This is definitely my new favorite car maintenance shop! Jonah (and the rest of the staff) took great care of me. I was impressed by the great communication (including the solid explanations of the services I needed). Plus, Jonah gave me great parts and labor prices AND even helped me find an awesome coupon. 10/10 - highly recommended.

It appears they've just hired one or two new employees so things are moving a little sluggish. They're definitely trying hard but they're not a 'well oiled' machine yet. Patience, encouragement, and a watchful eye is recommended. We all had to learn new skills at some point...

I was 120 miles past due on an oil change and with an upcoming road trip, I needed a quick oil change. My mechanic couldn't fit me in for another week so I needed an alternative option.I visited Jiffy Lube and no kidding, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! The staff was courteous, professional, amazing to work with! I will definitely be going back to them for future oil changes.

My trust and recommendation for this location will never be the same. I feel taken advantage of, greatly dissatisfied, and disappointed. I drove my car in there for an oil change & engine system cleaner only to leave and get one block away, and my car started running horribly. I turned around and returned only to be told it was like that when I took it in. It was absolutely not! I had the oil changed by someone else in the parking lot and was told the issue came from an additive that mixed with my oil. They offered to have their mechanic look at it, They returned the car to me leaking oil, & lots of parts were still not bolted back together. They still refused to take responsibility. They told me the issue was previously there & I need an engine rebuild or a new engine, yet it was running just fine before they serviced it. I work hard at a local non-profit in Olde Towne Arvada, I'm left in complete shock that this happened at a place that I've recommended to so many.

I am thoroughly impressed by the top-notch service I received today that one would expect at a high-end dealer service center. Jonah, the general manager, Brett, Joshua, and Aidan were absolutely amazing. I stopped in with my buick Regal for a coolant flush and oil change. The energy and customer care were amazing. Oil change was fine. Had asked for them to look at my brakes since it was squeeking. They said they would and call me with an estimate if needed replaced. Almost 3 hours later I called, it went to voice mail. No one returned my call so drove down there...the trucks oil had been changed but they "forgot" to look at my brakes. Other then that they were nice.

The manager was respectful, clear and concise in his communication. My oil change was complete in under 30 minutes with no appointment! The price point was better than expected. Bonus: Corvus Coffee is within walking distance. Tell em Ryan sent ya!

The service guys were very unexperienced. I paid a lot of money, for young men that only pretended that they knew about cars. I left not trusting that they did what they told me they did. They couldn't check my battery because someone took the machine. They couldn't tell me if my transmission fluid was low or dirty, all he said was he touched it and it felt ok. He did this by sticking his finger in the transmission fluid. I paid $177.00 for amateur work. I won't ever return. I am not use to taking my vehicles to kids. i was desperate to get my oil changed, and especially concerned about the transmission fluid.

I have been searching for a place to get simple oil changes that don t try to over sell while being friendly and efficient. I have been here three times now and will continue to be a customer. The crew here are wonderful.

They were all friendly and professional. They changed may car oil in less than 15 minutes. When they were done, one of the guys spoke to me and told me what they did. But when he pulled out the motor oil dipstick, the oil was still dirty. When I got home I checked again and it looks like they didn t change the oil! I still need to check to see if they change the oil filter. I don t trust Mechanics at all they find ways to rip people off.

I always go to that jiffy lube because they do it quick. I don't have to wait and get it in and get it out. Really good customer service. Really good attitudes from the people that work there. I'm impressed

Never taking my car here again. Took it in for an oil change and whoever did it, didn't put the gasket back on the oil filter and was leaking oil bad. They tried to tell me it the was oil filter housing and would be $300 to fix. Do not recommend!!

In and out quick and easy for an oil change. The mechanics were good guys. I bombarded them with questions about where certain components in my engine and across my car are, and they were happy to teach me.Really appreciated that they ran me through their cleanup work and let me leave with confidence that the drain plug was reinstalled and torqued, filters changed out/inspected, cases reassembled with snug bolts, and dipstick reading clean after the oil change.

Went to my usual place and was quoted $193.00 for an oil change on my VW. I went back out to the car, called 2 places in Arvada and chose to go to Jiffy Lube. With online coupons, total was $102. Brett (only name I remember) was great and the team did their jobs well.

I brought my car in for an oil change and was greeted by Jonah, who was very polite and helpful in making sure I had the correct oil for my vehicle. While waiting for my car to get serviced, I was approached by Matt, who went over other maintenance procedures that my vehicle needed. With his detailed explanation, I was fully able to understand the importance of the extra services my car needs in order to maintain the life of my vehicle.I was then notified by James that I had a nail in my driver front tire and that my skid plate was hanging down as well. Not only was he able to explain the importance of a skid plate to me, but he took the time to make sure he properly put my skid plate back where it goes. I then was checked out by Adrian, who knowleagdely explained the prices and break down of all my services.Just know that I will definitely come back to this location for all my car needs! Great service and professionalism from all the staff who interacted with me! Great job guys! Keep it up! I'm definitely recommending this location to everyone!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Very friendly and prompt staff when I was there. Best time to go is when they open in the morning. No lines. As a result, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Got full service oil change and road trip inspection. Excellent service.

Fast and friendly service however they set my tire pressure to the wrong spec and the indicator went off on my HUD after I left. Cost me a return trip the next day.
