I appreciate the customer service, transparency and explanations provided. They were able to complete the full inspection and repair the same day. The communication was easy and inspection report was detailed w/ photos. Price seemed fair, would recommend.

Upon walking in for the first time, I was immediately greeted with a smile and an official "welcome to the family." The staff are super friendly and explain how everything works very well. The constant communication of what's going on is a great touch and being able to approve or deny repairs before they're made is great. ATLR is my new place for taking care of my Camry.

This is an update to a previous review. On an earlier visit we had some work done and some of that work hadn't been fully completed. When we brought the car back in to have the work completed we were initially met with some resistance about that. The manager then reached out to us and apologized, and let us know that this wasn't their standard and they'd use this as a learning opportunity. The work we've had done to our car at ATLR has always been high quality. People make mistakes, of course, but if feel very strongly that it is how those mistakes are handled that matters the most, and the team at ATLR did an excellent job. They do good work, and in the inevitable case where a mistake is made, they'll work hard to make it right and keep you happy, and I appreciate that.

Very professional and friendly staff. They communicate well and do an excellent job. They will send you text with pictures of exactly what everything on your car looks like . Their pricing is reasonable Jeff trained with a Toyota dealership and is as good as them but his prices are better I highly recommend using ATLR.

ATLR provided exceptional customer service. Liz was easy and a pleasure to work with. She consistently kept us updated about the status of our vehicle and it felt like she genuinely cared that our experience was good. It's nice to work with someone like Liz because car repairs/maintenance can be difficult and frustrating to deal with. We will definitely return to and recommend ATLR.

2005 Toyota Tacoma. Devopled a missing in my 4.0 V6 on start up. Research a number of Toyota mechanics. Once speaking with ATLR Liz service coordinator knew her service. Represented ATLR as she own the place. Explain the repair process. Answer all my questions. ATLR provide a quick estimate detailing all necessary work. Was repaired on time, on budget. Tacoma is running great. Thank you! ATLR.

Excellent team! They did great work and stuck to their timeline. Also helped me discover that the dealership didn't do some work they said they did so I was able to get money back there. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend ATLR for your Lexus and Toyota needs! Not only did they provide my inspection details on the same day I dropped my car off, but they were incredibly thorough. The provided detailed descriptions and photos of everything they found. Nikki provided incredible customer service and helped answer any questions I had with honesty. ATLR clearly puts the customer first!

The photo doesn t seem to have any validity connection with the establishment.The reception was courteous, pleasant and professional. The service was done in a timely manner. I asked gutted a torn boot on steering to be replaced. They indicated a vey slight seal - look at it next service. This indicates honest advice as they could have sold me a lot more work.I didn t ask (I forgot) but they took off wheels and checked brakes .I m very pleased with the professionalism of this garage.

Just visited with my new to me 100 Series Land Cruiser. What a fantastic experience. They gave the rig a good thorough once over and documented the findings with photos. We have a priority list of things to address, and I look forward to working with them to get them addressed.

I've used ATLR multiple times, and take the extra effort to bring my 1999 4Runner to them from a few hours away in the mountains. Always a positive experience. Things of note are the thorough inspections, simple communication via text, and peace of mind knowing the shop is very experienced at working with a specific make and model.

I won t take my 10 Tundra anywhere else. Cam and ATLR are 5 stars. Always great service, follow up and they talk TOY for real and will always steer you in the right direction and take the time to walk you through the repairs with no BS. 150K milestone service, A/C, suspension modifications. Had a major emergency repair that needed to get done on my only vehicle, ATLR went out of their way to fit the work in. They did an excellent job of explaining to me what caused the problem and the extent of the work that had to be completed. Very friendly staff and excellent communication throughout the process.

We had our vehicle in for a problem reported by the onboard computer. ATLR diagnosed the problem and provided us an online portal to select from their recommended services that was incredibly easy to use, and included detailed service and pricing information. The work was completed quickly, and communication was EXCELLENT. Customer since ~2022 (I think) with 05' Tacoma. I don't work on cars, but try to be knowledgeable on basics and the mechanics of them.Operationally (5 star) ATLR is efficient. Allowing you to make appointments via online, text, or calling. I recommend using their new online platform. And prior to using it I think taking advantage the ability to upload photos and videos is super helpful. As for intake, inspection, work approval-- They use a great platform and text to send you updates with initial inspection, verification of YOUR concern, and then an estimate of cost. Upon approval, they order parts and do the work. Unfortunately, because ATLR does great work, they get busy and appointment times fill up quickly.Value-wise (4-star). I know this will be highly dependent on the type of consumer/car-owner you are and the type of issues/repairs you need. If you're a ~do it right, do it once~, this is the shop for you. (Example? There was an aftermarket starter from auto-store, didn't last, got it replaced at ATLR). Hourly labor rate (based on limited research) they are on the upper-tier. However, you're paying for quality and knowledge and assurance that they're not going to make careless mistakes like you hear about-- (not putting oil cap after oil change; over-pressurizing fluid flushes; not tightening bolts).For value to me, if I were to simplify it, 3-star is you get what you pay for, 5-star you get more than what you pay for (like free services, lol).... 4-star means you pay for quality and have good experiences and perhaps you get added soft-benefits (Good communication; Respect; Friendliness)Other (5-star). Dependent on repair cost, they provide rideshare credits. They also have a great warranty on their parts and use high quality parts (OEM or better) -- Haven't had to use this yet because they use high-quality parts and high-quality work. :-)For more details and those interested:On the Tacoma I've gotten brakes replaced, suspensions and struts replaced, steering column repaired, hoses and belts replaced, oil changes, starter replaced, oil changes... No problems so far (been a year+ on most of that work).

My 4runner broke down unexpectedly and this was the closest Toyota repair shop for my tow truck driver. They were super professional and got my car inspected within two days to assess the damage. They were upfront with everything, having a digital copy of inspection (with photos and video) with everything wrong with the vehicle. As a DIY'er, I hate paying tons of money for services, but felt good knowing my baby was in good hands. Had some sticker shock with some pricing, but haven't had major car work in over a decade, so I'll blame Biden for that. If you want your Toyota repair done right, go to ATLR. Like they say; If you want something good and fast, it won't be cheap. If you want something good and cheap, it won't be fast. If you want something fast and cheap, it won't be good.

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, and their work is great. They send their diagnostics via text, so you can choose what work you want them to complete without much of a distraction during the work day. After an off-road misadventure, we had ATLR replace front axles on our Lexus GX470 about a year ago. They said they couldn t warranty their work, due to the 3 Old Man Emu lift kit which was installed. We recently found out that a front axle is binding (we haven t taken the GX470 off-road), and true to their word, they would not give us any discount to get the axles replaced again. Further, they said that they couldn t order the same axles we had previously installed, but we could order them, to be delivered to them! I m not sure what is going on, but it seems that some conflict has arisen between ATLR and the axle manufacturer. In any case, they said that the GX470 also needed additional steering and suspension work, which they could not do, so they referred us to another 4x4 shop, which gave us a very high bid, which included work that we didn t need, as well as leaving out other work that we did need. Overall, we don t feel that ATLR provided the customer service we expected.

I trust my 2005 V8 4Runner Francis, over 95% of what I see in the road today. Give me my old tank battling a blizzard on 285 or dodging idiots on I-25 any day of the year. I can have faith that we will arrive safely and depend on it daily. How you ask? Because I have confidence in ATLR. They tell it to me straight, doesn't matter if I am spend $100 or $1000, they keep my old Toyota on the road. Great service and follow up on my 2019 Tundra. I will be back for future service when needed. The inside of my truck smells like gear oil after the service was done. Just an FYI, not a deal breaker but poss from Techs test driving my car and some residual on uniforms maybe? The service process here is pretty high tech with photos and fluid testing for the customer via email and text. Super cool. Easy after hours pickup too with lock box available.

I doubt I have ever been happier with a company before. They are the most thorough with their diagnosis and document everything - WITH PHOTOS! Below is an oil filter photo a previous mechanic used. I thought they were trustworthy, but they were installing aftermarket oil filters that didn't filter the oil completely. I am of the opinion you should take your car to one place for service so there can be no finger pointing if there is an issue. Love ATLR! After doing a significant amount of work on my vehicle, we had it back in the shop after a few weeks for a new issue. ATLR recognized that we had just paid a lot of money and they fixed the minor yet new issue (possibly caused by a different service provider) and didn t charge for the labor. I love the way they explain issues in layman s terms. They don t try to upsell non-critical issues instead promising to keep an eye on potential issues. We are very impressed with ATLR and plan on using them for both our Toyota vehicles moving forward. Very honest company!

Love it here! Super honest, transparent and reliable work. Their after-hours drop off/pick up and texted reports are really helpful for the hectic schedules we have, too. Plus everyone here is really nice and friendly.
