Almost always have my parts in stock and I have a 1991 Acura Integra so they are a good source especially for quality batteries. The Last Diehard battery was replaced last week and found out the old Diehard was 9-years old before it started to fail. Now that's a good battery. Thanks AutoZone!

They helped me change my windshield wipers after I bought them. They offered to do it and showed me how to do it for myself later in my life. Above and beyond! :)

Excellent!! Helpful knowledgeable employees, I purchased a battery; they installed the new one,recycled the old one and checked with their device the alternator and charging system.Excellent service! Highly recommended!

WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!!The manager Derek is an idiot!!He tried to sell me a battery that is not even in stock!!!!He is sarcastic, did not offer any type of compensation.They have no employees!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Terrible service. Came in to get oil because my car was totally empty. I had my 11 month old with me and when I picked up Bars Leak product it was leaking and some spilled on my son's hand. I went to wash his hand and came out and was ignored for several minutes before asking for help. I asked a few questions about a hissing sound I was hearing and employee seemed irritated I was asking questions. I bought the oil and had to carry out the containers, which were not bagged, and my son and his carrier I ended up taking them one at a time and leaving the carrier outside while the employee just watched. Then I asked about a funnel to put the oil in and the employee just shrugged so I ended up finding a plastic water bottle and cutting it to make my own. All this while another employee was helping another customer put ac recharge and completely doing everything for him while I had to struggle with a toddler.

Went in to get a car battery. 5 guys Apparently employees standing around behind counter, no customers. They all refused to install it. Battery installation is a free service and is posted in store. $250 sale lost. So I went to "Advanced Auto parts" battery installed in 5 minutes. Same battery same cost with a better attitude. @ Advanced

Car stuff really stresses me out. On the flip side, my experience with this staff has been nothing short of amazing. They taught me about car battery care and even helped me clear up some corrosion on the battery. I didn t even know they offered FREE battery testing! Great staff as they saved me from a lot of headaches.

I love this place. The staff is helpful and the prices are more then fair. At this location im treated very well and its going to be my store for parts when i need to do labor on my car!!!!!!

When i came in there already 3 customers there. Took about 7 minuets for them to get finished up which isnt bad. But once all the others were gone i was left there waiting.Had to wait 10 minuets just to get ahold of a check engine light checker. One of the employees actually placed a delivery order from the gas station after about 5 minuets of waiting. I'm pretty sure that's something that can wait until the customer gets help. I'll never come to autozone again. There's better choices.

I Been buying parts here for 15 years but you guys been hiring the worst managers ever with zero customer skills nor experience.Went to return some parts that i bought on the AutoZone app wasn t even finish explaining and the mew manager there, he automatically say i cant refund you nothing! i told him i done this before i know it is possible. But after a big argument i made him refund the items left very angry will not be coming to this store no more And recently one of my friends had the same problem here at this same store.You guy s should change you we love are costumers poster to we hate our costumers.

It was more difficult than not to get help. The worker had to ask if they could go out to attach the machine to check my Engine light. The worker asked me if I knew how to attach the machine and get the reading. Why does everything has to be so complicated. There were not any people in the store at the time. It was 3 workers up front who knows how many in the back. The worker did eventually help me however they were not very knowledgeable. The clerk helping me was nice. August 11 2022 was better. Manager was polite. He even helped with care however I allowed the man with me to do the talking.

I stopped by today to get some windshield wiper fluid and windshield wipers. It was busy but they had a self checkout I used the first time. I needed help with how to put it on and they helped me by demonstrating.I came back in when I needed another wiper and more windshield wiper fluid. Next time I'll sign up for the rewards program. Until next time.

Bobby was an awesome customer service representative. Knowledgeable and professional I will be coming back. The lady that was working with him was such a doll! Thanks for making my experience pleasant /enjoyable. I like when he said"Last but not least if you want to select paper or email for your receipt!" One of those things he just said so many times that is comes out smoothly and routinely. Awesome people here

We came to the Auto Zone today and Eric W was so helpful. We were wondering around the store not knowing what we were looking for and he came out of nowhere, asked us if we needed help and showed us everything we needed for our issue. He was patient and knowledgeable. Our car is working so much better now because of him and his expertise. He is a true asset to the company!

I went in for a battery and was assisted by Jessica. I asked if they had tools to loan so I could change the battery in the parking lot, Jessica replied yes and she would be right out. Jessica came out with the battery and the tools. Expecting her to hand them to me, I was shocked when she went to work! She knocked out the battery in a in a few minutes! It was obvious this was commonplace for her. She was courteous, polite and professional. Outstanding service!
