5280 provides the best sprinter service in the Denver area! After years of back and forth with different companies, finally feel like we have found a place that is reliable, affordable, communicative and super convenient to work with! Adam was great, updating along the way and providing with all the necessary information and assistance. Also really convenient that they are next door to Van Life Customs who can handle the house side of the sprinter should you have any other needs. Will definitely be going here moving forward!

I own an 2021 Sprinter 4x4. Like many MB Sprinters I ve had a few repairs.Adam & Bryan at 5280 Sprinter Service are really the best of the best. They really know the MB Sprinter like a true pro mechanic should. Super helpful maintenance without the typical 3month wait that you ll get from the dealers.And best of all they are SUPER friendly and treat you like a customer!!

I am so appreciative of 5280 Sprinter Service! I purchased my Sprinter from a family member a few years ago and have had a difficult time finding a reliable / affordable mechanic in Colorado. Adam and his team were able to get me in fast and repair a variety of issues (AC, brakes, oil change, etc.) in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!

Excellent service. My NCV3 Sprinter exhibited some issues over the road. I arrived to Denver on a Friday and called 5280 Sprinter Service, letting me know they could take a look that afternoon. The Mercedes-trained mechanics performed a diagnosis, and performed a number of hours of work into the evening to get me back on the road that very same Friday night! 2832 miles and 5 states later all is good! I am happy to recommend this go-to Sprinter shop in Denver.

I was turned on to these guys after Mercedes Benz told me they couldn t see me for 6 months during the Covid pandemic! I will never go back to MB now! Absolute professionals. So grateful my aging van is in good hands. They have a great workspace. Always great communication. Very reasonable pricing. Adam and Brian are the best.

First, let me share that I ve been working with the 5280 Sprinter Service Boys for almost 2 years. Mobile Sprinter van service to our home has been a game changer!! The 5280 Sprinter Service guys have always been dependable, honest, polite and SUPER helpful!! Their mobile service prices are pleasantly lower than I had expected and they do their best to accommodate my schedule. What I appreciate most is that they re able to roll up their sleeves and determine mechanical problems and quickly repair the issue(s). AND they work closely with the Mercedes dealership when manufacturer parts are needed.They make Life easier for us Sprinter owners I strongly recommend using 5280 Sprinter Service for your Mercedes Sprinter van mechanical repairs!!! These guys are Lifesavers! :-)When you live in a city where it takes seven months to get in for an oil change on your van at the dealership your only hope is to know a company like this, who can service you affordably, professionally, with a great attitude and Comprehensive capabilities :-)I ve used them for every Scheduled service so far, and will most definitely continue.

Yesterday I experienced a flat tire on my way home from a wonderful camping trip. I was on the side of the road and waiting to hear back from my roadside service company when Adam and Bryan showed up. I thought they were from my service but it turns out they had seen me when they were heading in the opposite direction and turned around on the highway and came back to offer their services. My roadside service company was unable to send anyone out and the wait time to get an update was 360 minutes. Bryan & Adam examined my spare tire and changed the flat even though it was a precarious situation on the side of the highway. They were kind professional and skilled. I so appreciate them going out of their way to provide this act of kindness for me. Instead of having to tell a scary story about being stuck on the side of the road I get to tell the story of two wonderful men who showed up just when I needed help and allowed me to get home safely. I would recommend them for any service and probably will drive to Denver if I need to have work done on my RV. It's so refreshing to see people that are dedicated to their jobs because they want to do a good thing and use their skills to help others. That's what I experienced!!! I've had various experiences with many different mechanics for my 2008 Sprinter 3500 that have been pretty stressful and caused lack of trust in the services provided. I can definitely say that I had total confidence in Adam and Bryan at 5280 Sprinter Service. The communication from 5280 Sprinter Service to explain the work needed and why, checking in on progress during the repair, and following up afterwards was beyond any repair shop customer service I've experienced. I also really appreciated that they came to my residence to troubleshoot the van with me present before bringing in the van for repairs. After the repairs, it felt like I had a new van and it has been running better than the whole time I've owned it. These mechanics are high quality and I would default to them for any additional work on my Sprinter.

I live in a 2021 Mercedes Benz sprinter so its crucial that I have a professional and trustworthy mechanic and these guys exceed those expectations. They are easy to schedule and work with and keep you posted throughout the job. I came in for a standard service and was in and out in no time. When I had my transmission serviced it felt like a new van when I drove it off the lot. I even noticed they installed all new bolts on the housing which is not something you usually get with other mechanics. So if you are like me or just need a mechanic you can trust, you need to take your vehicle here. I know I will.

Love these guys! My Sprinter had a variety of issues and one of those required a specialized tool that they had to track down from another source. From what I understand there was a substantial amount of extra work to complete the repair. They really went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was taken care. I've been back a couple times since then as a followup to all the work done and they happily addressed any questions and concerns I had and stood behind the work they had done for me. I'll be taking my Sprinter back here whenever it needs some love. Thanks Adam and Brian!

We own a 2012 Sprinter 2500 Sportsmobile RV, and between Christmas and New Years 2023, one of the rear wheels developed a stress crack and was leaking air pressure after a long cross country drive. Finding a replacement wheel seemed logistically difficult during the holiday week.I contacted Adam at 5280 Sprinter Service, and after he checked his inventory, he called me back. He gave us a great deal, way less than the MB dealer, and worked with me on Friday & Saturday to pick up, and return parts.Adam was friendly, very fair, and totally professional! I m eager to bring my business back to 5280 Sprinter Service again when the time comes in the future!!

I have a sprinter van I live in southern Colorado and I have had a nightmare trying to find someone to work on it. I was gonna drive all the way up to their location which is a long ways, but they actually found me someone much closer. And I can t say how much I appreciate that that was just off the hook. Awesome.

Glad I found these guys , they diagnosed my problem with my sprinter van, and had me back on the road running flawlessly.I also used them for a routine transmission fluid service at a very reasonable rate .They are professional and trustworthy in my experience .I will continue using them for all my repairs and maintenance on my van .Thanks guysI would consider going here before taking your sprinter to the Mercedes dealer .

Excellent service!! Adam went above an beyond in both scheduling my vehicle under short notice to accommodate my needs just before Veterans day. As a Vet I really appreciated the extra effort. 5280 certainly exceeded my expectation and also provided added cost savings with a competitive cost value benefit. For a guy who has more hair than I do. Job well done !!

Adam was able to help me out while traveling through CO. There was no appts available at any dealer. They were able to replace my power steering hose as well as ensuring that it would not pop off again. They did this service out in a field at the end of a Van expo! If you have a sprinter and need help these are the folks to call in CO!

This is where I take my 4x4 Sprinter now. Excellent service, super responsive, very knowledgeable, friendly - I mean do any of these ever apply to dealerships? (Probably a smile from the dealer as they rip you off). Anyway, the team at 5280 is the best experience I've ever had with any repair shop - I'm just sad they don't service my Subaru as well.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Emergency in September 2023 in our RV. Not only did they get us in immediately, they had the repairs done the following day. Without their fantastic response time our RV travel would have been more difficult. Not only did they get us on the road in record time, they worked with the extended warranty company NAC until December for us to get reimbursed. Adam has been fantastic. If you have a Sprinter, don't go anywhere else!

These guys are awesome! Former mechanics at Mercedes-Benz Westminster - they did a fantastic job on my Winnebago Revel: A/B Sprinter service, found/fixed leaking seals under my rig, more. After they had finished their work - I mentioned there was a knock in my 4x4 drive coupling where some slop developed and they knew exactly what was likely happening and fixed it the knock 10 mins - no charge! I ve been a client of 5280 Sprinter Service since the very beginning, and honestly, I don t think I would ever go back to a dealership for my service because these guys do everything I need! Adam and Bryan are the most down to earth guys who really know their stuff. They are certified Mercedes mechanics and no problem is too big or too small. I ve had them walk me through some trouble shooting light issues while I was out of state, they they ve come to the various houses I ve lived in, and they never try to upsell or price gauge. They offer a great service at a fraction of the price, and all from the convenience of your home. No more having to sit in those ridiculous dealer lounges and waiting for your vehicle (because in my experience, the dealerships don t give loaner vans when yours gets serviced)Booking with 5280 Mobile Service is super easy, and although they are often very busy (especially in Spring and Summer) they do their best to work around accommodating with my scheduleI highly recommend these guys!

Love these guys! 5280s awesome. You can usually get an appointment within a week or two as opposed to a couple months with Mercedes They do great work and are fairly priced And just really nice guys which helps :-)

I really appreciate that these guys exist! They've been very responsive to a couple minor issues I've had with my van throughout this summer, and they just came up to my house for an oil-change and coolant flush; they also installed winterizing gear to prevent gelling and stalling in sub-zero temps which has been an annoyance every winter I've owned it. It's an incredible relief to get some experts to take a look at your machine at your own home and give the thing a good bill of health. They showed up at the exact time they said they would, which seems like a difficult skill for most service professionals in our era. Priced well, especially given that they come to you and you don't have to drop your van off for 3-5 days like you would at the Mercedes dealership service center. Good eggs, both of 'em.

Great service, extremely competitive prices, these guys are great. Been working with them exclusively on my two sprinters due to their fair pricing and speedy turnaround. Also the ability to leave the key and pick it up after hours is awesome!!
