The service is exceptional! The guys are very friendly! I had 2 tires repaired for free before I bought anything from them. I told Phil I'd be back when it was time for new tires. I got new tires today for under 30 minutes! Amazing!

Great service at a reasonable price. I had an appointment an another place and when I got there they said I needed to wait 2 more hours before they could start. So instead I drove here and they happily helped me right away!

My tires lasted 20,000 miles. Called regarding warranty and was told they sold me off road mud tires that are not meant for pavement and there is no warranty. When I bought them I was told a 50,000 mile warranty. Been using them for 20 years. Time to find a new place.

Best experience ever.Phil took prime care of meDrove in on a flat tire on my Chevy tracker and he called me 45 min later to pick it up. A great guy. Good service. Very helpful. Recommend to anyone needing tire service.Phil needs a raise!

The store manager Phil is awesome to work with. He s very customer service oriented and is a pleasure to work with. We have been going to this location for over 7 years. We just got rims and tires and installed them within 30 minutes.

Phenomenal Experience!!! Fast and Friendly service. I can t thank Phil enough for getting my tires properly balanced and installed so quickly. No other shop in the area was even able to take care of my truck with a 6 lift. Peerless handled my truck with complete confidence. Great prices on tire packages.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. I was helped by Phil, who couldn't have been nicer. He made sure I was able to get what I needed to get back on the road safely. I can't imagine going elsewhere for my vehicular needs. Thank you guys!

Phil and his team went above and beyond to help with my tires. He was honest and really made me feel like i was getting the best service possible, that i haven t gotten anywhere else. I had such a good experience at this location with this team. I ll definitely be coming back here for their services. Thank you both for all of your help and kindness!

First off...I wish there were 10 stars I could give this location.Woke up this morning with the mother-of-all flat tires. I mean flat. Flatter than the bookmark you left in that one book you always told yourself and friends you would read but never got past the third chapter...flat.I went to change my tire and was successful, until I came to the last nut. Upon further inspection I realized that the nut was completely destroyed preventing me from even budging it a little.Hope was fading...almost lost.I was able to miraculously bring the car to the Peerless Tires, and was helped by Phil (please give this guy a raise, bonus, medal of excellence). He not only was able to remove the nut releasing the tire, but also fix the entire flat diagnosing not 1 but 2 air leaks in my tire.My wife and I recently moved from the Boulder area, where it seems like people have really lost both their rules of civility but most importantly their ability to be a "good human". I have been charged for ridiculous things and paid insane price tags, but not at this location!Because of Phil and how his team were: kind, human, very result-driven with 0 bs...I not only have restored my faith in humanity, but know that there are still places in Colorado, where the Colorado hospitality still exists.Thanks gents! You will always have my business.

Tire loosing air for weeks. Didn't want to spend the money for new tires, even though they were due. Peerless mechanic, Shane said nail at edge of tire, couldn't be repaired. He asked if spare was available and of course I had that "donut" that comes with cars. He changed it out and they gave me an estimate for new tires. It was reasonable, but I am cheap. No charges. Drove for awhile on this crazy spare and it started losing air. I added. Next day, decided to get the new ones. I did compare prices and with the warranty decided it was a good deal. Took them about 1/2 hour to do, with balancing and what not. The bill was about 100. less than quoted. Tires look & feel great. So pleased I decided to go there, and the guys were the nicest. Thanks to all of you

Updating after getting another new set of tires a few years later: still just as fast and professional, great service all around.I ordered online from the Peerless website and got the wrong size of tires for my rims. The team at the North Arvada/Westminster location were able to figure out a solution in the same price range, handled the change in payment, and finished installing the new tires all in under an hour (and were very nice about it). Highly recommended!

I lost a tread on a tire my spare was no good and I needed tires Willie explained tires to me and made me understand I had to have 10 ply and there are reasons for the size the manufacturer recommends. These guys were great they did all they could and that was very professional.

This place has been under new management and the changes are definitely felt and received. Phil and his team on several occasions under emergency circumstances, one snowy and one sunny day were able to repair my tire in a fast and friendly manner. Phil and his team are my go to tire shop in the Westminster/Arvada area. Thanks again Phil!

Phill and Michael were great. I just randomly stopped in and they fixed my breaks and replaced my tires. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have their car serviced.

Josh was very informative and answered all questions. He was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. He made purchasing new tires very simple and transparent and helped me get the best price possible. The technicians Brady and Trey were very fast and professional. I was in and out in 25 minutes. I must have called a dozen tire shops before choosing this one. From the start, Philip was straightforward, honest, responsive, and accommodating. Tires were lower than competitors and service was nothing less than exceptional. Philip really went the extra mile. He gave me great advice with no up sale gimmicks, he saw to my car personally, and checked everything even while short staffed. My dealership was never this good. Philip is my guy from now on.

Above and beyond, I was in a real tough situation with 2 tires blown out and all my stuff packed ready to move someplace else with a flight the next day. Came into here and asked for some new tires. The manager, Phil, helped my pick out the tires I needed that would fit better than old ones. They were too big, and rubbing really badly. He even helped push the car into the back to be serviced after hours to ensure I make my flight. I really appreciate these guys for really saving me. Particularly the manager who had let his guys go at closing time, and stayed to make sure I was able to get out of there with no problems. Really appreciate it ya ll

Wouldn't recommend anything to do with the alignment from this shop! Had 2 vehicles done here and BOTH still had a bad alignment. Sounded fishy when Chad the mechanic said it would be 30 minutes for it to be done. It usually takes 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. Went to a different one and was told one vehicle had bad bearing which I was NEVER told at this location before he did the "alignment". They also charged one vehicle for a front wheel alignment and one for a four wheel one. THEY WERE BOTH AWD. Their alignment machine only looked like a front wheel alignment machine only. If you want an alignment, go to another shop. This one isn't reliable enough to tell you that they CAN'T do one due to the vehicles condition. Hell, Chad didn't even check before "aligning" the wheels for any ball joint issues or any other issue... I drive heavy miles every day and this was such an inconvenience to me and the other person. Definitely not taking a car to waste more money here. They also charge more than other peerless shops from what I've seen at others for the work. As far as I know the guys sitting outside working on your wheels do a better job than Chad. Anyways, please don't waste your time getting any mechanical stuff fixed at this shop.

The guy that greeted me was very offensive and demeaning. I may be a woman but I at least know what I am talking about and know more about cars then you think. I will not be returning to these fellows again.

I spent over $1200 dollars for new tires on my truck. 3 tires were inflated to 65 psi and one was at 50psi. The max tire pressure for my truck is 45 psi. They were WAY over-inflated! I thought the guys working here were professionals....so I didn't even check my tire pressure. So for three months, I have been driving around on bricks for tires. My fault for not checking them when I got home. Also, I had to wait for over 3 hours because they didn't have the tires....even though they told me they were in stock. I heard the manager arguing with people on the phone to get the tires delivered or have one of his workers pick them up. I was a longtime customer over the years. But I will be taking my business elsewhere. Check your tire pressure after you get "service" from this place. The easiest thing to do is get the tire pressure right.....they can't even do that at this location.

My husband has used this location a couple of times, and I just went in myself for the first time this past week. I cannot even begin to express how refreshing it was to have a store manager give such incredible and awesome customer service as Adrian (spelling?) did. He seriously goes above and beyond for every customer. No matter how busy, or hectic it got in there, Adrian addressed every single person that walked in and seemed to remember everyone s names as well. He was also patient and helpful when I had trouble figuring out the snap finance option. As a woman, it is really nice to go into a mechanic shop and interact with someone that did not try to overcharge me. He was also sure to communicate with me the importance of rotating my tires and keeping my car aligned. Five gold stars for thumbs up, this is the place to go!

We've purchased tires several times from peerless no problems however this time they stripped 1 stud and they were going to charge us for the repair the following day. We've had that happen at discount tire and they paid for repair. We were having brakes done so we opted to have repair done at brake repair shop to save a trip. Brake repair shop just called we have 2 more lug nuts cross threaded that have to be air hammered off costing more money. The time I saved by going to peerless over discount is costing me more.Update #1 just spoke to someone I know they had same problems at peerless as well. Never again go to discount they'll take responsibility for their mistakes. Update #2 peerless did reach out to me but at this point the problems are getting repaired elsewhere. I'm not wasting anymore time on this they had a chance to correct it at the time. I'll just know better in the future.

Needed new tires in a pinch today and couldn t be happier that I found this Peerless Tires location. Adrian was great - talked me through the benefits of different tires and helped me settle on something that will last me a long time. He was even able to accommodate me when I couldn't make my appointment time. A big thanks to the team on Sheridan.

Went looking for a new set of tires to get me to the mountains and back. Adrian guided me through the process with many questions about my driving habits and where I travel the most. Adrian came up with a great set of tires for my needs. I'd recommend anyone to go to this store for good service and quality tires.
