The team at big brands tire on Buckley Road in Aurora is great! They are fast they are thorough and they always take great care of my vehicle needs of any kind. As a single female, they are trustworthy and never try to take advantage of you, they fix what is needed and advise you properly of things to consider for the future. I ve recommended many of my friends go to this facility and live on the other side of the city trust and kindness are everything ! Thank you always to Doug and the gang!

This guys are amazing! I came there with flat tire on Sunday (luckily they are open on Sundays ).Ricardo mat me with big smile, listened to me very carefully, and then it was like magic almost in and out! My flat tire was unrepairable and other tires were pretty old, so I had to buy all new tires, but now my car runs like new, so nice and smooth, people fall asleep in my car . Highly professional, very helpful and polite staff. I ll definitely be back!

Fast and friendly service! I had to get two new all-season tires. Doug gave a great recommendation and Eva got me in quickly. New tires and alignment happened within a few hours and I was back on the road. Would highly recommend!

Technicians and the lady behind the counter were extremely helpful. I had made a 3:00 appointment but was running late due to being unable to get a tow truck. They had my car in and out within the matter of 30 minutes with four brand new tires. Definitely recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Bought tires for the 1st time from this shop and not a good experience. Pricing is about the same anywhere you go just a matter of finding a place that will actually do good work. They could the tires I wanted a little faster but I made a big mistake going there. After they installed tires on my truck which is my work truck my source of income I had decent amount of vibrations. Took truck back and they refused to re-balance my tires because they were too busy, "but when buying the tires they could get me in right away". Guy tried telling me mud in wheel wells etc etc. "Myself ex Ford technician so i know vehicle basics just fine" and he said they can get the fronts only re-balanced in a few days won't even offer to properly re-balance all 4 tires. I had to leave town that evening for work but they don't care understandably so. On my way out of town one by one in few hundred miles the wheel weights starting falling off the wheels and I had to stop driving for the night due to bad vibrations and took truck to a local dealer following day to re-balance tires properly and continue on my work trip. I just hope my tires hold up OK for the amount of mileage that they are warranted for because I don't ever want to do any business with this again. I am reasonable and understand if technician that worked on my truck was having a bad day or didn't know how to use the balance machine properly or just didn't care it's whatever but when I took my truck back and explained that I had a problem that needed immediate attention and my livelihood was impacted I was turned away and they did not stand behind their workmanship. Therefore, I am writing this review not due to poorly balanced tires but because the shop's incompetence and to correct their mistake in timely manner and costing me absolute grief in the middle of nowhere and added costs to having to get a motel for the night and having to pay for rebalancing tires elsewhere and a whole days wage at work. Extremely disappointed. !!!

We live really far away from this store but when we have car issues we always take our cars to Big Brand. The staff is extremely professional, especially Doug, and our favorite mechanic, Ken, is really knowledgeable. He has given us so many tips over the years that have helped either prolong the life of our car or help it run better. I would highly recommend this store

Doug and Eva were great at the front desk. Ken is a fabulous mechanic. I was in and out with a new alternator in about 2.5 hours. Excellent service.

I highly recommend Big Brand Tires. With many options to choose I value working with the team at Big Brand Tires. My loyalty falls into place starting with the service and respect offered by Doug the manager. I am treated like family and a true neighbor when entering the door. In a time and place when shops and staff come and go, you can rely on Doug and his team. Their knowledge extends past great tires. Their mechanics are amazing. The team is always willing to provide an estimate. And they offer a veteran & military discount. Stay within the neighborhood and trust a shop with experience, friendliness, and service.

I live in Tucson and purchased 8 tires from the Big Brand Tire store there and loved the service and value! When my college age son in Denver needed tires I looked up Big Brand near him and called this location. I spoke with Doug. I explained the situation and he looked up tires for my son and we made an appointment that quickly fit in my son s college and work schedule the next day. My son let me know that all went well at the appointment. I really appreciate that all Big Brand locations offer excellent service and value!

I will not go any where else. So many times I go in and they fix something small and they don't even charge me. They are so honest and fair. Can't say enough about them. And the best employees around. Make you feel like family.

The staff was professional and informative as to how long and what was going to be done to the vehicle. Service technician fleas friendly and helpful. I plan on returning when my other cars need service. We received the value for the work done, great job.

Had no issues ordered my tires and had them sent here, dropped off my truck in the morning and they mounted them and did an alignment all within a few hours. Everything went smooth . Would recommend.

Had hopes for this place after changing from D and D. Disappointed they don t take appointments. Waited two days till they could get my vehicle in which is fine, but with no guarantee to look at the day I was told to bring back. Fortunately they did look at it when said but told me they didn t know where coolant leak was coming from. When I left shop vehicle started smoking/steaming a block away from shop, pulled over and found the radiator cap was left off and sitting on top of motor and coolant coming out all over hood of vehicle from radiator where cap was left off.

I found there tires that were in stock and I didn't need to wait! I scheduled an appointment the next day and got it. The prices are low and I can tell only good about the service. Very nice! Thank you! I definitely recommend!

I had a blowout on I 25 and needed to replace my tire. I bought 2 as my other rear tire was not real good. I called Big Brand Tire and Service for this. I was given a good deal on the two tires . They mounted and balanced them and also fixed the bent rim and replaced my spare. They were kind an efficient to get me back on the road. I appreciate their good service at A FAIR price THANKS!
