FINAL Update: Took advantage of the nice weather and decided to get some additional opinions regarding the attempt to correct earlier deficiencies. Took the motorhome to Safelite Auto Glass, Quickset Auto Glass, and to RV Glass Specialties. All three concurred that as it was left, it was still not correctly installed and could be problematic.Junior at RV Glass Specialties decided there was no time like the present to make it right. He and his assistant got out their tools, and within 30 minutes had both sides of the windshield properly located and resealed in place, all without any charge to me or my insurance. All I can say is that when it comes to RV Glass, these guys are the best, and really made my day!Premium Auto Glass maybe okay on auto windshields, but I will do all my RV business with RV Glass Specialties, and I can't more highly recommend them!As for Premium and RV Glass, my final rating is back to a 1 due to my initial bad experience and the lack of a proper installation even after a second try.UPDATE: Owner has contacted me, came to our house and has appeared to correct all deficiencies. I will not be able to verify proficiency of repairs until later this year when we go out traveling and camping on a regular basis. At this point, I will be changing my rating to 3 stars.Changed RH windshield Glass in our motor home, and dislodged LH windshield Glass in process, but claimed it was like that before they touched it. To believe that it was driven 14 miles at interstate speed to their shop without wind noise from a separated seal, but upon them working on it, it magically has a gap that you can stick your finger though, and now has obvious leak, is far fetched. Also, the RH Glass that was replaced was not properly re-seated, plus considerable mess was left all around Glass, which seems to be a common issue.Also owner failed to respond to a BBB complaint, I guess because they are above that.Pictures below show the lack of quality, and how they choose to leave your vehicle. Lastly, the day I picked it up was a day that it started freezing rain and snow. Of course, they chose not to do anything to stop the rain from coming in before I arrived to pick it up, and I had to drive home with the opening and water that came in through it.

Good window but left my side wall by the windshield very dirty with hand prints and cracked my dash. Overall not happy but the windshield looks nice.

Did a great job on the install and were very upfront about it as well as quick. They did cost a bit more then I'm use to, but I was expecting that since I'd been told their glass seems to last longer then other autoglass companies. Also had a 6 month guarantee with a promise to fix chips for free, so definitely no complaints there

There are many things that went wrong in the process of getting my window changed. When they first came to change my window the glass they had was already cracked. Causing me to have to reschedule for another day. The second time they had come again they broke the seal of the bottom of window where the window connects to the car.

This was my first time getting my windshield replaced and going through this company was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and the waiting area was comfortable. Plus they gave me 6 months free chip repair should my windshield take any more damage. Happy with my new windshield.

I love this shop! The are professional and perform their inspections and repairs quickly and efficiently. The 2 times that I have had rock chips repaired were zero cost because I have State Farm Auto insurance. The front desk ladies are all great, handling walk ins and the busy telephones exceptionally well!

Very good experience in having my windshield replaced. Quoted a fair price over the phone and they were able to schedule me in within a matter of days. They called ahead, arrived within the time window given, and the tech was courteous.

Due to a series of unfortunate events, I had to have window repairs done twice in one week. The folks at Premium Auto Glass were great. Prices were reasonable. Work was done very quickly and everyone was great to deal with. If I need auto glass work again - and past history indicates that I will - I know where to take the car!

I had a great experience with Dan M. today. He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and finished on time. He was kind and professional in all our interactions. I would highly recommend Premium Auto Glass. My window was fixed within 24 hours of calling! Great from start to finish!

Highly recommend. Have used there service twice. The first time as he was installing it he noticed the new windshield had a scratch (I would of never noticed it), and he took the piece away and brought a new one the next day.Always have been friendly and easy to get in contact with.

Another 5 star review for these guys! I've had them do a few windshields and their prices are always great and they do top-notch work. My auto body guys recommended them too. My last project was a 1985 Toyota truck that they no longer make the window molding for. But these guys took it on and went above and beyond to make it look amazing and at a really fair price! They also do chip repair and all other auto glass (beyond windshields.) I will only go to these guys from now on and will recommend them to all I talk to as well.

Do not go here!! Took my vehicle here to get a sunroof replaced, they replaced and tested. Sunroof was working just like when I brought it in, they said. However, they did such a lousy job of cleaning out all the old glass that it got in the track and broke the sunroof on the first test after picking it up. Took it right back (literally right back, not the next day or other) to show them and they refuse to fix! They even tried to put it on my insurance.Unethical business! Even though they don't repair sunroofs, Matt offered to take a look at mine. He determined a problem part was cosmetic and removed it. He saved me an expensive trip to a dealer, resolved the problem, was SUPER nice! Am so appreciative. Will definitely use their services when the time comes!!!

after 3 re scheduled and 1 incorrect windshield order later my windshield finally got replaced. the technicians are great and knowledgeable as well as on time, but can't really say the same for the Logistic/administrative team. It seems they are a bit discombobulated when it comes to running an office, working an agenda, or ordering basic parts from which the whole business is based on (windshields) updating my 1star to 3 solely cause of the technicians (they deserve 5)

Just lost my business. I see it's Safelite now and their automated phone system is horrid. If you can't put a person on the phone I'll do business elsewhere. Safelite for the fail!

Premium Auto Glass was one of the most honest, fast, and professional shops I have visited in the Denver area. They fixed my side window the same day, and communicated through the entire process. I will definitely go back if I need more glass repairs!

What a great business. Im assuming the owner is the guy that took care of my window chips two times in a row. There was no charge because im a state farm customer, and they always treat me professionally and do the repair on the spot. Thank you Premium Auto Glass!

Why use the National brands? These guys are the BEST. Home town service at national pricing. They have worked seemlessly with my insurance company. I have 10 cars. They have treated me fairly on cash windshields. They have come to my home on a Saturday to do my large work truck. They have scheduled three of my vehicles to do all at one time. They have special ordered hard to get glass. They have performed many chip repairs for me and I never had one "run". I would never call anyone else. When your insurance company transfers you to the national brand for a schedule, tell them "I want to use Premium Auto Glass in Arvada". By agreement, they have to let you use them, at the same price.

Got me in and out quickly. Have a well run operation that seems able to juggle walk-ins and people with appointments. The glass technicians make for nice eye candy. Worked seamlessly with insurance. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and everything was fully explained. Everything was done without a hitch. Thank you.

Very pleased with the expierence setting up the mobile service over the phone last week. The technician, Mark L., was very thorough in explaining the Dos and Donts. Very friendly guy and had the windsheild replacement done in a half hour just as he said he would. The price and service was great, $100 under what a competitor wanted. I highly recommend Premium Auto Glass.

The technician was rude, he ripped the fabric on the ceiling of my car, left glass all over my car despite leaving him a blanket to reduce the amount that would be on the seat where my dog and child sit. There was glass all the way down the driveway, not just behind or in front of my car but 2 car lengths down the driveway. I asked the tech if he could vacuum some of it up since we are an animal hospital and if that gets in an animals paw it would be bad. He ignored me and left glass everywhere.I tried to call premium auto glass many times since without an answer, I left a message. The customer service is very poor! I wish I would have gone with satellite, my ceiling would not be hanging down at this time. The windows however do look great. Which is why i gave more than 1 star.The technician came out and fixed the fabric hanging from my car. He also vacuumed up the rest of the glass and apologized for the mess. I appreciate the followup. I would use them again.

Have used this company for 3-4 years now for my families vehicles. Today they were out at my home to replaced my 5th or 6th windshield I have purchased from them.Their windshield techs are punctual, polite and take time to answer any questions you may have. I had some surface rust on the frame of the windshield we have been keeping an eye on. The tech took extra time to treat the area, seal and apply a protective barrier before placing the new windshield, with no additional cost or up sale.I will continue to be a loyal customer, I have had nothing but great service and pricing over the years

Horrible service. They first ordered the wrong windshield. Then I set an appointment and they never showed up. I called to rest the appointment and got one for a Monday afternoon. I was called on Saturday saying that my windshield was actually in Colorado Springs it wouldn't be there until Wednesday. Then on Monday 30 minutes before noon I got a call from the technician asking if we were still on for my appointment. I had already made plans so now its set for Wednesday but we'll see if they actually show up.

The fact that I had to use Premium Auto Glass twice in two weeks was most unfortunate. I saved up for 5 years for a new truck, and in a matter of two weeks I had a window broken out by a thief and a chip in my windshield. I called my dealer and they were the ones to refer me to Premium. With the broken out window Premium came to my work, and removed ALL the glass from the door and vacuumed out what I missed from the first round. The tech did an awesome job, and was friendly and professional. With the rock chip again they were friendly courteous and got the job done quickly and professionally. Nothing but good things to say about both interactions with these guys!
