and after the closest 2 places told me to get lost, Tony and the team at Discount Tire came to the rescue. I was back on the road in a short while and everyone was SO pleasant and kind. Thank you a million times over, and holiday blessings to all.

So I had scheduled an appointment for a flat repair. The next day I show up for the appointment, and customer service personnel ask me for help so I told him I had appointment so we went out to take a look at my tire I had a leak on and automatically he ask me were the nail was I told him I m not sure but there s a leak so he automatically said the tread of the tire look low so he check the tread and told me it not possible for them to patch it because the tread was low, the funny thing is I told him I had just purchased the tire 3 months ago and he said we can take it in but the tech going to say the same thing he did. In all I think it s plan out laziness. Because I went to Les Schwab and they had fixed it no problem.

David provided assistance for my appointment from start to finish, and his service was truly outstanding. He was not only friendly but also highly professional. When I mistakenly ordered the wrong tires online, I expected it would take extra time to correct the error and get them installed. However, David efficiently handled the situation and had my car ready on the same day.As a woman, it can often be an uncomfortable experience to bring a car in for maintenance services, but this shop created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers. I had a fantastic overall experience with David and everyone else I interacted with. These positive experiences are the reason why I will remain loyal to this brand s shop. Thank you!

I went to discount at 2/20/24 for two tires originally donni help me and after checking my tires asked me what my budget was like my budget was tight but he managed to get me 4 new tires with warranty and out the door under a hour at a price I couldn t say no too will

I have to share the positive! From the store Manager Jose, to David, Rodgers I would list everyone because they are so kind above and beyond average people. This kind of service, and the character and genuine personality of the people here is truly hard to come by in this world. They aren't about themselves here they CARE about others. Everyone was so friendly and helpful despite being SUPER busy on a Monday morning. Taylor H was amazing and explained everything to my fiance over the phone, which he did not have to do. He went the extra mile to help us out and it is very much appreciated. Tire issues are stressful but they made everything so easy. I definitely recommend, they will take care of you quickly and with great customer service!! Don't go anywhere else!

As a woman I usually feel uncomfortable at tire/car repair shops but ALL of the staff at this location were super friendly and helpful given how busy and close to closing they were! They were also knowledgeable about my tire situation and offered multiple solutions to my problem.The warranties are spectacular!Would highly recommend!

This tire store is the best. Everyone is so nice. Chilsom is very customer aware . Frendly, kind,outgoing and knowledgable about tires.Always goes out of his way to get your job done to keep eveyone happy. I love this loction for my tire service.Best service ever!

This is the best run tire shop I ve ever been to, everyone is so polite and knows exactly what they re talking about. I ve been coming here for years and my favorite service writer Chensan has always been able to help when I needed it! Highly recommend this place. The prices and quality of tires and work is phenomenal!!

Put the wrong tires on, and when I brought my car back, they broke 2 wheel studs, and I had to go to Brakes Plus. They also dropped my keys and broke the keychain.

Cesar was very kind and informative while helping my friend. They needed a tire rotation and their appointment was scheduled for the next day on accident.Cesar still honored the appointment. The shop was pretty busy but everyone I saw seemed to get to an associate within a descent timeframe. Again Cesar was great and did a fantastic job walking my friend through for their first visit there.

Making an appointment is super easy. They have done a great job fixing my tires from all the nails/screws in GVR. The workers are very friendly and they work fast. Highly recommend this Discount Tire!

I made an appointment with the store as I ordered a new set of tires. They got me in the day they arrived, and had me in and out within a hour. The store was really busy, yet my appointment was honored. I really appreciated the prompt friendly service.
