For being 545pm and the store closing at 6. Zoe took her time in assisting us with all of our questions, gave us recommendations, and is super knowledgeable! She gave options that saved us money, time, and has given me the confidence in making a choice on my brakes! This is MY Brakes Plus going forward! Huge THANK YOU to Zoe and her team! You have a customer for life!

If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys aligned my truck right! Initially, I took my truck to another brakes plus and that brakes plus tried to nickel and dime me and didn t align my truck whatsoever. Hell, my steering wheel had to be turned 45� to the left to drive straight. So I called this store to see if I could get better results and they took care of me for free and in a timely manner. Chris the store manager was extremely understanding and helpful not only with me but every customer who walked through that door. He only had one goal and that was to make sure his customers made it home safely in their vehicles. Even me who wasn t initially his customer. Seriously, these guys will treat you right and get the work done on your vehicle done right the first time. Thanks guys. - Jake

Came In to get my brakes checked out as they had begun squeeling. Found out that I had to replace front brakes and rotors. Not a bad price I have to say. Thank you to Carlos and David who were a real help and very kind to me the whole time.

Staff was friendly, professional, waiting area was very pleasant & clean. Tech performed complimentary inspection of my brake pads. Did not need replacement yet. Alignment done as requested, $20 coupon applied. I had to wait longer than was necessary. But over all, I would endorse & recommend this location of Brakes Plus for your automotive service needs.

Amazing service and very friendly and accommodating staff. Had scheduled for an oil change but also needed new break pads, they were able to get it all done within an hour of closing time. David was the man! Will absolutely come back here for any car needs.

Got an alignment here, after getting new tires at discount tires across the street.The team was super knowledgeable and timely, David the manager walked me through the alignment review, didn t push other services that weren t needed, and had me rolling in new trends into the spring snow!Thanks David and the Brakes plus team, will be back for sure!

In the beginning, I took my car to Firestone to inquire about some breaks for my 2019 Nissan Rouge. They wanted to charge $905. For my front and back brakes. We contacted brakes plus and spoke to Marcus Vigil. I took my car in, and he took care of me. Total amount for my brakes front and back $489. With a lifetime warranty. As a woman, I feel firestone was trying to take advantage of me. Brake Plus had no hidden costs. I highly recommend you ask for Marcus Vigil he is an honest guy !!

Chris Moore was awesome! I am a young girl don t know nothing about cars and trying to understand what I need for my car!! I would definitely recommend going to see Chris for all of your needs! One of the best places to take your car in to get your car checked out. Had some major problems and got it fixed, it was on the road the same day. The best customer service I ever had in a very long time. I recommend taking your car in for any problems that you have because of the customer service. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. Great managers and great staff very hard workers making sure your car is safe for driving. Don't wait, get your car in and have them checked out for you!!!

After making an appointment a day in advance for an alignment on my boss's Jeep for 10am today, he arrived early for the appointment and waited until 10:50 with no movement on his vehicle. The shop then informed me the process to do an alignment was between an hour and an hour and a half, however, his vehicle wasn't even touched when he left at 10:50. That would mean an hour to an hour and half from the time it is taken back, so basically the shop was over an hour behind. I called this store 30mins prior to the 10am appointment and spoke to the manager himself (Chris) and he didn't mention being behind or that the appointment was going to be pushed back. This is poor communication on many levels. I understand the time it takes for the alignment, but then to have to wait for an hour before the vehicle has even moved from the parking lot? Also, the staff was jovial and joking around while people were waiting to be helped. I definitely do not recommend this place.

My engine went out and I had it towed to this location in mid-December. Marcus and his team helped diagnose the cost of repair for free and unfortunately, it was a loss. The team gracefully allowed me to keep the vehicle on the property through the holidays and went above and beyond to accommodate me. This is one shop I will be returning to and recommending to everyone I know. Thank you, Marcus and team!

This is the absolute most worst place to take a vehicle. I let them do my front brakes and rotors in July of 2022 and I had to go back twice since then because the vehicle was shaking out of control and they had to redo the rotors multiple times before they got it right and obviously they never got it right because in November of 2023. The car was shaking again so I took it back in to them. And they said oh, it's not your front end this time. It's the rear end, so we paid them to do the rear end, rotors and brakes in March of 2024. We don't drive this car that much. It's only a in town car. We only drive it to work and home. So in March of 2024 this month we let them work on it and they did the rear brakes and rotors. Well, as soon as I leave, the vehicle is shaking worse than before. So I take the vehicle right back to them. I was at Brakes Plus from 8:30 AM all the way until 3:30 PM. Just for them to come out and tell me oh, it wasn't the back. It was the front end again, so they told me for $500 we can fix your front end. I was like I thought it was the rear? Now it's the front? So they fixed the rear for no reason. And now they want to fix the front again when they never fixed the front end correctly in the first place. I will never take a vehicle there again. They are scammers and schemers. My vehicle still isn't right. And they still haven't offered to make it right, so I'm taking it to the higher-ups to get it figured out.

Have taken cars here for years between my partner and I. They've always done great work, at reasonable prices. Often much faster than other mechanics I have looked at in the past. Marcus and Kaden were very helpful in this most recent issue which had left me distressed. Was nice I knew I could count on them to fix the problem.

These guys are great. Had a skid plate dragging, made an appointment for Saturday morning on late Friday night. Took it in, they patched it up, had it ready in an hour, free of charge. Had never been to this location, but I ll certainly be back with this kind of customer service.

Extremely happy! After receiving an estimate to replace my brakes rotors and pads, do a brake flush, replace front and rear shocks and struts, do an alignment and more, I decided to stop by Brakes Plus in Arvada. The Manager Chris and his staff took excellent care of me (customer service) and my 2011 Subaru Outback. From the start, the estimate they gave me for the same work was 5 - 6x less than the first shop I had gotten an estimate. Second, from start to finish, the customer service Chris and his staff provide is bar-none--I knew I was in safe and great hands. They did all the work and then some, and everything was seamless, including taking care of the Lyft service to get me home and back to pick up my car. AAA+++ Highly recommend! Will be back again! A friend and I came here to get her break lights fixed. These guys wanted to charge her 60 dollars for 3 dollar lights.The man who was telling us this was condesending and rude.We waited an hour just to have them tell us it was 60 dollars

Went for routine brake pads and was so surprised when they offered to call me a Lyft so I could get back to work while I left my car. They then ordered my one to come pick it up! Super nice service that they add. In terms of the actual work needed on the car, I had a surprise issue come up. They were direct and transparent with pricing. We all hate those unexpected car repairs but I was very grateful to work with these guys. Everything is in good shape now and I will be back!

I ve been getting my oil changes here for several years on three different cars. This breaks Plus is fantastic! I ve always had great service, and efficient and not too expensive. They always have some kind of online coupon that you can apply for at least $10. Make sure to ask for one! Of course, if you go for the more deluxe packages, you can get a bigger discount. They will also text you when you are ready to pick up your car. Then you can visit one of the many shops nearby while you wait :-)

I had a very frustrating experience at this location, I made an appointment for 10 o clock and was told that the work that they would be doing would take one and a half to two hours. After arriving at my appointment time and giving them the key, my car sat in the lot for 45 minutes before they even brought it in. It took over two hours to align my tires and look at my brakes. All told I was stuck at this store for a little over three hours. I understand that things don t always happen as quickly as you would like them to, but it is very frustrating to have an appointment and still end up waiting for twice the time you were quoted.After driving my car a bit more, I am editing this review. My rear suspension now makes a large amount of squeaking noise when I go over any remotely uneven roads. Also, they didn t fasten the cover for the lug nuts on my wheels properly, and two of them fell off while driving on the highway. I do not have any issue with brakes plus as a company, but this location clearly has several people working there who do not care about their work or about customer experience.

I m really lucky to of found this spot, a few other places tried to overcharge me on something me and my buddy couldn t fix ourselvesWe ended up getting brakes and rotars here installed etc and couldn t be happier with the service by Marcus Vigil and their team. It was really good to be treated well and have not been charged literally hundreds more through other companies I d seen charging crazy amounts.Im going to be coming back every time I need brakes or other services they can do!!!5 stars!!!
