They told me the enhanced flooded battery recommended for my Subaru could not be purchased in Colorado. I went to my mechanic interstate dealer and he had it in a week. The sales rep from this store called me and was less than pleasant saying he didn't say that then hung up on me. The assistant manager was non apologetic too. I won't be back.

This little battery center holds quite a bit when it comes to batteries. In fact, the only thing I think they didn't have clearly was single pack 9-volt batteries. Which is pretty nice.Plus, as I waited in line, I overhead (which is easy to do with ears like mine) the conversation ahead of me. The claim of people being "knowledgeable" working here is definitely put to task. They gave the older dude ahead of me exactly location's and described in detail what sort of store to look for to assist him.Pretty based company, honestly.

Bought a battery for my 4-Runner here five years ago. Came back again this week and got the same wonderful customer service treatment. The young man that sold me the new battery and installed it was so nice, helpful and professional. I didn't get his name but he was cashier 926234. I'm 78 so this may be my "forever" battery, but if I'm still around in five years, I'll come back to this place again.

Been struggling with a problem had 2 different batteries... come to find out they've been the wrong battery the whole time. I needed an AGM battery instead of lead acid because of my start/ stop function. Had the same problem with the battery replacement went to tell them they gave me the wrong battery but it wasn't testing bad... the guy got the right battery at it on the counter and told me he couldn't warranty it and that I probably needed to go to the dealership...How about you give me the right battery for my car. It's not fun pushing it out of traffic when it doesn't start back up.

Great batteries and great service! Last set of batteries lasted 13 years ans were still good just thought it was time to replace.I will always return to this interstate for any and all of my battery needs. Thanks Interstate!

The assistant (Daniel?) Was so efficient ,friendly and fast not just for me but for the 6 customers he had going at once. Great customer service. Issac was awesome too!

Came in with an absolute FRIED battery and the Assistant Manager Daniel was a HUGE help, I didn't have funds for the new battery associated with my car so deals where made and I got assistance that makes me have faith in humanity was able to come back get a beautiful new battery installed all thank to him. Daniel you sir are a gem in a world of coal, never change!

Had my battery replaced and the connectors were so corroded, new battery could not be connected. Daniel was able to replace the broken connector while Ansel was kind enough to drive me to a Dr. appointment. Jun even allowed Ansel to pick me up in my own car from my apt. Would have definitely missed my appointment if it wasn t for the kindness of these guys. So thankful for all their help and going the extra mile, literally. Thanks guys!

One of the most reliable and honest battery places to shop for all your battery needs! Employees know the right information for all your questions and concerns when it comes to batteries. Not to mention they'll never sell you something you don't need plus they have fantastic warranties. Honesty is the best policy and customers always come first!

I installed two batteries in my diesel Ford pickup and have had nothing but problems with them. This is actually my second round the first round was replaced 12 months ago. The batteries don't seem to hold the charge. I had to jump them in order to get my truck started so that they could check the batteries and they said the batteries were good. However in the morning they seem to be down to 11.9 volts and I don't have any parasite draw draining them. When I was there there was another gentleman who had the same problem he had to jump his truck every morning to get his truck started and they told him that the batteries were good. I ended up buying Motorcraft batteries for my truck and have had good luck with those in the past. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable they even tried to check the batteries voltage to see if one of the batteries was bad without disconnecting the other battery. I will never buy another Interstate Battery again. Cheers

Very helpful staff. Confirmed my old battery needed replaced and checked my charging system.25% off because some warranty left on the old battery. They didn't install mine because it's complicated to get to.

I bought a battery here a couple of years ago for my car and have never had any trouble with it. The guy at the counter was very helpful. I paid extra to have him put my new battery in for me and take the old one away and it was well worth the extra charge (which I think was $25, if I remember right). I am a woman, so this service helped me a lot. Really felt I was well taken care of here as a customer. I will definitely be back, the next time I need a battery.

I have stopped by to have batteries replaced in a couple of cars. The staff working there are so incredibly helpful, they always go way above and beyond to please the customer. They will always be our go to destination for any and all of our battery needs.

Needed a new battery. Affordable in comparison to some other places and they will replace it for you. That however is an additional $20 charge. Took only about 15 -20 minutes to get it all done. Much better than going to a dealership.

First off, we always use interstate batteries for our battery needs due to the customer service they provide. I had the most ridiculous car battery issue and Keenan went out of his way to make sure my car was good to go before I could leave. Interstate stands behind their batteries and go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend!

Will not Warranty a defective 1.5 yr old MTP 48h6 battery.Swollen leaky mess, leaves me stranded.I will not be purchasing interstate batteries anymore if they refuse to Warranty regular use cases. They made it sound like I'm out here throwing batteries on the ground.Edit: just this branch. Don't use them

Too busy to assist me. There were 3 customers in the store and they said they were too busy to assist me.They did have time to look up the price of my battery which was literally twice the price buying it online with free shipping.I have bought many things at this location in the past, but no more. This was the last straw. The car batteries I bought there were ok, and they had a good warranty to be fair.... but I get the same warranty, service, and quality at Auto Zone and they are NEVER TOO BUSY to assist me.Cons: Bad customer service, High Prices, middle of the road batteriesPros: Decent selection in store

Arvada store exceeded my expectations. I was a walk-in. My battery was shot and so were my fobs. Jake got me squared away and back on the road quickly. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. 5/5

Ok so had the best experience here! The service I received to test out our 2 Rv batteries was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Then I had a challenge with the batteries and they went above and beyond in resolving it and created a lifetime customer! The manager was awesome and the whole shop is 5 stars for sure! Best batteries around and the testing they do on them is way more complex than other places. Won t be going anywhere else!!! Thank You!!!

Jun was amazing. Stayed late to finish 6 batteries on my motorhome. Issues with the inverter. He came to me to hook up one more cable after researching potential issues. Don t find this level of service and caring very often. Highly recommend.

Just went to swap out a battery in my sisters car, John/Josh (not quite sure which his name was) was incredibly friendly, helpful and even gave me some tools to use to swap it out right in the parking lot

I needed to replace a battery that was made but Interstate but under a different name. Jun was amazing to work with. We called Customer Service to double check. He replaced my dead battery with a brand new one. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Great Service!

Recently purchased a car battery here and had a great experience. Was helped by Brad C. and he was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He helped me get the right battery for my needs and expertly installed it as well. Definitely recommend this interstate battery store for all of your battery needs.

I bought a battery from Interstate all battery center on 07/07/2015 still have the receipt, today is 06/26/2018 the truck would not start I was able to jump it. Went to the store with the receipt and was told that the battery is out of the free replacement period I asked then why does it say on the battery 5 year warranty the clerk said they will take off 55% that the warranty was only good for 2 and a half years I would have to pay to get a new battery. Went to sears and bought a Diehard battery asked them about there warranty they will honor for 5 years and replace at no cost and put that in writing. Buyer be ware don't but interstate batteries from this company.

The guys were great. Bought a camper in September of 2016. The camper dealer ( Ketelsen's) would not warranty what the sell. Typical if you read Ketelsen reviews. But Interstate checked my battery found 2 dead cells and replaced it under the warranty. Great to see a store that gives customers what they paid for!!!

I had to bring an Interstate 12 volt battery in for warranty that I had originally purchased in Arizona. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful and polite. I wish I caught his name so I could give him a shout out. He ran the test on the battery and was able to exchange the defective battery with a new one. I am very thankful he was willing to help

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. But very busy & took several days to resolve the problem & determine battery was bad & exchange it. Good thing I had other cars.
