Car stuff can be intimidating as a woman but this store was great. Everyone was so nice. Jake helped me with a diagnostic on my truck and even fixed a couple things I had been slacking on. Great experience!

Thank you so much to Jake L for helping me out. I was purchasing the wrong bulb for my headlights and he quickly jumped in and set me up with the correct ones I needed. He also replaced them and showed me how to do it properly if I ever need to in the future. Thanks for all you do Jake, especially in our cold winter months.

I had a tail light go out and googled if I could replace it myself. I watched a YouTube video and figured I might be able to do it if I took my time. I m going thru a divorce and have no males to ask for help and also didn t want to pay my mechanic for such a small job. I went to this Autozone and asked for replacement bulbs. The lovely man who was helping me (I m sorry I didn t catch his name) had the bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes. It would have taken me probably an hour. I am so, so thankful for his help and cried when I got home. I ve always had such helpful, amazing people here and I m so grateful.

I had a late night emergency come up. Jake truly took care of me. He stayed open to help me, pointed out a sale, even opened the door on the way out since my arms were full.

I am forever grateful to Phil at this auto zone. He did the diagnostic for free and then instead of having me buy the $220 part, he checked my oil which was bone dry. He took his time to fill it with the right oil and boom, check engine light is off. THANK YOUUUUUUUU

First time going to auto zone and it was a great experience. Manager Phil and worker mike were extremely helpful. I needed a new alternator and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10 recommend this location.

Perfect service! Limped my car in with its old battery. It just took minutes to determine it needed a new one, check on the warranty (honored without hesitation) and replace it so I could be on my way! Phil was so friendly and professional. Absolutely stop by this Autozone if you need anything!

Went to come get a brake light replacement and Phil was incredibly helpful! I had no idea how to change the bulb and didn t have the right tools to take the cover off. Phil actually was came out to my car and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate it.

The guys at this location are top notch from the manager to associates. I brought in my car for the free service battery check. I had so much corrosion on my battery than I like to admit but with a lot of patience, determination and elbow grease they were able to not only check my battery percentage but repair another issue that must of just been caused from all the corrosion. I can not thank them enough ,not only do they have a new loyal customer but I will refer them to all my family and friends.

I ve never had a better experience at any customer service driven business. My Jeep broke down, and for half the day, Phil the store manager, and Michael the sales rep, helped me track down parts, and helped troubleshoot issues. Phil even took me to another store to get a part I needed. Michael helped me install another difficult part as well. I highly recommend this location for any need. Thank you guys, you re a great team!

This AutoZone is one of my favorite parts stores in Arvada. Staff has always been friendly, and Michael always makes sure i find what i need. Even though this seems to be a smaller store, they are well stocked with parts and a nice selection of tools and just about any other auto need you might have. If not, they usually have it by the next morning.

Michael and Phil were so nice! They helped me tighten the bolts on my windshield wipers and helped me figure out the issue. Amazing customer service and I will buy from this location in the future when I need anything !

Came to AutoZone because my brake light and third brake light was out. Phil helped me right away. He looked up the correct parts, went and got them for me in the store and installed both lights for me. He even showed me how to replace both lights and what tools I needed. I bought a door panel remover to make it easier for next time. Phil went above and beyond. Best customer service I ve had at any store in a long time. Definitely recommend this as your Home AutoZone.

I had a dying/dead battery. It was a crazy hectic horrible day for me on top of this issue. Luckily, at days end, I met Judy with this Auto Zone and I just have to say, she is AMAZING! Her customer service is an exemplary, and she is an outstanding, exceptional, professional employee. Any company she works for needs to know she should be valued for working to maintain their business by her ability to help customers. She is what real customer service means. It is so nice in this Denver Metro Area, where actual customer service is non existent, to find someone who still knows what it is and knows how to make the world a better place. Thank you Judy for your wonderful help with my car.

I wanted to give a giant thank you to Michael and Phil here at Autozone. They went above and beyond in helping me get set up with an alternator going bad on my vehicle. By far the best service I have ever gotten walking into any autoshop. Their knowledge and determination really shined on properly diagnosing my vehicle and assisting in getting everything fixed up. I needed a few different parts for my car and I was not sure exactly which type, size, or variety of parts were the best. I had the greatest good fortune to have Daniel L. help me. He took his time to learn exactly what I needed, double checked the parts with my exact car, and helped me to get everything I needed. His professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and quick resolution to my car issues was outstanding. I am truly thankful for such amazing customer service. AutoZone and its employee Daniel L far exceeded my expectations for a local auto store. You have a customer for life due to Daniel's superior customer service.
