I love this particular Big O location and have enlisted their services for two vehicles for at least five years now. Special shout outs to Briant, who had been a huge help in the past, and more recently to Rodrigo A! He is super friendly, patient, and worked with me to figure out the best solution for my car (recently took it in for routine care but ended up needing to have brakes and some attached components replaced).I can't honestly say that I've had the best experience at a lot of chain car mechanic shops in the past, but I keep coming back to this Big O on Abilene in Aurora because everyone has always been so nice, and I feel like the prices are fair. They always do a great job on my car. I've never experienced issues afterwards, and I feel secure knowing they offer warranty coverage on tires and services. Anyone I've talked to at this location seems to answer my questions honestly and without making me feel dumb.I also want to give a huge shout out to the mechanics and behind-the-scenes team. I don't typically have the opportunity to learn their names, but at this location, I've witnessed the crew go above and beyond, sometimes even staying late to finish a job when it is feasible. I can tell they work hard, and I appreciate them immensely.I appreciate the great communication I've experienced at this location. Rodrigo made sure to update me on the status of my vehicle before I felt like I needed to ask, and any additional work needed is communicated clearly by the team beforehand. The final price has always aligned with the quoted price for me, too. I also like that you can responsibly dispose of old tires for a small fee here as well.

I highly recommend this Big O Tires location, Justin particularly was phenomenal. I came in on a Sunday with a flat tire. Justin informed me Big O did not carry my tire but helped guide me in the right direction as to which shop did carry it. I drove all the way to the other shop and they turned me away because they do not service European cars. I came back to see Justin an hour later and he helped me order two tires online, noting that I had a screw in another tire as well, and said Big O would be happy to install them for me when they arrived. Two days later I brought the tires in and they were installed just for the price of mounting, balancing, and rotating. I used to go to another big name tire shop in town but will definitely be coming here in the future. And being open on a Sunday was a huge help! Thanks Justin. Also when I came to pick up the car, Rodrigo was wonderful as well. Made sure I had my wheel lock before I left which gave me peace of mind. Thanks Justin and Rodrigo!

Came in an hour before they closed needing a new tire, Rodrigo was so helpful and kind! I also had questions about other services they offer and he answered every question in the most helpful way! He s awesome! I will keep coming back to this location specifically because of this experience and the prices are very reasonable as well!

We bring all of our company Land Rovers here. Once again Justin got us in and out on a Sunday morning and got our issue resolved! He is very knowledgeable and I observed him extending that same courtesy to other customers while we were there. We are ready for our road trip! Stopped here to have a nail in my tire removed. Rodrigo was so welcoming when I walked in. He was very professional and informative as he helped me understand what the next steps would be. Camilo did a great job servicing my vehicle and had it ready for pick up quicker than I anticipated. I couldn t be more satisfied with the customer service I received. They have a great team, highly recommend this location!

Let me tell you about this place!! I brought my truck in with a nail puncture in one of my practically brand new tires. The hole was too close to the sidewall for it to be repaired. The cost to replace this tire was seriously unbelievable!! I was just sick! When I tell you that Jeff worked hard to find me the same tire for almost $100 less, I mean he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Several phone calls later he gave me the info I needed, and THEN, he wouldn't let me pay him for the services they provided!! I went the next day, picked up the tire from the shop Jeff had found for me, and headed right back to Big O Tires for them to mount it for me!! This place and the services they provide are TOP NOTCH!! Customer service these days seems to be a thing of the past, until you go to Big O Tires!! THANK YOU, JEFF, and the technician that helped me out!! We WILL be back!!

Place was clean, employees were nice, overall it was a great experience except for the fact that I paid $86 for an oil change. Last year I paid $37 for the exact same service at the Big O Tires on East Hampden Ave. I understand inflation is a thing, but more than double the price?? I don't know man.

I stood at the desk for over five minutes while each employee made eye contact with me yet continued eating their chicken wings and/or sitting around on the chairs in the repair area. I gave up and left. No way you are all on lunch at the same time and don t at least have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence or say someone will be with you shortly.I ll go elsewhere

Called Jorge 20 minutes before they closed asking if they could plug my flat tire. He said bring it in, we ll take care of you! . Brought the truck in, they had it in the air, plugged and done in 20 minutes. Didn t charge me for the service and sent me on my way. Excellent customer service isn t common anymore, but it s definitely a theme here. Highly recommended!Thanks Big O team!

Wow what a bad experience yesterday. First I talked to Jeff who seem really annoyed that I couldn't find the finance link when come to find out he was doing it on his computer and I was on my android. Duh. Then after I hung up with Jeff to figure it out in my own. I called back when I was approved for financing only to speak to another gentleman who tried to basically hustle me. I was quoted out the door at 438.62 by Jeff but when I talked to the other gentleman it was 642. $200 more when I had already told them I didn't want any upgraded tires because I don't drive that much. So, needless to say they lost my business.

Got a flat and went in on short notice for some new tires. Jorge hooked me up with both his honest recommendations for my car and a discount deal on what I was there for in the first place. Wasn't pushy, just told me what he thought was best and let me decide. Prices were competitive and service was short and sweet.

Horrible experience, had an appointment at 10 checked in no problem. I was told 1 hr wait of when I gave my keys, 1 hr 20 min later my car hasn t moved from where I parked it. When I asked what was going on worker laughed and stated they were busy

Jorge was amazing! Was about to walk out sad with no repairs or upgrade's after big o tires didn t instantly approve me for financing. Jorge thought of another idea that I didn t even pay attention to even with advertisement literally in my face, but he told me to try applying for Snap and I got approved!Got All seasoned tires with a nice discount because of promotion and was able to run a diagnostic to clear out codes for repairs I did myself.Perfect customer service and very knowledgeable, thank you Jorge!

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I walked out with an oil change and no tire rotation. Apparently it's to much effort for Jose to do his job. I only came here cause this is wher I purchased my tires. I also found a coupon while waiting and Jose said it's to late. How is it to late I haven't paid yet. I have done this before and have never had an issue. With the attitude Jose had it was obvious he just didn't want to be at work and do his job. Now I'm stuck setting up another appointment somewhere else to get this tire rotation. I ts so crazy how one person can destroy the customer experience. Before today Big O tires was my choice now I'll be taking my money somewhere else.

I came in after blowing a tire I replaced the day before up in Montrose. Rodrigo helped me out, fixing a problem from Montrose on my work order. I am genuinely satisfied with my experience here today, as he was able to confirm my warranty and get me on the road within a couple hours of me coming on without notice.

Brought my fleet vehicle in for an oil change, Rodrigo was very professional and very knowledgeable. Based on my previous experiences at this location I was very skeptical about coming back.Now that I know Rodrigo is here I will continue to bring all my vehicles here for service.

I went in today to re-check work on a thermastat and were told that they did a pressure test. Did not re call seeing them pull my car in. Did not get paperwork of what they claimed to do, but instead got a recommended service in it's place.The service was performed awhile ago at this particular place. Honesty is key in life just be honest that you are not knowledgeable on servicing foreign vehicles...
