I rarely have the opportunity to write a positive review, especially for an auto repair shop. As a woman, I am often talked down to and taken advantage of by mechanics. My typical experience is you receive a quote, hand over your keys to someone at a desk, and then settle the bill without knowing who worked on your car. Was the service actually performed, or did they just charge $150 for an oil change that never happened? I needed the 60k maintenance for my vehicle and didn't want to pay dealership prices, especially for their lackluster service. Seeing Christian Brothers on Quincy being constructed, I decided to give them a chance. Their quote was reasonable. Every person I spoke to was professional, courteous, and respectful, which was refreshing. They even offered a shuttle ride home as a bonus. Despite feeling anxious about my only vehicle and whether it would be properly serviced, Christian Brothers went above and beyond to alleviate my concerns. When I received a text and email detailing the statement of work, I was pleasantly surprised to find comprehensive explanations, photographs, and videos outlining the technician's actions and recommendations. They provided clear visual evidence of the parts' conditions, repair suggestions, and associated costs, along with images of the technicians who actually worked on my vehicle. This transparency truly impressed me. Furthermore, a phone call followed to discuss the findings in detail, enabling me to make informed decisions about the next steps. Christian Brothers has firmly gained my trust, and I will be a loyal customer moving forward. I highly recommend them with a perfect rating of 10 out of 10.

This is our first time using Christian Brothers Automotive South Aurora facility. The staff were very professional, pleasant and courteous. Many thanks to Bill, Trevor and Jake for an outstanding visit. My car was inspected and repaired. They kept me informed as to the status along the way. Outstanding service. Took my car in for what i presumed to be a minor fix. Turns out, all I needed was a bolt replaced. A ride to the shop, full inspection, bolt replacement, and windshield fluid being topped off came out to the low price of $0.I am also amazed with the quality of customer service. They earned a forever customer in me after this great experience.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. My truck recently hit a pothole basically wiped out my drivers side front end. They walked me though every repair, everyone was so knowledgeable, and KIND (which is hard to come by nowadays). I will recommend this shop to everyone. Don t go anywhere else, I promise they will exceed any and all tasks.

Impressed!I had a wonderful experience here after my coolant pucked all over the parking lot! Raymond Harris the store manager took care of me personally, and treated me like royalty!This was a leap of faith since I was a mile away!Give them a shot!Best waiting room ever too!

Christian Brothers is the 1 st auto repair shop I've been to in the area. My family and myself have been going to Ralph's Foothills Auto for several decades. They are on W Alameda and close to Union (West Lakewood)I now live in E Aurora.Christian Brothers Automotive gave me a very good experience on my 1st time doing business with them.I believe, I have an auto repair shop that is like Ralph's Foothills Auto.Christian Brothers Automotive, gave me the best service on my truck and accommodations.There service was Outstanding!I will give Christian Brothers Automotive a 5 star review and thank them for their Above and Beyond service.I am very glad to to find Christian Brothers Automotive, and they are excellent.

Operating at the speed of trust. I am one of those guys that quickly assumes someone wants to take advantage of me. I did not trust CBA 's initial diagnosis. I had my own done by someone I trust. In the end I went back and admitted to CBD that they were right. They fixed my van!

They have a free shuttle which is nice. They are expensive and I've had to take my car back several times for the same problem. They have always covered it under their warranty, but they are slow and it is in the shop for days each time. I have switched to Elizabeth Auto Repair who are half the cost and extremely quick. Christian Brothers are not horrible, just a chain, so you pay top dollar for average work.

Bringing my car to Christian Brothers was the right choice. The staff are very knowledgeable and honest. They provide a shuttle service so I was able to get a ride home as my car was being worked on. I highly recommend Christian Brothers.

Friendly staff. Pricing is a tad high, but I'd rather pay a little more for better service - which they provided. Plus, as far as what I could see, the garage bays are clean and organized, which speaks volumes to me. The service was relatively quick and all installed parts and alignment are spot on as far as I can tell. The only thing I was a bit baffled by was the estimate system. While I DO think it's a nice added touch to have it all laid out for me on a web page, the descriptions didn't exactly match between the inspection report vs the estimte report. I had to decipher some of the terminology by flipping between the inspection report and the estimate a few times over, which basically meant the same or similar things, I think? Aside from that, I'll be going back for the other needed fixes!

They are always quick to get me in for an appointment and fast at actually diagnosing and sending me the results. I dropped off my truck at 7am and had the report by 10am and picked it up before 2. They are friendly and thorough. Definitely recommend

Maybe they can redeem themselves, we shall see. Brought in 2023 for oil change, they tell me it needs transmission flush and transfer case maintenance. They "fix it," Now truck it having transmission warning on it that is too hot.Update, did not redeem themselves. Will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone, ever.

We were in a bind. We had just given our old car to our granddaughter, thinking it was in good shape. The alternator and battery went out on it, stranding her on the highway. I called Christian Brothers Aurora. They agreed to let us tow the car to them immediately. Two days later, they had the car up and running with a new electrical system, suspension, and brakes. Now the car really is dependable! The team at Christian Brothers Aurora did a great job on the repair and did so quickly and at a reasonable cost. They communicated with us through the entire process, so there were never any surprises. I took my car in to get the blower for my HVAC unit fixed. I asked about also getting a tune up. The process is very cool, they send everything electronically and you accept the work you want done and decline the work you don't want done. There is no pressure. I know exactly what's getting done and how much it will be and it's in writing. They got my car fixed quick and I was back on my way living my best life with air conditioning again. I will be back!

These guys were great. My fianc� and I both had our cars serviced at the Quincy location in south Aurora and they were very precise and thorough with pictures, details and phone calls explaining everything and verifying costs with us to make sure it was okay for them to go ahead and proceed. Very honest and knowledgeable. The office and grounds were extremely clean and the staff very professional and welcoming. The technician was in touch with me as soon as they diagnosed my cars issue. The were patient with me as the cost was more than I anticipated. However with everything that was needing repaired it was quite reasonable. I was pleased with the entire transaction. Christian Brothers was able to get me in when no one else could. So glad now. They diagnosed the problem by the end of the day and we began a plan to get it all done. They were upfront about pricing and didn't push to have other work done. They were so polite when I called the day before my car was scheduled to be finished and requested additional work be done. Again problem diagnosed and fixed within that day. Will definitely recommend Christian Brothers.

Very clean facility! Top notch customer service and humour. Their price transparency was what i was looking for on top of great car work. I needed a place where i felt safe with my vehicle. The courtesy vehicle inspection absolutely was helpful and great for my price planning on future work. None of the work they suggested was out of line nor over priced as well. Much appreciated. Very friendly and professional. They did an oil change and a complimentary inspection of my car, and let me know which services I should look at completing sooner rather than later as well as a cost estimate of those services. They did not pressure me into doing anything extra that I was not prepared for at that time, but did give their professional opinion about when these services should be completed. I brought two vehicles on the same day for oil changes and safety inspections. I like the fact that I receive text messages with status, a detailed inspection report, and I can approve or decline recommended repairs online. Both vehicles were completed within a few hours and the employees are friendly and helpful. I used the drop box service offered. I received a call at the time I specified to go over the services I needed. When the diagnostic was completed, I was sent a message to approve the services and charges. Such an easy and convenient process. When the car was ready I received a call. The engine light is off and there is no noise which both evidently were associated with the power steering pump that was replaced. The oil was changed and the car drives smoothly. The cabin filter was replaced which seems to have improved the heat circulation and warmth. I am pleased with the excellent work, knowledge and timeliness of the repair work done on my daughter s car. Thank you Matt and the technicians who worked on the Nissan!
