They threw a rim and tire on the truck to make sure I was happy with my selection. Great service manager is a really nice guy. Prices are very reasonable, I highly recommend!!!

First I want say I don't usually leave bad reviews because I want to local businesses succeed. However I don't like it when I feel taken advantage of, I visited this tire shop and asked specifically for a spin balance on my front two tires. I trusted that I was going to get what I paid for that was not the case.They took my back right tire off and moved it to the front right and completely messed up the balance on that tire as well as the tire that was on the front, end result my care shook violently low speed.Buyer beware and to add insult to injury the charge me double $120.00 dollars to spin balance two tires and did work I did NOT ask them to do and caused my car to ride worse than it was.Unfortunately I will NOT be returning to this astablishment. I do not recommend this business at all. They get a F for service and communication.

They're service is horrible. The owner is a clown. They broke the cap to my rim and refuse to replace it. The reason they're refusing to replace it. It's because you can't just buy the cap. You have to buy the whole rim. Am I opinion he does horrible business. And his crew are young kids who are uneducated. It's obvious you're not gonna sit there. And use a impact on Titan app, a torque screw. That's a cap to a rim which is plastic. Very unprofessional will never be going here again.

Out of the 4 or 5 tire shops in it's vicinity, they were the only ones that didn't have a bunch of customers hanging out in their waiting room. It's not that there aren't customers... Its because they do good quality work as fast as an Indy pit crew!

Called Julio the manager because I had a grinding noise in one of my tires, My rear brakes were DONE and they fixed them for me, recommended what to do and all was taken care of, My preferred place to get tires, alignment and brakes. Thank you Llantera Chihuahua! All of the locations are always ON POINT, awesome staff.

This shop takes advantage of females and tried to get my friend to pay 1600 for work that didn't need done. Took it to a friend who's a 5 year mechanic and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with her car. Trash place and won't be recommending them.

Fast and easy service. The people are friendly. If you dont know Spanish you may feel left out. All types of wheels here. And they do a lot more than just tire changes. The prices they have are pretty fair. Overall, a decent experience. Not many gripes but I was there I my about 15 minutes for a tire change.

I had a bad bead seal leaking air, another shop have tried to fix it, but it never stopped, and other big brand stores in the area didn t want to fix it. The guys working at this location stepped out of the their way to try to fix it, and have done a lot of extra work on the wheel, that nobody else would want to do, to recondition, clean and fix it. Amazing job. And everything was done immediately without much wait time.

All of the negative reviews are spot on. Went in to have a leaky tire fixed and had to wait while they helped every Hispanic customer that came in after me. At one point I asked if I could leave for twenty minutes to go get something to eat, but they told me I would lose my turn in line. This was after standing and waiting five minutes before I had to interrupt their conversation to get them to acknowledge my existence. I got there at opening, before anyone else, and with a 10 minute fix. They opened the bays then stood around and talked for 20 minutes. I finally walked out of there 3 hours later.

I m not from Denver, Colorado! I am from Dallas, Texas! I Came on a Friday and they told me to come in Saturday morning. I showed up Saturday morning for a alignment on my 2013 Cadillac... n they did a good gas service! I am very satisfied with their work!

Went in for alignment and was told I needed some special bolts to do a proper alignment to the tune of $190. The vehicle does not come standard with these bolts. I was charged $20 for them to make this recommendation. I still don't have an alignment but was told if I come back they will do it for $40 with no warranty on their work if I don't get these "magic bolts". Anyway, I won't return even if I lose the $20 towards an alignment. As a female, I felt vulnerable as they tried to sell me something my old van never had for an alignment to happen. Beware!

Bought before from the location on Federal twice. They are great, this one in Aurora though was a different story. First I go in to get wheels for my 09 nissan frontier, we look through their computer and find wheels that I like. I make sure to ask if those wheels will fit and are available, rep says yes. A few days later i get a call and they tell me those wheels AREN'T available. I pick out other ones that are around same price. The day they were suppose to arrive, I call ahead to make sure they are there, wheels are not there yet, will be there next day by opening time. I get there first thing, wheels aren't there, nobody even bothered to pick them up. I know this because i overheard their phone call. In total that day i waited around 3 hours to finally get my wheels mounted. I walked out of there happy with the wheels but feel like this time was more of a hassle than other times. Today one of the tires blew out, went to the location to see if any warranty, no help at all. Wheels were around a year old, no reason for it to blow out so i thought they would help me with at least taking off the aftermarket wheels and putting originals back on for free, because i did spend $1,900 with them. Would not do it for free, wanted to charge me $40. So i went to discount tire, and they did it for $12. Point is, i've bought from llantera chihuahua about 4 times, can honestly say they've lost my business. Only reason i went back to them was because i used their Snap finance in the past, but this last time I paid cash so i would've been better off going elsewhere.I rarely give reviews to businesses but i hope they learn to treat customers with more respect, not only when theyre spending a high amount of money.

Great place for fast friendly service. I need to get my tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done and everywhere else had a three or four day waiting list . This shop got me in The same day and did fast quality work 5 stars for quality work and good prices I will definitely be coming back for other car needs.

Tried to order a specific tire through Chihuahua Friday of last week. They told me they would have it by Saturday at 11am. I called on Sunday morning and they told me they didn't have it and it would be Monday. Monday I called and they told me it never came, they would call the warehouse and call me right back. They never called. I called Tuesday afternoon and they told me they had it. I drove 15 minutes down there for them to try and pawn off a tire that was a different size and speed rating than the one I had now talked to them over the phone about 4 times. They even spoke in Spanish in front of me saying they knew it was the wrong size before I got there and they still tried to sell it to me. Despicable practices from a shop that I could barely get in touch with. Not surprised their parking lot was completely empty. Please reconsider doing business here.

This hole doesn't deserve even 1 star. If you are white, you shouldn't even go here. I went in for an alignment and the stuck up girl behind the counter told me it would be 3 hours even though they had both bays wide open. She said show up in the morning at 9 when they open, so I did. I got there at 8:50am but they didn't show up to open their doors until 9:16am. I was the first person fo the counter and when I asked for an alignment, the jerk told me it would be 3 hours again. DO NOT use this place.

Horrible service didn't even do business because of how racist the lady at the front was to another customer. Someone Hispanic walked in behind a black man she blatanly started ignoring the customer she was helping while he was talking and started a conversation with the Hispanic man behind him and acted like the black man wasn't even there.

Worse service in my life, not only was there a long wait over 2 hours but they didn't provide the service. The staff was so rude especially one girl she gave me the wrong paper work and I had to chase her around for a quote as to what they found was wrong with my car. Also very high prices

I when in to get alignment. On my truck got diffrent rimes on it not stock. Got it check ou after 30 min they call me told me that the alignment. Cant be done because i had bigger rimes on it that i needed. A camber kit that whit out that the alignment. Well not be done try to charge . Me $210 for each One so total $420 pluse $50 for the alignment only fron wheels So i told dem i wait to do it pay $20 dollares for inspection .took it to a different. Place the next day in less then 30 min they call me back told me my alignment. Was done for all 4 wheels 79 dollars for all 4 now i love to say the name of the shop but den ppl well say that am advertising. Or that i work for the shop

Ok so I went in to get my wheel stud fixed. It was to late do I couldn't get anything fixed.They did however patch my flat tire back up to almost new.Quick service.I would recommend them.

Horrible service and staff came for a rim and tire change they took about 4-5 hours the tires and rims were dirty they told us at the reception they would clean them but WE had to tell them to clean them since they didn't bother to clean them I describe this place with one word, horrible

Staff at the front was rude and dismissive as she sat on her phone Snapchatting rather than helping the customers up front. Someone clearly hired their child to do an adults job.

I had the worst experience at this shop. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They had zero communication on the status of my truck. Took them 2 weeks to get my truck on a lift.

I walked in with a flat tire, they fixed it very fast, and for $10. I felt welcomed, it was clean, and there was a lot of parking.

Very poor customer service. I had a tire repaired, few days later it started to leak took it back they repaired it again and changed me again NOT RIGHT!!!! I will never go there again
