Great people here. Dropped off my care to get the transmission fixed, they rush ordered the part and fixed even though I didn t have full payment. She literally told me "just drop it off and we'll let you know" when asked for an estimate, not a quote, an estimate. I literally laughed at them. As if I would just drop off my dually to a shop that can't give an estimate for service.From out of town working. We had to leave in a week - I knew most shops are booked out. Rear axle seal leaking. Needed estimate on replacement "if nothing else were wrong and no other work required. Understanding that if anything else were to be damaged, that would result in add-charges. She was really upset that I wanted an estimate. She said they would call back with one. Never did hear back. I think they knew I wouldn't have brought my truck there no matter what after my interaction with the woman that answered the phone.Took my truck to Absolute Automotive. Jasper took great care. He gave me an estimate for the one side. Ended up having to both sides axle seal. He called, I approved and paid him no problem.

We are very grateful for A and B Transmission - Oscar, Kathy and crew! We have been blessed to be able to rely on them for the past seven years. The last time I took my vehicle in, was because I heard a whirring sound. At first, I thought that it might be a belt, of some sort. Then, I thought that it might need transmission fluid. Then, I thought the transmission and that it might cost us some money. I called Oscar, he said to bring it in right then. Once I arrived, he checked out our vehicle. Due to Oscar's awesome auditory skills that he has acquired through the years of his profession, it took him less than a minute to know that it was our CD player - I took out the CD's. Issue fixed. - INTEGRITY -Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Staff is very efficient and friendly. I never feel pressured to do work on my car that I hadn't talked about. Things are done fast. Estimates given are accurate to the real price of the repair. I would recommend to friends and family and happy that they are open 6 days a week.

I'm so glad I found this place! My daughter's car broke down and every place I called wanted to charge way too much just to diagnose it. Took it to A & B and it turned out to be the fuel pump and the total cost for everything was $577.00. I called around just to see how that price compared and it was WAY lower. The cheapest quote I got was $720.00. Not only was it more affordable, they were very nice and the car now runs great! I will definitely be using them in the future.

I have been here for over 5 years in Colorado and 2 of those years I spent searching for an honest mechanic. I had my vechicle at a trans shop who were trying to charge me a arm and a leg for some work so I drove it around the corner to A&B.At A&B I had a chance to talk to a customer of the owner and he gave me a testimony of how long he has been coming here and all the cars he has had he only trust to be worked on at A&B. I decided to try them and the work was amazing quick and affordable.I have been coming here for 3 years now and will never go any where else. I feel at home and he calls me by my first name since I first met him. I had a shop I went to regularly back home out of state and was treated the same way like family. The shop I went to was my uncles and this is not short of the same treatment I got at my families shop.I would highly recommend A&B to every one and I do recommend every time I am asked for a mechanic.A&B your honest workers that does honest work with honest prices

They fixed just what was needed and didn't try to upsell extras. The price was fair and the work is guaranteed. This is a busy shop, which tells me they clearly have lots of satisfied customers. I was not in a hurry so let them work me in and only waited a few days. I had a great experience and am already telling friends & neighbors this is a good place to get honest, reliable service. Thanks and I'll be back.

Amazing service from this family owned business. Oscar is very knowledgeable and guarantees his work. Being a women, not once have I felt taken advantage of. Thankful for the referral from Oscar with Magic Landscaping.

Oscar and company have done a great job keeping my 1995 Maxima on the road. They've done the clutch, radiator, water pump and transmission bearing. The car's driving great and they stand by their work. If there's an issue they resolve it. Highly recommend A&B.

Took my vehicle in because of a loud noise. They looked over my truck and stated it was my transmission. Replaced it. Cost me $1,600.00. Just to pick up my truck and the noise was still there and they could not find the problem. They refunded me back $800.00 for parts but kept the labor. After getting the truck home noticed it was leaking. I have been fighting with them to fix the leak for over a year. Now the transmission went completely out and they want me to pay for it saying it was out of warranty. It was in warranty when the issue was reported to them and took my truck to them over and over again. And issue was never fixed. Do not trust them. Go somewhere that cares.Service: Transmission

ar got me in to his shop the same day the transmission on my RV went out. He called all over colorado and found a part that no other shop could find. He even stayed a little after hours on Saturday to get the job done. His prices were very fair especially given all that he did to save my trip. He and his team seem very sharp and honest. I can't say how much I appreciate what he did for me so my wife baby dog and I could continue on our road trip. Thank you.

I love the fact that as a women who knows very little about cars I can come to Oscar and his team and they always take good care of me without charging an arm and a leg. My grandfather used to come here and my immediate family and I will continue to be loyal customers! Thanks A&B

Oscar and his Team were very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my problem with my Tahoe I can't believe how fast he was able to get my vehicle back to me the very next day I definitely recommend this shop to anyone with issues with there car or truck please visit them at A & B Transmission on Colfax and Altura. Great shop and they stand behind their work 100%! Gracias Oscar! Got my 95' Bmw transmission swapped for a used one and it's been running really smooth. Taking it back to get some other work done.

BEST MOST HONEST mechanic i have ever been to. Went here with a problem i was quoted 1500$ at another shop. Oscar quoted me 450$. Turns out that wasn't the problem at all, he was honest with me and fixed the smaller problem on the car only charged me 200$.

I had my work truck towed to Oscar (a and b transmission) for a new front axle..What a mistake!!! First I was told that my axle could not be found so he was going to have another shop rebuild the part. After a few weeks i was told the axle could not be rebuilt. So I called and found an axle myself at which ended up being Oscars friend. I asked if Oscar even check with him about the axle and was told no. Once my truck was completed, I noticed the springs where installed upside down, gear oil was pour out the bottom, and they stole lug nuts off each wheel to replace the ones they lost. My steering wheel was covered in oil and also my seat. I took the truck back and Oscar insured me everything was ok, when I asked for my lug nuts back he told me to go to Napa and buy them. My truck is now being looked at by professional not thief's ...zero stars will never use again.

I've been coming to Oscar and his family for years they've rebuilt a couple of transmission as well as lots of engine repairs I have 20-plus year old vehicles and they've done a fantastic job keeping all my vehicles on the road would highly recommend very honest upfront pricing great service every time never had an issue with any repair and I feel like if there was they would definitely stand behind it but work has always been fantastic never had to bring a car back.

I took my 1989 Ford Alumalite Rv for a transmission repair. Had I taken it to the Rv place I would have paid over $3000, my bill was just under $1000. Even though parts for this Rv are hard to find . They took great care of me. Five stars is rare but in my case it's well earned.

I've taken my 96 Yukon to A&B on multiple occasions, and everytime they have always done the best work for the lowest price, can do just about any type of work you'll need. I'll always recommend A&B Trans.

I live in Colorado Springs. I will drive out to Aurora just so B&B can work on my car. This is my dad's mechanic. Always honest with fair prices.

Great Experience! I highly recommend A & B Transmission. They fixed my transfer case in half the time and half the cost of the nearest competitor's quote.

These people are terrible. I took my car in for transmission only. I took it out. It did not start. They broke my trunk. The wiring was wrong. They took some fuse out. They took my filter out. Never come here. They will damage your car.zero reviews
