I brought my dad's 97 chevy 1500 that I inherited after his unfortunate passing this year he had gotten rear-ended a couple of years ago and never fixed it. Granted it wasn't extensive but it made it to where I had to take the original bumper off because it was ugly, these guys understood my goal and what it meant to me to get it done.

I love this place. They do such a great job with body work and paint, it s amazing.Original review New review Their services have become extremely expensive, $1400 just to repaint a front bumper, what a joke!

They did an excellent job repairing the damage to my car after my accident and in a timely manner. They even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car! I will definitely recommend to friends and family and I will use them again if I need.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is a great shop. The people are fantastic and they did an awesome job repairing the damage to my car. I came in and got a quick estimate. They ordered the parts needed for repair and called me to set up an appointment. They were able to handle the repairs needed in a single day. They even washed my car and fully cleaned the interior. So highly impressed with this shop and the people that work there! Had hail damage repaired there once and was blown away with the final results. Well got hail damage again this year on both our vehicles and I called Mark immediately! Once again he handled the situation beautifully! This guy is amazing! He went over both vehicles and came up with the game plan to get them back to original condition then put the plan in to action. He kept us updated through the process and delivered our vehicles back in flawless condition! Service like this is hard to find these days. I recommend his services to everyone and have a couple friends on the schedule to let him work his magic on their vehicles as well. I'm confident of the outcome my friends will experience! Mark I thank you and your team so much for all your efforts in taking such good care of our vehicles! It's greatly appreciated!

By far the highest quality PDR and paint correction shop in Denver. I tried the rest because it took me too long to find the best. After discovering this gem of a shop, I won't take my Audi or Tesla anywhere else. I'll keep giving them business and happily refer customers as long as I'm in Denver.

We have used Caropractor before and they have been amazing to work with. We have brought our Tesla Model 3 several times for paintless dent repair. They are upfront about charges, work with insurance, and have a quick turn around time to get you in and out as soon as possible. They are the only shop we trust in the metro with our car because they are familiar with it and know how to fix it properly. I cannot say enough kind things about this business and the amazing people that work there. We are loyal customers for life.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my Tesla. They were more reasonably priced that the other Tesla body shop. Their work was superb. They had promised to align my wheels. They called me after I picked the car up to say they had not completed that work and went out of their way to have it done and paid for at the new Tesla service center. I would never had known if they had not called me. You don't get customer service like that very often.

I can't respond to Caropractor's lie-filled reply, so I'll do it here. The sun roof DOES NOT "open and close" after being "fixed" like you state. You say the owner did all sorts of research, then why couldn't he call me back like you guys said you would multiple times? I called back time and time again for you to tell me that you guys forgot but will definitely get back to me this time. You responded to my review before ever calling me back. You say I wasn't charged for the parts and labor on the sunroof, that's a lie and I have a $2000 receipt to prove it. You guys never even discussed this secondary motor with me, like you say you did in the response. The second and third time I was in, we we're trying to get the drivers side window fixed, you guys had nothing to tell me about the sunroof. Which the drivers side window was also never fixed. Either you guys aren't remembering or blatantly lying to cover skin. Either way I'll never be doing business here again and I hope I enlighten others with this.

I wanted a 3rd and final estimate for damage to my one year old Subaru Ascent ~ that I didn't cause :) ~ and I am so glad a friend referred me to Caropractor! Shannon was extremely professional, thorough and most important, transparent! He took one for the team and helped keep the insurance company accountable and communicated with me every step of the way. The door, trim and paint look just like new and we will definitely have them on speed dial, God forbid anything else occur. I was very happy with the repairs and body work performed after being rear-ended in a Tesla Model 3. Caropractor worked with Tesla to obtain the parts needed and kept me informed on the progress with repairs. Nice to know they have experience and expertise in newer cars like these. Thanks again.

Very unprofessional! Took my car in for my sunroof and a window, after leaving my vehicle there 3 times now neither have been fixed. Constant excuses and lies about looking into it and getting back to me but never doing so. I've called countless times and all the receptionist tells me is they'll look into it and call me back.

I was referred here by my mechanic Jonathan of Johnny Good Auto repair. He did not steer me wrong! These guys are awesome and they really try hard to give their customers everything they need when it comes to body work. Their prices are so reasonable, it's a wonder they can afford to stay in business! And the best part- they deal directly with the insurance companies on your behalf! They will fight for you! They know their stuff and they know what their customers need. They treat me like family there! We'll never go anywhere else!

Carpractor is an AMAZING company to work with. Not only where they professional and kind, but they went above and beyond to fit our car's work into their schedule around our family's crazy schedule. The work they performed on our bumper and windshield is absolutely beautiful. I feel like a princess driving around now. This is definitely the company that we will be returning to with any car repair needs. If you're looking for a shop with reliable, honest work, you won't be disappointed with the Caropractor. These people took very good care of my car. I was very scared to have anyone repair the hail damage on my car after working at a dealership with a body shop. I looked up review and looked into many shops. I have to tell you that you can stop looking here. My 2015 Chevy Cruze looks just as it did when i bought it a year ago. The quote was a little more then another shop, but when comparing the quotes it seemed that these guys looked at it harder and it was right on the amount for my insurance company. I will be taking my future body repairs here. Thank you again for taking a situation that I found stressful and turning it around. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you again!!!!!

The BEST customer service. Showed up unexpected after an accident and they were able to give me an estimate on the spot. Helped secure loose parts on my car so it could be driven while waiting on insurance. Assisted me with scheduling a rental car...really went above and beyond.

First off I'd like to say I am no stranger to the car industry, I have worked in dealerships before and my father has been in the car industry for over 40 years and I have never nor would I ever treat anybody the way Mark treated me. I came to Mark with a collision repair, Mark quoted me 2 weeks maximum for my repairs and took one day shy of 4 weeks! HE HAD MY CAR SO LONG MY PLATES EXPIRED! He blamed me for waiting to the last minute to do my plates even tho if he would have come close to his estimate, I would have had over a week to take care of this. He called me 3 times saying I could pick my car up only to call me on the day he said it would be ready and tell me it's going to be another few days or so. I was so upset when the day finally came to pick up my car I almost called to try and get a police escort because Mark was so unprofessional but my car was illegal thanks to Marks lack of a time line I was afraid I'd get a ticket. I was told by Mark my car would be done Thursday afternoon so I could go straight to emissions then the clerks office I paid over the phone ahead of time just so I could get out of there faster-I did not want to see him or hear anymore of his lies. I ended up not getting my car until 5 pm that day! And if all that was not enough he flipped me off in his parking lot as I drove away. Mark has no clue what customer service is and I hope someone reads this and decides not to go there. Also, he did terrible work I had to take my car into a dealership to get it aligned-the shop could not believe I just got it back from being worked on they said"After seeing the alignment report he had no idea what he was doing"

I have a 2015 Ford F150 Supercab truck that got alot of hail damage last May during a storm here in Denver. Im from Oklahoma so I didnt personally know any great body shops to go to here in Denver like I do there. Being in a service industry myself, I know there are good body men and there are corner cutters! I was told about Car O Practor through some managers at my job so I took a chance and I am so glad I did! Mark came out to my job to look my truck over and go over what they could do for me. Ill admit it sounded great but I was still a bit worried about the end result. Mark sent a rollback wrecker and picked up my truck. During the repair process he made it a point to call me and keep me updated on the repair process and the way things were going. At the completion of the job, Mark had a rollback wrecker deliver my truck back to me. Ive got to tell you that I am one picky guy and wanted my truck back in perfect condition with no excuses or return trips for touch ups. Boy did Car O Practor ever deliver on that!!! I went out and looked my truck over from every angle and its PERFECT! Not a flaw or ding anywhere! The paintwork they performed in some places is perfect and matches the original finish great! All the body gaps are perfectly adjusted and even everywhere. Mark also had a spray in bedliner installed on my truck and it to came out great. The time and detail Mark took with my truck is awesome! I give these folks 5 stars simply because 10 stars isnt an option. If you need work on your vehicle, and youre picky like I am, then rest easy and give Mark a call and expect great things because he and his team will deliver! Mark I want to thank you and your team for the time and effort you all put into my truck! I am impressed and more than grateful for the way everything turned out!

The hinges on my 98 Chevy Blazer went all wonky. I googled an auto/mechanic shop and came up with Goode, who was not available, but those folks recommended Caropractor. I called in the morning (right after a snow storm.) The owner had just walked in and took my information and listened to what I had to say. He set me an appointment for the next day, The men in shop were forthright, walked me through the process, let me pre-pay and gave me an exact amount. He took the time to be there early the day of my appointment, and took a thorough look at the door. He did not make any attempt to offer me any other service other than what I asked for. I think they were professional, the work was great, and they were very kind. I will certainly be using them for other body repairs in the future.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Larry performs MAGIC!!! I am blown away with the work that was performed on my 2009 Shelby Mustang. I had 2 dents removed from the passenger fender and it turn out PERFECT. If you need Paintless Dent Removal, this is the place to take your car. Very Professional from start to finish.

The people at Caropractor we're helpful, patient, informative, punctual, and friendly. My car was tested and diagnosed with state of the art equipment and I was informed of what needed to be done soon after bringing my car in. I'm familiar with body shops and Caropractor is head and shoulders above the rest!

Did a great job on the 4Runner fixing all the hail damage. This place was recommended to me from M&M Autobody that no longer does body repair. This place does just as good work.
