Bert and Scott provided 5 STAR customer service , took care of my wipers and installed , friendly and knowledgeable, this store #8259 on Mississippi Ave is my go to auto parts and accessories store ,thanks A.A.P. !

I placed an online order at this store because the app said it had the part I've waited like an hour in called then then all of a sudden advanced Auto parts cancelled my order that's not cool at all when the app says have 7 days to pick up then cancel

Fourth auto parts and retail I stopped at this morning to find a portable jumpstarter that would meet my needs for a winch. Other places didn't have it and the guys at Napa were kind of rude so I left. This used to be a pep boys retail and now it's an advance Auto parts. It's a very nice clean and organized store and one of the best cosmetically I've seen in a long time. Leo the manager was extremely helpful and would in the back to find what I needed because it wasn't something that keep on the shelf. Would definitely recommend Leo and his team Great job!

I was very impressed with the cashier. He gave me options to choose from. His expertise in auto parts was exceptional.The big yellow labels (Wash & Wax, Batteries etc) helped me to locate the section to get the parts I needed.The items were well organized on the shelves and the floor was neat.I will recommend this shop to everyone and will surely go back whenever the need arise.

It s been a while since I ve wrote a review .. but I gotta say- the customer service at this location is A++++.This past Saturday ..a good friend of mine said he d do my breaks for me .. and as we started hw realized he needed a certain tool.. so we went to this location and purchased that tool. Than as he began to do the brakes .. he realized that was the wrong tool and he needed a C clamp. As I returned back to this location a different guy was working . I explained to him the issue.. and he inisisted If I got a c clamp. It would nt work and would also be a waste of my time . He then pulled up my car on his monitor and explained that a totally different tool is needed and got me what I needed .The manner in which an employee conducts a return can really create lifetime customers or create an attitude like i never want to go there again . A return is a mistake.. and he has no desire to belittle me or sweat me for making a mistakes not kicking someone when they could be down- that s the kinda place I ll do business with again and again. To the gentleman who was working.. with that right piece. Brakes got done quick and efficient . Thank you- stores need more people like you. !

I order & paid the parts in the store counter (over $100), but it is not come in the next day like they promised (10am). On the next day, they are not call me or let me know, after 7 hours waiting, I have to drive to the store to find out what s going.When I ask, they don t even know when It will come, so I have to cancel my order. Never come to the Advance Auto Parts store again. (Sorry to say this)
