Been taking my family's vehicles to these guys for about 10 years now. Several times, they've demonstrated trustworthiness by telling me when a service wasn't needed (even though a competitor shop told me it was) or being more reasonable on price than competitors. I don't get the feeling that I'm being taken advantage of. I don't write many reviews, but I'm taking the time to do so because these are good guys.

I took my truck there and at first the first thing I took it for they did a good job then I took it back and he just kept hooking it up to the machine and then turn off the light and telling me that it was good it was good it was good couldn't even fix the light for me and I paid $700 for an easy fix and they didn't do my truck right

I am officially swearing my loyalty to this shop! My dad recommended it as he's been taking his cars here for many years. I recently needed a *very* quick turn around on my tires so that I could get back up to WY safely they managed to get my vehicle ship shape within a day. I am so grateful to have their top-notch service! The staff were super friendly and understanding. They were honest about what needed to be done and kept up with me throughout the day so that I could make the most of my time while waiting. I highly recommend making this place your hometown mechanic, you won't regret it!

They helped me, but then they hurt me. They claim to be a full service shop. They are not.It took me 2 months to figure out what they did wrong. Lucky for me, I'm a gear head. They said they could properly replace O2 sensors on my Acura. They FAILED! I had to fix their mistakes. They stretched the wires so tight, they broke.I'm not going to return to this establishment.

I have been bringing my car to them for 5 years, and so far, they have been good to me and saved me money. No mechanic is perfect, but CARS comes pretty close.

Both my daughter and I switched to this shop over a year ago when we moved to the area. Each time we schedule, they are able to find a slot in a reasonable time frame, do great work, and at a very reasonable price!! With all of our services, we have never felt like we were taken advantage of! I highly recommend!

My visit to Cars Complete Auto was great! I came to the team with two issues that needed to be fixed (Per dealer recommendation) and Glenn was great with identifying that I actually only needed one of them fixed. Glenn was also very helpful with booking my appointment on the phone and calling the day of to let me know the status of my vehicle. I would return to this shop in the future. Honest and good mechanics; what we are all looking for, right?

I wish that I could give 10 stars to Cars Automotive. This is the kind of Auto repair and service company that evryone wants and should have. A retail store that is honest, forthright and has integrity!!Immediately after getting a Oil Change and a new Air Filter installed at one of the BIG Oil change franchises, my car immediately began to run rough, stall and the Check Engine Light came on.The Big franchise did nothing and took absoultely no responsibility, so I took my car in for Cars Automotive to investigate these issues. They discovered that the Oil change franchise had left my MAP Sensor unplugged after installing my Air Filter. They could easily have charged me $140 for computer diagnosis, but they discovered this visually. I was only charged for the time spent on the problem discovery and quick resolution. ONLY $70 when I was expecting to pay hundreds.I appreciate their goodwill, honesty and integrity shown. If you want fair and honest service on your auto, GO TO CARS AUTOMOTIVE!!

After seeing the first review on Google, I have to admit I was hesitant to call Cars Complete. However, I was looking for a specific tire, and having trouble finding it. I called and spoke to John, who seemed very friendly and eager to gain my business. Even though the tires were not in stock at the time, John had them delivered and installed on my car the same day. When brought my car in, I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. While waiting, I even had the opportunity to listen in while one of the guys attempted to help a very difficult customer who spoke very broken English. I was very impressed at how patient, nice, and helpful the employee was when dealing with this customer. After the work was done (within the quoted time), I asked them to take a look at my control arm bushings, since I had just been told by another shop that they were bad and needed to be replaced. The guys had the perfect opportunity to do work on my car that wasn't really needed. But instead they came back, and told me that the bushings were just fine, and there was no need to be concerned. That level of honesty is simply unmatched in the world of automotive repair. After a week of driving, we had a snow storm. The tires I purchased preformed HORRIBLY. (not the fault of the shop, as I said before I had already decided what tire I wanted before I came in) I just called the guys at Cars Complete, and even after driving on them for a week, they are going to let me trade them in, with me paying only the difference in cost between the two tires!!!!I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but I can tell you that quality customer service is absolutely a high priority at Cars Complete Automotive, and I fully recommend them.

These guys are great, very helpful and dedicated to doing everything right. They offer a great warranty on service too. I worked with Glenn and he did a fantastic job getting my Jeep in running order.

I've been taking my cars to Glen, and the guys at Cars Automotive for several years. They area always on point with everything needed, replaced a clutch in an old car and came in under the quoted amount, they do all my oil changes, and tire replacements- better tires and better prices than the competition! Keep up the fantastic work guys!!

Had my vehicle in for A/C system repairs and the gentlemen here got the job completed under the quoted price. No BS from them on what needed to be done and a good turnaround time with an appointment (same day). A month later, I noticed a small refrigerant leak at a line to drier connection. Hey, I get it. O-rings and AC systems can be a huge pain sometimes with no way to really tell until time has passed having the system pressurized with a dye in the lines. The important part is, these guys held up on their warranty and took care of the problem. Customer service here has been on point in my experience as well. Would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends!

I take my vehicle here when needed have been going to this place for quite a while. The mechanics are knowledgeable and very fair. I m pretty sure they will never cheat you or try to sell you something you don t need. For fairly large Mechanical problems you will have to leave your vehicle all day but that s about the just of it at any mechanical shop. I live in the area so I can either bicycle home or walk which is very convenient

Glen was very professional, friendly, and very honest. Being both my technician and service advisor, he carefully listened to all of my concerns and actually saved me some money. I will say that Glen is certainly the kind of tech I feel comfortable handing my keys over to, which is something everyone should feel when having their vehicles serviced.

Trust worthy.Honest.Do not have a quota to fill.Don't discriminate based on gender!Took my '98 toyota to a franchise mechanic for an alignment after getting new tires. They said it needed a new rack and pinion before they could do it. Brought it to CARS and they agreed that sounded fishy at 100,000 miles. The gentleman, John, who is part owner, verified that the front left was only a little loose, none of the other claims were true, and clearly saw, showed, and politely explained what defects the franchise never looked at.

I just moved into the area, and needed my car set up for the winter. (This was in October). This place did an oil change, and got me set up with some studded snow tires. Later that afternoon I went down to see how things were going. They said we are all done, but the bearings are loose on your front wheels. They straightened it up, and my truck has been running great and I know they were not BS-ing me because when I got my truck back it was steering and handling better than before! In mid winter I stopped by again to get an oil change. They said they will not be able to do it right now, but maybe this evening (which is understandable) I had a previous commitment for the evening and needed my car, so I said another time. But while I was there They checked my truck's oil level right there and they looked at my dipstick and said your about a quart low . So he filled me up. I offered to pay him but he said it s on us. Don't worry about it.

I first called about getting my headlight bulb changed and was told that is usually around $40.00. I asked how long it would take and was told 30 min. I told him that I would be there on break and couldn't spend no more than 30 minutes. I get there and provide him with requested information and when finished I asked again how long. He then said an hour or so. I said no I can't be here for an hour. He then said when I called he told me it would take awhile. If that were the case I would have never gone there. He then said 30 minutes. Within 5 minutes he came back and said it was going to be more labor intensive then he thought and I was looking at $80.00 plus tax. So I again asked how long because usually if something is MORE labor intensive it going to take more time. He again said 30 minutes (so much for more labor intensive). Now I feel he is using that as an excuse to be able to justify the amount he is going to change me. When he finish and now time to pay the bill has now more than doubled. It was $92.88. There is no justification that I can see to charge almost $100.00 to change a light bulb. I also asked if the bulb had a warranty and he looked at me like I was an idiot. While sitting there I googled Firestone who is much cheaper (apparently not as labor intensive for Firestone) AND they give a 90 warranty. As things were wrapping up he says, "now that you found us you know where to come to get work done on your truck". Is he nuts, I will NEVER go back. If changing a light bulb is labor intensive to him where he more than doubles the cost can you imagine what he would charge to change the oil. From watching Youtube videos it doesn't appear to be that hard, so I will either change it myself or go to Firestone. It's the first of the month, maybe he's short on rent.

I love to write positive reviews and I just cannot help but write one this time. I had one shop diagnose a bad tie-rod end and I chose not to fix it with them because I was suspicious of some of their previous diagnoses. When I went into that first shop my air was cooling well but when I left not at all (they denied responsibility). So I took my vehicle to to another shop thinking I would get an honest answer. Sadly that is not what happened. First, they kept my vehicle overnight without letting me know they needed to do so despite my voice mails trying to find out its status. When I got a hold of that clinic, in the morning, I was told not only was one tie-rod bad but both were bad and the problem with my air conditioner was a bad compressor. I did not want to spend the money it would have cost on such an old truck so I went and picked it up. Later, I took the truck to another shop a friend recommended. That shop was C.A.R.S Complete Automotive and they had it for a couple of hours after my appointment and then called me. The first thing the mechanic did was to ask me "why I wanted to replace my tie-rod ends?" I was told and later shown that they were in really good condition. So then I asked about my air conditioner (I had not told them that the other shop had told me my compressor was bad) and he said yes, "we did a leak test and no leaks." He went on to say "we added a pound of Freon and we are monitoring just to be sure." The end result was that I spent less than a hundred bucks when the other shop had told me I needed t a heck of a lot more work. C.A.R.S staff is wonderful and despite my telling them I needed something repaired they did not take advantage of me. I don't about you but that is the kind of shop I want to do business with! P.S. My air is cooling almost 30 degrees below ambient room temperature so I think C.A.R.S had it right!!!

I needed a radiator so I could get to Utah for a funeral. Everyone that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. They also did it for cheaper then all the other bids I got and in less time then I even expected. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone.

I'm not giving the bad reviews much credibility. There must be some motivation beside service quality at play. I've used these guys for years, never had a bad experience. If something is broken, they fix it at a good price and as soon as reasonably possible.

RIP OFF! I went there to get my brakes done on Monday. I paid $300 and got in my car, and my brakes were EXACTLY the same! They didnt change anything, they didnt even bother to bleed the brakes, they still made a hissing noise when pushed down.I called to make an appointment to get them checked and the manager told me that I was unreasonable to expect any change when my brakes are changed!I am taking my vehicle to another shop and I will be taking CARS to court once I have proof that they didnt change my brakes at all.AVOID CARS COMPLETE AUTO CARE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU BUT WONT FIX ANYTHING.

Do not take your vehicle here.Boyfriend's truck broke down near here and he pushed it into the parking lot, so decided to use this shop, right next to truck. The fuel pump needed replaced. When BF picked up truck, the transmission, which drove great and smooth before was terrible and the truck unreliable to drive. THEY DAMAGED THE TRANSMISSION WHEN PUTTING IT ON THE LIFT. The transmission now drives rough, the vehicle can die in traffic. It is not really drivable. We noticed upon picking it up that the back bumper had freshly transferred black paint scrapings on it--it looked as though they had backed into something with it. Also, two wheel bolts were completely sheared off--this was clean and new and no dirt on it at all--not sheared prior to taking it there. And NOT SAFE to drive with the bolts sheared off. I called, and the owner Glen, who apparently worked on the truck, refused to take responsibility despite the requirement that mechanics have insurance to cover their mistakes. Additionally, we took it to another (master) mechanic, who looked at it and confirmed that they had damaged the tranny, that this is a typical rookie mistake that when a truck has a lift kit on it, they have to attach it a particular way to the lift. They made that rookie mistake and damaged the transmission, now beyond adequate repair. We were told that it would be better to buy a rebuilt tranny or a new one and replace it completely--as we all know, this is a very expensive repair. My BF was in prison much of his adult life and is now very fortunate to have a chance at a decent career as an electrician's apprentice, across town, for which he needs a reliable truck. He has stayed clean and has been learning to pay bills and have a good, non-criminal life. He is doing everything right. He got ripped off on his first truck, which was not reliable and had to borrow money to get this second truck, which was difficult to afford. But again, required for this incredible career opportunity. We paid $900 for the fuel pump repair--that he borrowed more money for, and the shop destroyed his truck altogether. They completely eliminated his ability to get to work and are impacting his ability to have a life and career by taking almost a grand for a repair and not taking responsibility for the damage they did to his truck. This is not okay. He now owes almost $4,000 for the repair and a truck that this shop made unusable.
