Please read the update at the end for the full story.This visit did not turn out well.When I picked up the vehicle and started it, I could tell immediately it was idling very roughly the acceleration performance had dropped significantly.Part of the repair was addressing the check engine light. I drove a few miles away to fill up the gas tank with premium gas as was recommended. After I got in and started the truck up again after the fueling, the check engine light was on again.The most frustrating part of this whole debacle is that I made a reservation and delivered my truck on Monday. I did not get the repair completed notice until just before closing time on Friday. So I gave up my truck for an entire week and now I have to find more time to bring it back and continue working to get it right.That s a lot of cost in lost work that I cannot do because I m waiting. I ve had good experience with you in the past, but this time something is way off, I hope you can do better. I m willing to give you a chance to get it right, but I really hope you take this serious and don t delay me anymore than absolutely necessary.Update:I received a call from Brian shortly after posting this review. He explained that he was out of town and did not personally perform the quality check on this repair. He went on to explain how it shouldn t have been released if it was not right. He promised to make it right as the top priority for the shop. I returned the truck to them first thing Monday.They were able to detect the problem quickly and replace the parts that failed at their own expense.They explained how it happened, and how it was not easily foreseeable, and convinced me that it wasn t due to lack of effort on the part of the technician.In summary, my truck is now running great, the issues have been corrected and my faith in Bending Wrenches and Brian and his team is restored. As a service provider myself, I know personally that although the goal is to always get it right the first time, sometimes things go wrong despite your best effort. That s when you must show your client that you value them and their patronage, and that your reputation is way more valuable than your profit margin. We ve all heard stories about other repair shops who make excuses and fail to take responsibility for errors made. That is not the case here. This shop is completely trustworthy and accepts full accountability for their performance.I will continue to recommend Bending Wrenches.

The staff of bending wrenches has ALWAYS been courteous, informative, and trustworthy. Prices for services are reasonable. They have continued to monitor the past, present, and future maintenance required for our 2001 Odyssey (224000 miles; original engine with a rebuilt transmission). A very well built and enduring product. The most recent maintenance visit to Bending Wrenches was for time and distance on the vehicle. Spark plugs needed to be replaced, and plug cylinders needed cleaning. Once again the team completed a thorough inspection of the vehicle. The result being a well tuned reliable vehicle for another cross country trip. Thank you Bending Wrenches!

Bending Wrenches has done some amazing work on both of our cars, and have been nothing but fantastic to deal with. They have always been punctual and have communicated all updates and delays clearly and on-time. Their prices are reasonable, and we have never had an issue when negotiating which services need to be performed. Their warranty even covered us completely when we had a replacement part defect. Office staff are great at explaining operations and feedback on the inspections and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of a mechanic, you can t do better than this team.

Brian and his team have been servicing all of our families and friends vehicles for 8 years and we ve been there many times with multiple vehicles! Sometimes it seems we are there often enough they are like our second family. But from the front of house to the back we are always taken care of and our cars have lasted much longer because of them. So glad I was referred to them many years ago! Also to all the women, rest assured Brian and his team will not pressure you to think that you need something when you don t. He explains it and shows with photos what you need. He even color codes it and says this is needed to be on the road safely, this needs future attention, and this is recommended. I ve always been respected when I haven t moved forward with something and his prices tend to stay somewhat lower so I can make future repairs when needed.

From start to finish it was a positive experience. Excellent communication all the way through. Wasn t ready to spend the money on the repairs but they were essential to keep my vehicle on the road. I like that pictures were included in the estimate of issues found that I didn t even know about. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

The service we received from Bending Wrenches and all of their service people was OUTSTANDING. They were very honest and upfront with what repairs HAD to be done and helped us make a plan for future repairs. I have already referred two friends to your shop and I trust that you will take good care of them as you did with us.

The attention and professionalism I received from the staff was amazing. They detailed everything that needed to be done and honestly told me what was a priority to keep my truck running in top condition. They were a fraction of what the dealership was wanting to charge me and offered me the same warranty and quality. Work was done quickly and thoroughly and I felt safer and more confident with their work then if I would have let the dealership work on my truck. I highly recommend Bending Wrenches to everyone.

Brian and Alissa have been straight forward to work with. Helpful, patient and happy to work with our odd schedules.We have been here a few times now, and each time we have a solid experience. They don t seem to extend the scope of work without cause (unlike our general experience at Service St.) and the work they do seems fairly priced.Will be back.

This shop was recommended to me and I'm going to recommend them to anyone who needs service. As a single mom affording expensive repairs is a bit complicated, this shop understood that and worked with me to make sure I addressed the necessary repairs to keep me and my family safe on the road. From the first call to schedule my appointment, all of my return calls to ask many questions (which they took the time to explain the answers so I could understand), and to the time I was able to pick up my vehicle this group of people really took great care of me. There was a hiccup with some of my parts for my transmission replacement and they handled it professionally and with tact. From the front desk staff Alyssa and Amy, to the owner Brian, and all the technicians I greatly appreciate you.Thank you very much!!!

These people are great! Super nice up front, and do great and HONEST work. They not only told me the issue, but told me of another issue and that I could hold off a bit if needed. They gave me an estimate, and then did the repair. When I picked it up, it was actually 400 less than the estimated price bc a part that might have needed replaced actually came with another part being repaired. Would absolutely recommend.

I have owned a car for nearly 40 years and have taken my vehicles to many repair shops. Bending Wrenches is by far the best shop I have ever experienced. I have taken many vehicles there over the past 15 years. They are excellent mechanics, fair, trustworthy and kind. Brian is a great business owner and professional in his field.

Moving to Colorado it was hard to find a place that had good people and good services. They are very well educated and know what they are doing. I moved here in July and haven t been to another place since. The service advisor Alyssa is the sweetest girl and knows what she s doing.

I own a small fleet of vehicles so finding a place I trust not to rip me off is a tall order usually. I can say with confidence that these guys will take care of you. Not only are they fairly priced, they are also honest and thorough. They use quality parts as well. I could not be happier with the service and quality they give me.Edit: 4/2022 Another outstanding experience with Brian and the guys at Bending Wrenches. They rebuilt my corvette like thr total pros they are. This car is mind blowing. I was expecting good but nothing like this. I'm truly excited about trusting these guys to do right by me. When I complained, I thought I was being overcharged. He told me take my money and never come back again. The FU attitude of this staff and they re overcharging you should be aware of.
