This was my first experience at Arvada German Garage and I knew I would be coming back based on the loyal customers who walked in when I was waiting for my car. They also offered me a ride to my work in Aurora, which I didn t end up needing because they were very efficient in getting everything done that I asked them to. They also didn t try to upsell me on anything or do anything without my permission. This will be the place I m taking my car to now.

I have been taken my BMW 550ix to Arvada German Garage for three years for yearly servicing. No problems found and everything is good. From Aug 11, 2023 to Sept 25, 2024 I took my car in multiple times because the engine light was periodically coming on.Between Derrick, Service Advisor running me around in circles and who's main purpose was to make me go away as soon as possible AND Mike Solis, Owner of Arvada German Garage talking down to me and telling me in a nutshell that he stands by his employees; therefore, anything I had to say was insignificant, I will not be returning to Arvada German Garage to service the 2 BMW's we own.

I had a check engine light on my Mercedes Benz GLC300 come on. AGG was the only shop that could do an oil change and diagnosis within the week, so I took it to them and they diagnosed the check engine light as a failing turbocharger after extensive testing that they charged me $170 for, and wanted $6,600 to replace the turbocharger. I declined and took it instead to Star Tech Mercedes, who said it was actually the vacuum actuator, and charged me $900 to fix. I got the car back from Star Tech with no check engine light and the turbo boost I m used to, back to working correctly. Incorrect diagnosis from AGG in the first place, that they then wanted to charge me more than 7 times the amount I actually ended up paying to fix my car s problem.

Got referred to Arvada German Garage by another shop. First of all, I have to point out that this has to be the cleanest automotive shop that I've ever been to from the lobby to the restroom to the garage! I received great service with a smile! All my concerns were addressed, all the issues that arose were discussed with me. They even helped me with filing an addendum with insurance to help cover part of the work. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for quality service from guys who know what they are doing!

Brought my Mercedes in for service lights on. After having it for a month. I had to pay for starter. New battery and the problem is still not fixed. Took to a different place and they said it's the alternator!!!! So not only did I not have a car for a month. I paid over 1500 for a problem that wasn't the problem and still needed to be fixed! Unexceptable and do not recommend.

The Arvada German Garage is the ONLY place we'll take our Audi and BMW. Excellent service and such a friendly staff. I highly recommend!

These guys were helpful from scheduling to pick up. They listened to my concerns, didn t try to talk down to me because I was new to owning an Audi. Gave me info on to what was wrong, reasonable costs, helpful with another issue with my Audi (convt top issue), Jared was friendly, knowledgeable! Their service and mechanical abilities are top notch! My car now has a new mechanic!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Great place! Much cheaper than servicing at a Mercedes dealership. They got the oil and filter change done on my parent's GLC in less than an hour. We'll for sure bring our cars back here for future services.

Mike Solis and his team are the best in the business. I was quoted an outrageous price for my suspension at a corporate shop. I brought my vehicle to Mike and the crew. They were considerably more affordable and provided the best experience possible. Don t waste your time with other mechanics. Once my BMW M235i went off the 4 year warranty, I was nervous about who would service it. I love the friendly and local service, quick appointment times, and honest pricing and work. I'm glad I didn't pay thousands to renew my warranty with the BMW dealer.

I called to and wanted to have my O2 sensor replaced. They went through my entire car and told me I needed 7ks worth of repairs. Wear and tear from my move unfortunately they didn t know my car was put on a trailer since I didn t fall for it. My partner went with me to retrieve my car and walked through parts that they said they would replace certain parts. They were 100s of dollars more because they wanted to put in premium parts. When my wife asked why wouldn t they offer different parts or give me options they just said well you would ve had to replace them anyways. I genuinely believed I almost got scammed.The only plus I have for this shop is they were flexible about time.

These guys really helped me out of a jam. Something was wrong with my Mini Cooper and I was about to move back to WA state, with Mini in the next week. The owner was able to prioritize my repair just in the nick of time. It's been a while since I was there (April 2022) but I never forgot their help and wanted to pay it back with a great review. Great Service on my 2005 Mini Cooper !!!I needed to replace my oil pan. Turns out I had some Tie Rods that were about to fail and they called me several times to provide me with updates throughout the day. Both Jarod and Nikki were fabulous to deal with.The owner Mike Solis runs a great business I highly recommend Arvada German Garage

Arvada provides outstanding customer service. My car was shaking and the check engine light was on, and I was concerned about my spark plugs. I called them and they didn't have any immediate appointments, but got me in immediately between appointments and updated my spark plugs and ignition coils.A week later I had a similar issue and my check engine light came on. I was driving home from a 12 hour nightshift at the hospital, called them, and the owner, Mike, was able to get me in right away. It turns out a pipe was kinked during reinstallation causing an air leak. They offered to get me an uber, but I live in Bailey and needed to sleep because I was back on nightshift again that night. The owner personally drove me to two different car rental places and paid for the rental to ensure I had a vehicle to get home.I know mistakes happen, and I appreciate Arvada owning up to it, fixing the problem, and going above and beyond, even when they were extremely busy, to make sure I could get home!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We've been working with Nichole for a few years now on a BMW 335. She is the BEST Service Adviser ever encountered. I run 2 racing teams and she is able to get all my questions answered, and their work and labor is backed by a warranty. Highly recommend.

Traveling and engine lights came on. Very professionally run business. Very fair and reasonably priced for BMW X5. Listened to them deal with other customers - they were amazing. I've been taking my A6 here for 4 years and they always provide great service. Nikki always keeps in constant communication and is upfront and detailed about any charges and repairs. Mike and Dan are always pleasant. I hope AGG stays around for a long time.

Spent $2500 replacing my turbo, when I got the vehicle back it had a severe boost and exhaust leak, and the shop told me that they broke a egr pipe and it would be another $500 to fix it, also saying they would not fix it for free because it s an old car . I took it to another shop and I found that it had a stripped out bolt, an exhaust clamp wasn t properly tightened, the pipe needed two new gaskets, on top of being cracked. Only reason it gets two stars is because of jared, one of the front desk guys, he is very kind and walked me through everything. I won t be taking my vehicle back here.Service: Engine repair

My idle sounds amazing now. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the service. Front desk was very responsive to my questions and updates about what was being done to my car. Will definitely be taking my car back for other maintenance item.sFor reference I have an Audi A6 2012. I took my car in last Friday for a transmission fluid change. Last minute at the counter I also asked if they could replace the drive belt. Not only did they get both of those done but they also recommended and completed changing out the pulleys on the drive system. All of this work happened within a day. I am very pleased with the service. It' also nice knowing the owner is a former Indy car mechanic, you can be sure your high end car will be looked over properly.Their suggestion to replace the pulleys was spot on and I didn't feel like they were replacing or charging me for unnecessary things. If they recommend doing something I would listen. It's much easier for the shop and cheaper for you to replace other things while they have the car taken apart.Service: Engine repair

Took my VW Golf to Arvada German Garage to repair damage done to my car's oil pan by one of these cheap oil change places. Every person I spoke to was very professional, knowledgeable about my car, and was able to cearly articulate why and how this happens. Took about 10 days to get my car in, but they turned it around in a day and a half with an oil pan replacement. The owner, Mike (I believe?), checked me out and when I asked about an interesting looking car I could see in the back, he took me back to show me a German classic they were working on. Pretty cool! I will definitely go back and I felt assured by the staff (and by all the nice cars in the back) that they do quality work. Thanks!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have received excellent service and advice about my aging BMW from Arvada German Garage for more years than I remember. The mechanical service as well as the customer service has been consistently excellent. Nevertheless, I was recently overwhelmed by the extent to which they stand behind their work when I needed a repair on a part they had recently serviced. No human knows whether their work had caused the issue but they took care of the problem at no charge. I had no expectation of that extent of service but am very grateful for it.

I had an amazing experience at Arvada German Garage. I highly highly recommend them as they did an excellent job in doing a pre purchase inspection. I would also like to Thank Mike. Mike has been so kind in allowing me to have my vehicle inspected despite their very tight schedule. Coming out of state and needing to return the same day, I was on a tight schedule. Most places turned me down but Mike helped me and I am really grateful for his assistance in the inspection I received from Arvada German Garage.I would like to thank also Jared, Dan and the rest of the team for the awesome work they do.Despite being very busy, they display a positive attitude with all their customers and are very efficient.Check them out if you haven't yet, I am glad I did.Thanks again Mike! You saved me today.

From reading the reviews, I don't know if I can add anything new. Their counter staff is not only polite, but knowledgeable and takes the necessary time to help you meet your needs, even if they lose business by sending you somewhere else. That's building a long term relationship. I won't take my Mercedes anywhere else. Outstanding!

I've never had a better auto repair experience than I had this last Memorial Day weekend with Arvada German Garage. Not only did they stay open long enough late Friday to take in my BMW for a turbo pipe issue, but when the initial diagnosis wound up being over $500 less than expected, I was amazed that Mike only charged what to me seemed less than fair. I live in NM, but I'll take my BMW to Arvada when it needs maintenance, and YES, it's worth the drive. If I had room to write how kind and considerate Mike and the young woman at the front (sorry I forgot your name) were, I could really enlighten a lot of German car owners. Don't take your BMW, Porsche, Benz anywhere else unless you like the 'usual' service. These guys are amazing!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought in my '06 BMW X5 for a vacuum leak diagnosis and repair. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jared. He was extremely professional and patient and took the time to explain all potential causes and symptoms and offered an extremely fair price for the services performed. They kept me updated with convenient text messages and even offered to call me a ride after drop-off. My vehicle is running wonderfully today and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I was trying to sell my Audi Allroad. Literally, the day before the buyer showed up, my water pump exploded, coolant exploded, and a resistor hose burst.I showed up at 8am on Friday and the phone was already ringing off the hook. I heard the advisor explain the next availability was Wednesday. That said, Nikki hung up the phone and without any stress or rushing, discussed my car and my concerns. She said she d get it checked out, and give us as much info as possible.Within an hour, I had a quote and expected finish date. She was careful not to over promise, but said Tuesday at the latest. I picked my car up Monday morning and sold it two hours later.I owe the exceptional speed and high quality service to Nikki and Dan. I have been taking my BMW's to Mike's garage since he was a 2 bay shop. His service team, Jared and Nikki are the best. They are always patient with me and explain all my options around the repairs. I always recommend this shop when I meet with other BMW owners. We can be a snarky bunch and very critical of the service to our cars. AGG has never let me down. Keep up the good work!

I took my 2006 BMW 325I to Arvada German Garage and was very please with the service I received. The staff was very helpful, especially Jared who was very helpful through the whole process of getting my car repaired. I would recommend to anybody this shop. There experience and knowledge is unquestionable one of the best I ever had the pleasure in dealing with. I needed a rear differential and they work very hard keeping me within budget which was very helpful to me. I have a very fixed income and told them how much I could spend on the repairs and they came in perfectly within my budget. It was a delight working with the crew at Arvada German Garage. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.
