I believe the person at the front desk was Joseph, perhaps. Not to sure. However this is my second time coming to for car service. I won t be going anywhere else. They helped me getting reasonably priced tires as well as an alignment. Great experiences so far and stellar customer service. I would highly recommend as someone who s lived in this area for years. Couldn t express how much I would recommend this place in a review. This is the place to go.

Thanks to Jessie Lyn, Joseph and the great mechanics who worked on the used vehicle for my grandson. They did a complete inspection and prioritized the work needed to get the vehicle road ready and safe. The quote was fair and ended up costing less than we expected. They even found replacement parts that saved us some money. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond normal service expectations. As a customer of this service center for decades, the new employees continue to impress me and deliver the service promised. Thank you so much.

Had availability last minute for an alignment/rotate and balance this AM on my FJ Cruiser. The team was friendly, quick, and most importantly did the job RIGHT. And to boot they did an inspection on my car and found rear brakes that were near the end of life. Not pushy at all to get it done, but just helpful and informative. Will be coming back in the future!

Colorado Land is a Premier Car Care Center! I took my vehicle to them...it had multiple issues and also needed new tires. They expertly fixed every issue...their customer service and satisfaction is second to none!! I highly recommend Jason and his team! I wont take my car to anyone else ever!! April 2nd went to Coloradoland, again they were awesome! Best place in town hands down!

Put in an appointment request online. Received an email that they would respond within 24 hours. It's now been over 3 days and I've gotten no response/update. It's fine if they want you to call to schedule, just don't have an online option in that case

Friendly staff, but charge absurdly, laughably high prices more than double what other people are charging for the exact same work and parts. Quoted me nearly $1,200 for a very simple brake job that should cost at most $600. The invoice showed that the vast majority of this was tacked on to the labor costs to make them ridiculously high per part. I'm not exactly sure how they are able to stay in business when competitors offer great service at half the price.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Coloradoland got us in for a pre-purchase inspection on a Saturday(!) and did a great job while delivering the car back to me extremely fast. The staff there was extremely friendly and very helpful in learning about my new car. Definitely recommend!

The guy told me I needed new brakes after they change my oil and oil filter. I took it to Goodyear and they inspected my brakes and told me I DIDN'T need new brakes because there was 7/32 not 3/32. I WON'T be coming back to Colorado Land again.

John was the counter person when I arrived. He could not been friendlier or more professional. He kept me informed as the AC service progressed. He also kept my final bill at the amount I was quoted over the phone. The service took longer than expected; however, parts had to ordered and delivered. I have used Coloradoland on several occasions. They are my go-to service shop.Service: Air conditioning

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are trustworthy, reliable, quick, and provide the absolute best customer service. Michael deserves all the praise. His customer service is outstanding, and he always remembers me every time I come in. Yesterday when I picked up my car from an oil change there was a gentleman in there picking up his car, and when I was telling Michael how lucky this place was to have him that gentleman chimed in saying he could not agree more. Michael even knew his children since they now come there to have their cars serviced as well. It is very rare to find a place like this anymore these days and I will be sending my children there one day too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING SUCH WONDERFUL SERVICE!

My daughter and I brought her car into the shop with an Emissions print out and asked what it would cost to repair as well as when they were available. The gentleman at the desk said we needed to pay$110 for another diagnostic test that would take 5 mins. After telling him we knew what was wrong and just wanted to get it fix so she could pass emissions and he insisted it had to go on their machine. After agreeing to let them test it he said he would call her Monday with an estimate. The estimate was over $1500 and included tires and other repairs we didn t need to have done. We asked for an email of the estimate, they never sent it. She decided to go ahead with some of the repairs and they said to drop it off that Friday. Which she did. Friday night came and no call or communication from them. She called and they told her, the part they needed didn t come in. She needs her car for work so we went and picked it up. They told her to bring it back Tuesday, so we did. Tuesday they call and say it now needs $2600 in repairs. Frustrated we came went in paid the diagnostic fee and decided to take it somewhere else. I thought this was a good company they had worked on my vehicles in the past, but I have lost faith in them. We felt like they were giving us the runaround and no longer trust their ability to diagnose and simply listen to their customers.

Initially I worked with Shane, He was not rushed. He took the time to go on-line to show me my different options for tires. I selected tires. Jason who is awesome did help us complete the sales. Both men were so attentive, and helpful. What a great experience. Can't wait to see how my new tires actually handle snow and ice. I purchased my tires here at the end of 2021. I returned today to get a nail removed/hole patched. They told me they were not able to patch the hole and I needed 4 new tires. I left and drove it at straight to Discount Tire and they were able to patch the hole. Yes, I do need new tires soon, but it s odd that Discount was able to patch the hole and Coloradoland was not. Seems like shady business practices, I will not be going back here.Service: Tires

I had to take my truck back twice, but they made it VIP and got the job done with no extra price, and if things play out right they might even pay have of my tow fee to get it there... They aim to achieve John is very helpful as much a Jesse... And please support Jesse in Daconno Colorado at the stock car races.... Ty Guys and Staff

We came into the store late afternoon to have the pressure checked for all of our tires. Upon finding issues with nails, Jason showed us where the nails were and provided options on next steps. This shop is a joke. I go in for a stalled engine diagnose. They advise to change timing belt. Then after I purchase the parts they do another diagnose and advise me that I need a whole new engine. I told them to replace timing belt components and they refused so I refused any further service from them. I then pick up my car with a tow truck and in the process I notice missing bolts and parts. They replaced the few parts that were visibly missing. I recently took my car, exactly as they left it, to another shop and it's been a headache of more missing bolts and parts. My new mechanic replaced the timing belt and my car started right up. I will be pushing for legal advise and will be looking for complete compensation for all missing parts that I had to purchase. Mechanics here are young and is obvious they have minimal experience. They were charging me $580 for just labor. My new mechanic did everything Labor and Purchased the parts needed for $450. Save your time, money and stress and run the other way from this location.

Customer service was excellent and I thought it might take several days before they knew what was wrong with my car but it was repaired so fast! My mom recommended them because they ve been helpful and affordable for her. My experience was the same. I had a nail in my tire they were nice, it took less than an hour, and only cost $30. Thank you!

These guys are always amazing! Always working with you. I bought tires that were a little too big on accident and instead on charging me two mounting fees for having to put those tires on, realizing they don't fit right, take them off and put my original tires back on, they gave me a huge discount. I was really appreciative of that! They're a great bunch of people that work there!! The only downfall I have is that they don't have hot chocolate in their waiting area anymore . Lol.

About a week and a half prior to this visit, I bought a new tire at this shop. It seemed to be losing air every day but there was no puncture. I brought it back and they determined it was a bead leak. They fixed it with a bead sealant at no charge. Four days later it's still good so I guess that did the trick.

Excellent service. Replaced all 4 rotors and brake pads and changed the oil. We will go here again for future diagnostic and repairs. Colorado Land and Tires was recommended by 2 different friends of ours. We are happy with the service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
