Did a very quick inspection but have a reasonable estimate of the car. I hoping they would look under if because it s out of alignment but they didn t. Looks like I ll be back soon because someone hit my car again

Aurora Collision Center has a crew that is very professional and kind. When you call them an actual person answers the phone, you don't have to talk to a robot. Hannah was very helpful and pleasant. When I walked in the entire team made me feel welcome. They were quick to help me as soon as I arrived even though I was early for my appointment. They did a temporary fix on my window so that I have some protection for my truck until I was able to get it in and fixed. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto body repair. Aurora Collision Center is there for you and such an awesome company. Thank you!

These guys were great. Our Mazda CX-5 got side-swiped while at a stoplight and Aurora Collision Center was at the top of our search list when it came to collision repair services. We went with them based on the other Google reviews and they did NOT disappoint. You can't even tell the accident happened. one of the rear quarter panels was replaced and paint blended seamlessly. Their staff was communicative and took care of pretty much everything. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future (though I am hopeful that I won't have to; I would prefer not to be in any more accidents).

I wanna start by giving a special thanks to the owner and his amazing staff, reading all the previous reviews I want to say they all fall short in explaining what an amazing job they do and the professionalism that they work with. They left my baby girl looking like new, like nothing ever happened there. They went above and beyond making sure my insurance wouldn't give me less than what my truck deserves. Amazing quality! They had 2 things to fix, through 2 different insurances, on my car (a huge scratch and someone hit my rear end). They communicated with myself and the insurance companies and worked very well with everyone. My car looks brand new again! Thanks for the great work! Definitely recommend these guys! Very nice genuine people as well!

We recently use their services for repairing our spoiler for our 2021 Lexus 460 from the beginning of that process all went smoothly with our insurance and the bodyshop. Big thank you to Jeff and his team for repairing my vehicle after getting into my first accident. My taillight and bumper were replaced and now my car looks as good as new. I hope to not have to use this service again but if I do I'll definitely be using Aurora Collision Center again. Great customer service too!

Decided to take my Truck here because of the 5 ratings took a couple more days than anticipated to repair but the work was flawless not to mention customer service the front desk attendant was great and that's why I gave it a 5 also Thanks!

Spectacular!! I have had quite a few experiences with auto body folks, sad, but true. Some were as a sales manager at a dealership arranging a body and paint repair but several personal experiences as well. I have also had really good experiences with one body guy before but Aurora Collision was THE BEST EVER!! Not only did they do a phenomenal job but they under promised and over delivered. I got calls and texts and emails with where they were in the process and what they were anticipating next and what the time line looked like. They were responsive and available when I would call, ok, the one time I called as I didnt have to with all the communication they provided, but still, promt and available that 1 time. The only issue was how long i had to wait for an appointment. They ended up getting me in earlier than initially anticipated.

I needed repairs for a front end collision. The staff is really great!! And repair techs did an amazing job of restoring my car to its original, even better condition. ACC came recommended by a friend, and they were terrific! I was very nervous as I was unfamiliar with the process, but Roxanna and Jeff and the rest of the team were reassuring and very thorough in their explanation of the work, which gave me comfort. In the end, it was completed on time and looks perfect--like a new car! Even blending metallic paint, which I didn't think was possible. Highly recommend them if you need any body work. I'm a car fanatic and they really impressed me.Service: Body & Trim

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Worked hand in hand with the insurance company to provide quick repairs for my car that was in an accident. Was able to get in without a wait and car was done within a little over a week. Very professional and even set me up with the rental. Very painless. I d have rather not gotten into the accident (ha-ha) but they made it as easy as it could be and Jeff kept me updated every step of the way. Thanks!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you for running such a friendly, honest, and well oiled business. I have never had such a great experience with an auto shop. Jeff, the lead mechanic, kept me closely updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. The paintjob on my Subaru Legacy parts looks just like the original, and was blended in so well that you can not tell it had ever been worked on. Looks like new.Will be recommending to my friends.

They were awesome!!!Worked with me when insurance wouldn t.They were patient with me as I ordered parts that I needed and gave me updates frequently. And worked quickly to get my car back on the road. Can t recommend them enough. All the paint looks great and panel gaps are even. I may need to change my insurance provider but would definitely use Aurora collision again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

My 2016 Honda Civic was parked on the street and was sideswiped on the entire length of the driver's side. I woke up to it and was devastated. I took it to a couple of places for estimates and Jeff gave me the most reasonable offer, but more importantly, explained why it cost as much as it did and the labor that went behind it. As someone that knows nothing about body work, I appreciated the level of detail behind it. It took a little longer than originally estimated, however, again, I received a detailed, thorough explanation as to why and the effort they were putting forth into my vehicle. To me, they definitely didn't want to put in half the effort to meet the deadline and went above and beyond, despite frustrating setbacks. Jeff also worked directly with my insurance company to cover the costs and ensured they would take care of everything. When I finally saw the result, I was ecstatic. She was a brand new vehicle again, and she was detailed and the interior was cleaned as well. I really recommend this place, especially for the lifetime warranty they offer for their labor. My car had front end damage after hitting a huge chunk of frozen ice. Thanks to the amazing, fast and skilled team at Aurora Collision Center we are back on the road.They worked with my insurance company and kept me informed along the way. I have brought my car into service with them twice and it is currently in with them third time. Could not be happier with their service! Extremely fairly priced, very communicative, exceedingly thorough with their work and inspection.The second time I brought my car into them, the mechanic they subcontracted made a mistake with their work. Aurora Collision Center was immediately responsive and took care of it right away and ensured I got my tires rotated and balanced for free. Could not be happier! Will continue to be their customer as long as they are open and I am living in the Denver metro area.

Experienced great service. I need a few touch up paint jobs done. I drove to the shop with no appointment in hopes of scheduling one. The man took a look at it and was able to get it taken care of right then. The job was done very well! I highly recommend Aurora Collision Center.

I had a deer strike and messed up the front end of my truck pretty bad. Did a great job on the repairs. Always took time to update me when I called. Really easy to work with. Thought it wasn't possible for a body shop to have 5 stars, it is possible and well deserved.

Aurora Collision is the BEST!! My car had been stolen and there was significant damage to it, but Jeff and his crew did an excellent job working with the ins co. and getting everything repaired. I called frequently to check on my car and and was never made to feel like I was bothering them. Aurora Collision Center repaired my 2018 Subaru Outback. They made the experience seamless with the insurance company while being kind, courteous, and communicating clearly. I had to wait. It was worth it. These are good folks. I recommend them to you!

WOW!!! I am so happy with the fantastic job Jeff and his great team did on my 2016 VW jetta, I have to admit I was a little worried my car would not look the same after the accident but it looks great!!, everyone was so helpful though the whole process even got my car in earlier then I expected. This is by far the best business I have ever been to. Everyone in the shop is amazing. They were all so helpful and understanding when I had my accident and needed my car fixed. Tammy was such a joy and pleasant person to work with. Phil is amazing he really went the extra mile to make my car perfect for me. The whole process was easy and they explained everything to me, such as the repairs and why and when they would be done. I will never go anywhere else but ACC.

This review is long over due. I have taken two different vehicles to them and they were superb. Excellent customer service, fantastic work, and attention to detail. Phil, Tammy and their staff went above and beyond for me. Although I never want to have a damaged car, I am sad that I have moved and won't be able to take my vehicles to them if something were to happen. They are amazing and you will not be disappointed.

I took my 2012 Mercedes-Benz to Aurora Collision Center several weeks ago, and i couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the work that the crew provided ! I rear ended another vehicle during a snow storm and when I got my car back, it looked better than when I got it... I Highly recomend this place. Plus they worked efficiently and quickly, and got my car back to me at an impressive time frame !
