Although I'm not happy with the way Geico hung up and stalled my claim taking 1 month to do a 7 to 10 day repair. However, I am very pleased with the work that was done to fix my 4runner. Charles and Jake were more than accomodating with the issues that happened during my claim. I would definitely give them a 5 star review for their services! Thanks again Caliber Collision!Robert H.

Caliber collision did and exceptional job on the repair of my 4 runner. Got it in the shop to assess damage and quickly told me the cost and items that needed to be replaced. Sent text messages to me to update their progress. Actually got it back ahead of scheduled return date. Final results came back with my 4 runner looking brand new! And the car came back washed, clean and shiny! I would recommend this shop to everyone! Thank you for a fantastic job! Marian B.

I was backed into by a big truck and the damage was way more extensive than expected. Caliber took great care of my baby and gave it back to me as good as new! Justice was a dream to work with and kept me informed at every step. Justice wasn t satisfied with the job until I was satisfied. I will be taking my car back to have hail damage repaired soon

Caliber Collision went over and beyond to get my car in and fixed in a week prior to my lease ending. Jake and Katie were extremely knowledgeable and kept me up to date the entire time. I really enjoyed the link that provided status updates and details about the claim estimate/totals. They are friendly and do excellent work! At the end of hail season and all the shops being booked for months, this Caliber Collision got us inspected and repaired in less than two weeks. The repairs look great, and the manager was even gracious enough to take care of an unrelated adjacent problem in no extra time. Katie walked with us through the whole process and was excellent. Brought my Tacoma in with some hail damage, to be honest I was expecting the same shop treatment. How wrong I was.There was communication all the time on the status of my truck, not just that, we were able to work on some upgrades while in the shop.This is the place to go, you'll get treated like family. Do ask for Jake, he will go far and beyond to make sure you get what you want.Great team and work, thank you guys.

I was extremely pleased with the entire process with Caliber. They kept me informed the entire time with almost daily text messages. They even detailed the interior of my vehicle which was not expected. Yes, I m sure that s baked into the cost somewhere but regardless, it s a very nice touch to pickup a freshly repaired car and have it washed and detailed. The repairs look excellent and the people I interacted with were all very nice. I would certainly use Caliber again (although I hope not to ;) ).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was so impressed by Caliber Collision! They were able to complete the repairs in less than a week and did an amazing job communicating the repairs needed and the timeline for the repairs. I truly can't thank them enough and specifically thank you to Charles !

I had major hail damage to my car and had the hardest time finding someone to take my car. I talked to several Calibers and they said they would take me in but when they saw the amount of damage they all backed out at the last minute. After several delays and issues with finding a Caliber shop Shannon (manager) took this challenge on to find me a shop that could and would fix my car and sooner than later.He found this Caliber shope and assured me they were capable to fix my car! Jake accepted this challenge, called me to bring the car in ASAP and assign Justice to my car. Justice kept me informed at all times and was the best to work with. She answered all my question and was there for me the entire time.When my husband and I went to pick up the car both Jake and Justice went over the repairs and talked to us for a long time to make sure we were satisfied. WOW, THANK YOUThey even detailed the car for us- it seemed like a brand new car!

estimate / repair: top notch and delivered only a week later than originally promisedNotifications while work being done: timely and accurateCustomer service and scheduling:It took 5 months to finally get the car into the shop for repairs. A USAA adjuster was told the delay was because I wasn't ready to get the car worked on yet, despite my monthly calls to inquire when parts issues would be resolved so that I could bring the car in for the repairs. I had to get the insurance company to kick them in the rear to get things rolling. No one ever reached out to see why I wasn't scheduling. Pinning the delay on me was completely out of line. I was told "parts issues" every time I called.Wouldn't intentionally use this shop again for future repairs unless no other option.

Asked for an estimate after a an accident that damaged the front of my vehicle, bumper and grille. The damage seems cosmetic, but the estimate I received was for over $6,000. The vehicle is a 2013 Sonata, so it's not worth $6000. I don't understand how the damage can come close to totalling the vehicle, its just a bumper and a grille, and this is the estimate before we even access if there is internal damage. The only thing I can think of is that this shop is doing what hospitals do, if you're not using insurance they hike the prices up and gouge you.

Bottom line: I cannot recommend this company, if I ever get an update or they ever complete repairs I will update this review but for now I strongly recommend avoiding this company.I dropped my vehicle off in June 2023, I waited months for this location as they had better reviews. Justice seemed great, drop off was smooth, I got regular text updates from her as the estimate changed and repairs progressed. I was called to pick up my vehicle end of June, though repairs were not complete. They were still waiting on a little gray plastic bottom bumper cover, but would be in by end-of-July at the latest. No biggie. Upon arriving I noticed a broken right rear reflector, the corner was missing. This was not broken in the accident. The manager came out, a gentleman though I don't remember his name. He apologized, exchanged a look with Justice, and seemed to imply they would add it to the original claim. Regardless, they said they would fix it, so I was happy.It is now almost 4 months later. I have called multiple times every month just to request an update. When they finally answer I am told every single time that Justice has been given my message and she will "definitely" be calling me back to give me an update... I have received ZERO communication from Caliber since picking up my car almost 4 months ago and repairs remain incomplete.I have been communicating with USAA regarding the delay and the potentially fraudulent lense addition. USAA just notified me that they have also been unable to reach anyone at this location! USAA is now considering finishing repairs at a different location, which I highly recommend others do as well!

After a not very good experience with the caliber I was reluctant in use then again, but was a recommended shop for my insurance company,and they offer 100% guarantee work so they did the job 1st time a piece of junk of replacement parts and painting work followed The same line as always escalated to management was predictable well glad i did Jake was very polite, attentive and promised take care of the situation and he did from part quality to the painting work and customer service of a very uneasy customer, Went there again after the shop was paid by insurance company and incredibly received the same courteous treatment they deserve my respect. (Continuation) part2 I guess I had to come back and reaffirm Jake is awesome guy his diligence and work ethic are admirable so I had to give 5 more stars reason is at the first time my car was fixed up little contamination made paint peel off took to him so he could access the situation and done deal he took the car in and fixed under the warranty+ align the driver door that didn't have anything to do with the work performed before. Like I said the guy earned my respect, proof that still have good people in this world we live in !

Now this is a place you can trust to take care of you! I drove out of my way to go to this specific Caliber location and I am so glad I did. They communicated better than any shop I've been to, and really listen to figure out the best solution for you. Justina and Jake (and I have to assume the rest of the team) are so helpful and present, so you know this place is run with the customers' needs top of mind.
