My first experience was good had my drive belt replaced, good price and fast service. But a week later my car wouldn't start took it in and they said my battery isn't good. Wish they could've told me this on first visit. Then the gal up front was rude made comments about how much I paid for new battery with people around us. She wasn't friendly at all, mumbled at times. Next time I won't get a battery from brakes plus

I've been waiting 3 days for a quote on rotors. Because vehicle safety is not a priority here, I would hate to see what the actual work is like after you drive away. This store needs to be checked up on. Choose a different company for your safety. These guys clearly don't make your safety a top priority; adding to this post 3/6/24, it's now 6 days, and still no call for a quote. I guess the issue was never addressed as stated in the reply? Or they simply don't care.

Excellent service and very honest. I thought I needed front brakes and I also needed a bulb replaced. After driving my car and evaluating it they told me no brakes were needed and charged me for the hour and a half of their time. It s very refreshing to know that there are honest people still.

I had been going to the Brakes Plus location in Glendale since i got my first car back in '06. I moved to Green Valley Ranch 2 years ago and was worried about finding somewhere close by that i could trust with my car. I came across the Brakes Plus location on tower and although i was skeptical at first I am glad i went! It is now the main place my wife and I take our cars. They are trustworthy, kind and provide great communication and I appreciate their work. A big thank you to everyone there!

The manager is amazing. He really went out his way to help me. Me & my family appreciate him more than he knows. He s truly a blessing. Went in to get my oil changed on two vehicles. I scheduled them early in the morning in slots next together. So, I would hopefully have the rest of the day to run errands. Things were going good, but got a little messy when they told me my front break pads were almost bare or metal to metal on one of the vehicles. I asked if I should schedule that for another day, but they told me they could still fit me in. Long story short, I was there from 9am to almost 7pm. Mind you, I did leave and come back during lunch. This group was so busy, and I didn't want to complain because you can visually see how hard these guys work! The total was originally double what I expected because communication wasn't clear. Even after I explicitly explained what I wanted, but they took care of me and finally got me out of there. It was a long day for everyone and I'm glad I left not feeling bamboozled.

I had a disappointing experience at this shop. Despite only scheduled for an easy oil change, they kept me waiting for 3.5 hours, added unauthorized charges, and showed no remorse. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than working, and to top it off, my floor mats got stained with oil. Not recommended.

Made an appointment for 1pm, was told it wouldn t be done till 3pm. I show up at 445pm, 15 min before they close (after they had told me they close at 6pm) and then my car wasn t even ready until 530pm!! Then he tried to overcharge me by not adding the coupon that was discussed when I dropped off the vehicle and he told me the price was because they had to add 5 quarts of oil but my car only requires 4.4 quarts of oil!! Worst oil shop service I ve encountered. Not a single apology or attempt to keep my loyalty. I ll never be going back to any brakes plus again after this horrible experience.

Poor experience all the way around. I made an appointment for an oil change, and when I asked for conventional, I was told 'most cars take synthetic' and was met with a blank stare when I said I knew mine took conventional. Once that was settled, they called me an hour later saying they were several hours behind. I had to get to work so said I'd come pick it up without the service (I gave them 2.5 hour limit), and they said the manager guaranteed it would be done. By the time i came back, I passed by the garage where I saw one of the mechanics hanging off my tire for fun and was told they didn't get to the oil change but rotated my tires, which I checked and they definitely didn't. When I first got there, another customer said she had been there since 9 and they kept saying 20 more minutes but it was 1 by then. They used to do in an hour but Ill be going to Valvoline next time where they do it in 15 minutes.

Unprofessional. I made an appointment at 2 pm, showed up at 1:50 pm, checked in, and was told it would take an hour and a half. I returned, and my car was still in the parking spot where I left it. If you know you re backed up, say that. Don t waste people's time; also, from the look of it, it looks like the guys who work there don t even like what they are doing. It s not by force. If you are not happy in the industry you are in, work elsewhere. Learn how to communicate and let people know if you re backed up so they can go elsewhere.

I made an appointment for 11 am on Saturday, April 13, 2024. I knew that I needed pads and rotors and told the woman who was checking me in. I asked her for an estimate of cost. She told me that it would be 3-4 hours. I left and will not ever be back.

Made an appointment for a basic oil change at 1:00 pm and 3 hours later the car was still not done. Why make or schedule an appointment if you can't complete the work in a reasonable time frame????

Shout out to the team Friday January 12, 2024Fantastic team at this location! I typically do all my repairs myself but there are some things that the professionals have to do, like alignments.In the past I was told by another brakes plus location that they don t have the ability to do 4 wheel alignment on Mercedes and sent me to le Schwab to get one. I paid double and they only did front wheel alignment.I decided to call this location and they said they absolutely do 4 wheel alignment on Mercedes and to come on in. They not only did a great alignment, they were completely transparent on other issues they noticed and were willing to show me the issues. Most shops try to upsell or even rip you off (especially people that have no idea about cars) but the team here was honest and transparent with every customer that was there.It s nice to feel comfortable and feel like you have options and aren t forced to pay for unnecessary things. I highly recommend this place if you have any concerns about your vehicle. Everyone there is great!Also wanted to mention that additional brake bleed was done even though I cancelled that service at the front desk. They were willing to eat the cost of that service but since they did a good job with everything, we agreed to meet in the middle on the cost.I will be returning to this location and I will be recommending others to go to this location for all future work. Thanks!!!

I am writing to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with your establishment.On November 4, 2023, I visited Brake Plus due to a concerning sound when applying the brake pedal. After an inspection, I was assured the issue was resolved, and I paid $297.00 for the service. Regrettably, the problem persisted, prompting a return visit within four days.Upon my return on November 10, for a scheduled appointment at 12:00 pm, my experience took a turn for the worse. I had already paid $300, and to my dismay, the problem remained unresolved. The lack of transparency and communication regarding the charges only deepened my disappointment. Attempts to engage in a conversation about the ongoing problem were met with resistance, and I left your establishment feeling unheard and upset.I paid $300 without a solution to the initial issue, and this has left me questioning the integrity of the service provided. The lack of responsiveness and willingness to address the persistent problem only added to my frustration.I am hopeful that Brake Plus takes customer satisfaction seriously and will consider a refund for the services that were not delivered as promised. I hate to be a "karen,' the person asking to speak to a manager or post a review however in this day in age, often times the only way to illicit a solution pertaining to an issue with a business is electronically through a review platform so someone with decision making power might extend a possible resolve. I had a pretty negative experience at this location, I will not candy-coat that. That is, until the following day. I'm not going to go into my brake sob story, I'm honestly tired of talking about it but in a nutshell, somehow while my car was with them there was a major issue that had me wanting to pull my hair out and scream. I had a moment of weakness and posted a "karen" review detailing the whole experience and I'm not sure if it was my college essay of a google review that led to the regional manager reaching out to me or my call to corporate telling them I needed immediate assistance. Likely both. The bottom line is, she drove out the following day to meet me at the shop and oversee repairs and ensure my experience went smoother, and it surely did. She was amazing and I feel bad she had to hear the tone of voice I had when she had initially called me, and I was still really heated. The reason I am writing a 4 star review after an issue like I had is due to the staff. Obviously, they messed up, we all mess up... every day in some degree. I am not going to hold it over the heads of the whole shop because one or two people there made a mistake if that's what happened. The promptly made things right, never tried blame-shifting, they owned their part, and cleaned their side of the street. I have no hard feelings for people that acknowledged wrong-doing and try to make things right. Brakes Plus took care of me in the end and my car is performing the way I had been promised when I dropped it off and all the work seems to have been done correctly. Thank you for turning things around guys.

I had my Camry towed to this location because of 2 lugs on my car broke off. They called me told me 3 needed replacing. My wife picked it up and noticed the spare tire was on it instead of the actual tire. I didn't know that they put 2 different lug sizes back on my car and wouldn't allow the original tire to go back on. How can you take someone's money & not even consider they're safety. I live in the Thornton area they told me to take it to Discount tire or another location to have it replaced/redone. I'm a disabled Veteran and a owner of 4 cars. I will never use Brakes Plus again and will tell everyone that I know & work with not to use them. I'm in the customer service business and this is not even close. They suck.

Mr.Dennis (general manager) was very friendly and explained in detail what needed to be done to my vehicle. I respect the fact that he was honest on what was needed to be done right now and what I didn t need to rush into. Overall friendly workers!!!! I will be coming back.

Very disappointing customer service. I came in to do a wheel alignment and tire rotation and the guy at the front desk seemed very uninterested. I told them that I have to leave out of state ASAP and they promised to take care of the car in a couple of hours. When I called to get an update, they didn t even start. I called back in 2 hours and again in 2 more hours, and the response was the same. Finally, the alignment was done and I drove out straight to my destination. The next day I remembered to check if my lug nut lock was put back; to my disbelief, they forgot. They called me the next day and said they have my lock and asked me to come in to pick it up and to make sure my lug nuts are tightened I informed them that I always drove 1000 miles and now they want to check if my wheels are tightened?! Maybe other locations are better.

Worst customer service ever. I needed help with air in my tire and was sitting outside their garage bay doors one Saturday 10 minutes before they opened. I waited until they opened and the whole time I was waiting at least 8-10 service guys were standing around, some getting prepared, other joking around. After they opened not one service man bothered to check on me or see if there was anything they could do to help. They all turned shoulders away from looking to allay a customer. A quick check that would ve only taken a minute or two to help me would ve made a world of difference. I d never go back to this location for anything. I went over to Les Schwab across the street got my tire fixed and a break job. Great customer service brakes plus, epic fail from you service guys.

Got an oil change, Great customer service, I had an appointment and they were running a little behind so they offered a Lyft home so I took the offer free of charge took about an hour and a half got to relax at home. I would go back thank you guys again!

I took my car in like a month ago because the brakes were squeaking so, they said that I needed to change the brake pads and rotors so I did that and they charged me $600.The car didn t squeak the first day that they did the brakes but after that the car is still squeaking every day and I have been back 2 times telling them that the car doesn t stop squeaking and they always say something different. First, they told me that I needed to ride the car for a least 200 miles and I did and the squeak never stop and then , the second time they told me that maybe it was because it was cold.Not recommended at all!!!!!

I made an appointment a week in advance to get my brake pads and rotors changed at 12pm. I got there early and they said an hour and a half wait. That was fine but they didn t even move my car from the lot until a little after 2pm and didn t say anything to me. They then took all the way until they close at 6pm to finish my car. I would ve just liked a little transparency. It felt unprofessional as well, since the guy at the front desk was constantly vaping and playing tik toks out loud, and was a little rude.Today I went to go fill my tire with air since it was a little low, and realized they put the rim of the tire on wrong and the air valve was blocked and I could not get to it. Unfortunately I couldn t just pop it off like most cars since mine is bolted in, and had to go to the location on Mississippi in Aurora to get the issue fixed. I highly recommend the one on Mississippi instead!! They were all so kind and fixed my problem immediately within minutes of arriving.

I took my type r in for an oil change and I noticed my car wasn t in bay anymore so walked outside and I saw the mechanic pulling in with a smug smile on his face. The mechanic was a tall skinny guy with a long blonde hair. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IN IF YOU CARE FOR IT

I have never been so upset and stressed out until today that they screwed up my 14 Tundra so much. I went in on saturday and got my break/coolant fluid flushed - done, however, the next day when I parked my truck in the parking lot at my job and 2-3 hours later, I realized that my coolant is so low that its not even close to the LOW line. And then I went in on monday to get it fixed and they said it could be a air pocket....so they checked it for 30 mins or so and found NOTHING. I didn't see any leaks around my engine, so that tells me they didn't put enough fluid in there when they were suposed to. And then the next day, I got my brake pads, rotors, and fog lights replaced and boy am I NOT happy.First - They lost 2 bolts around the skid plate area, 1 on passenger side and the other 1 on the plastic front cap that holds the skid plate into place, and I just bought 3 of those bolts recently to and they sure weren't cheap. (They need to pay for that on what they lost of mine)Second - When they were working on the fog lights they lost 3 pins around the corners, all 3 on passenger side so they had to use a old screw to put on my truck (LIKE SERIOUSLY?!?! Tell me before you put it on).Third - When they changed my rotors and brake pads, they over threaded the allen sockets on my hub caps on ALL 4 wheels (YES, ALL 4 WHEELS), so the next time I get a tire rotation, they'll all have to come off and I have to drive them off because those rims and hub caps are discontinued so dirt and debre will get inside of them.Forth - They also damaged my bellow clamp on the rack and pinion passenger side so I had to get a new one.Lastly - I had to go back in today becuase they forgot to put my aftermarket socket in my glove compartment and they should've known to do that from the start.So I am NOT a happy camper and I would never EVER go here again and do all that work MYSELF or go somewhere else with better technicians and know how to do there job properly the right way and make there customers happy. Very stressed out and disapointed. 0/10

Brought my vehicle for rear brake pads per the recommendation of the dealership. Brakes Plus did the inspection and determined they did not need to be replaced at this time. Thanks to Christopher Gillespie and the staff for being honest. I will definitely return when it's time and recommend your business to friends and family.
