Fixed my car when it was unexpected stolen and badly wrecked during theft. They communicated wonderfully with insurance and had a quick turn around on repairs. They even made note of every issue I noticed from the incident. My car looked like it had never been stolen or damaged at pick up. It was clean and very new looking. Working with CARSTAR Alpine Auto Body has been a great experience for me since 2015. The quality and workmanship is high quality. Their service is top notch and attentive to customers' needs. It has been very positive working with the administrative staff, office manager, estimators, and technicians on three separate jobs over the past 9 years. Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with my experience and the work done on my vehicle. After being hit by an uninsured driver and dealing with my slow and difficult insurance company, CARSTAR Alpine made the rest of this experience pleasant and stress free. The customer service was excellent. They kept me in the loop through the whole process with weekly text updates. They were fast but very efficient getting my car fixed. The work they did was quality. My car looks brand new again! I couldn t be happier!

Overall very good. Omar was extremely respectful, nice and communicative during the entire process of my car repair. All of the staff are also very respectful and friendly. The damage done to my Civic coupe rear drivers side quarter panel was pretty bad but CarStar did an amazing job repairing it and did the most they could. There was some permanent damage done to the frame and CarStar even reached out to the Geico claim service to inform them about it but unfortunately Geico could not cover it. I only wish the repair time would have been a little bit faster but other than that I am extremely satisfied.

They did an AMAZING job on my repair for my Acura! They were quick and excellent with communication. Cheers! Hopefully I don t have to go back but If I do, I will definitely be going to CARSTAR. :) happy costumer.

Awesome friendly staff. Was always able to answere my questions. Kept in contact very well with what was happening with my vehicle and made a annoying situation (car accident) a way easier thing to deal with. All around a great experience.

I was going to give them 2 or 3 stars but the manager Chris made it easy to just give them a 1.If you re thinking about taking your car here, I would definitely think twice. Communication from this place was absolutely horrid. The receptionist literally have no clue what s going on. The manager isn t the most pleasant of people. My original project manager (pretty sure he s not there now) was also clueless.Took it in for an estimate for hail damage, the receptionist told me they usually take an hour I left work thinking it takes an hour but I was there for at least 3. The project manager didn t even see damage to the trim pieces, I had to point it out and he said he would add it long story short, some trim are is still damaged because he missed it.Dropped it off on a Thursday (September 28th). Got a text Monday October 2nd saying it would now be October 26th. Got a text update on the 9th and 19th. Both texts said it s on track for the 26th.October 26th comes around and we did not get a call. So we called in around 3 to ask about the status. We were told it was in bad shape and they had to repaint it and they were going to set the windshield and it should be ready on Friday. My question is why didn t we get a call when they knew it wasn t going to be ready?Car wasn t ready Friday either.Called again October 30th and was told they need to place the windshield and it needs to set 24 hours wait what?! I thought you said you were doing that on the 26th.The 31st comes and goes and no call. Went through almost the whole day in the 1st until we decided to call at 3 pm. The manager Chris talked to us and said he can t release it until it s inspected and he would try before 5 and let us know if he can t. No call again They called the next morning at 9 to go pick it up. We go to pick it up, there were several blemishes, bumps, blisters on the hood. Tape and compound on the roof, and trim still dinged.Why the heck did you tell us it needs to be inspected and it clearly wasn t inspected?Called insurance and they basically forced them to fix it and inspect it.Got it today and it s still a pretty sloppy job. Several areas with blemishes on the hood So think twice before you go to the guys even if your insurance recommends them. You ll be without a car for a long time without any communication.

Overall I had a very good experience. Omar was pleasant to work with and the text updates were a good thing.The only thing that wasn't perfect is that when i picked up my Jeep I noticed a white blotch in between the metal of the door and the molding. It had to be touched up on the spot. I would have preferred if quality control would have spotted that before I saw it.

I gave this site ample time (months and months) to resolve the issues that were found with the repairs, and the use of products that were not at the same level as previous, but they haven't returned my emails or calls so i am assuming they are not going to make things right.1. they replaced my winch with a weaker, and cheaper one instead of a 12k they replaced it with an 8k.2. they claimed to have replaced my bumpers, but they didn't. i know they didn't because A: the side slots on the bumper were not on it when I dropped it off and were not on it when i picked it up. B: the marks where i took it off previously on the underside were still there, and so was the dirt from my last offroad trip before the accident. - they scammed the insurance company.3. once complete if anything still needs to be done, they are magically not available and rarely get back to you.i chose 2 stars instead of 1 star because the repairs to the door and paint seem pretty good so far.

If I had more stars to give I would. First time I have ever had to enact the insurance process to get money to pay for hail damage repairs on my truck and it was seamless. Estimate at the shop was quick and thorough as they found a sizeable amount of damage not annotated by insurance and made sure that was taken care of. There is an enterprise rental right up the street as well so acquiring a rental while my vehicle was under repair was super easy. 10/10 would recommendService: Painting

Zach is amazing to work with, He was able to get my car repaired sooner than he said it would be done. The quality of the work is amazing. they were able to get my car done fast and in today's world that just doesn't happen a lot. Took it in for a door replacement on the driver side. It took over 45 days to get completed, there is no reason a single door repair should take that long the original estimate was less time but they kept pushing back the date. Overall don t recommend using.

A few years back, a car bumped in the rear of my Toyota Prius. CARSTAR Alpine Auto Body took care of all the repairs. My car looked better than before the accident. They also worked with my insurance very smoothly. There was absolutely no stress! I knew I would go back there without any hesitation.More recently, I did have to go back for my Hyundai Tucson requiring major repairs and the results were spectacular again. Everything looked perfect and worked perfectly. They again worked with my insurance very smoothly. So again, no stress! It is also great to receive constant updates about the status of the repairs. The estimate I received was inaccurate in my opinion. Spoke to the manager, it is seldom seen such rude manners and incompetency when it comes to customer service.. it's sad that a auto body shop of this statue would have a manager like this representing CARSTAR. SMDH !

Everyone was kind, good communication & took time to answer any & all questions. Got the Vendor to do my rekeying by the 2nd day. Even nicer to have Enterprise car rental to pick me up & take me back be when car was ready. They are only maybe at most 5 minutes away. Being able to handle both made the situation a little less painful.

Posting this review for my wife. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with CarStar. They did not do the work I told them to fix. I did not ask for additional work to be done to my vehicle. The technician told me to not worry about the work under my vehicle. I went to get an estimate with CarStar and the technician just did not do what I asked. I want the work under my vehicle to all be new . Not just one area. My vehicle got damaged under multiple areas. Not just one. I had to return my vehicle after the work was "completed" three times. They did not screw in nails, and left some parts loose. Very dissatisfiedService: Auto engine diagnostic

I had the front bumper and headlights replaced for my car. Carstar did an amazing job and my car looks brand new! I appreciated their car progress tracking system and was kept in the loop through the whole process. Bill has been great and highly attentive to any questions. The process and communication could not have been better. My car was hit from the rear and the other person s insurance was covering. The insurance company had me pick the repair shop. I chose Carstar Alpine because it was close by. Set an appointment and was helped as soon as I arrived. Reviewed issues with my car and coordinated rental. Received text when parts would arrive and repairs would be completed. Received text and call for picking my car up. Arrived at appointed time, reviewed the repairs and all was great as my car had also been washed and detailed. Left the rental there for them to coordinate the return and drove my repaired car home. I was in a "fender bender" that caused some serious damage to the front end of my car. The team at CARSTAR Alpine was fantastic throughout the entire process! Kriss kept me informed and updated by texts and phone calls. Everyone I interacted with was always friendly and professional. I just picked up my car yesterday and I'm thrilled. It not only drives great, but it was washed and detailed inside! It looks better than the day I bought it. I should note that I originally started with a different, well-known shop, who was not any of the things I mentioned above. (This other place was rude and unprofessional) My State Farm claims people helped me get my car moved from the other place after it sat for two weeks, to CARSTAR and I am so grateful.
